Super old house. Great located and great breakfast.

It was very big floor in an apartment and it was very antique and shiny.

Hotel located in a strategic area, under the pension passes the bus 249 which leads directly to the station of the Zoo that is connected with all Berlin. Strolling you will arrive in 15 minutes to the Kunfunstendam district full of shops, shopping malls and restaurants: perfect for dining or dining. The warm and comfortable room, the only flaw is the really small bathroom. Overall it's clean. The breakfast is plentiful, both sweet and salty. I recommend this place to stay in the beautiful Berlin.

If you would like to visit a special accommodation, this is the right place:) Here you will feel a few decades back. Everything fits together — or just deliberately — the furniture, the wallpaper, the music at breakfast.
The beds are veeery comfortable, the pillows I want to have also for home:)
Our room was in the back area of the building. Even with the window open, it was still a mucky mouse. Once heard a chirping bird or the neighbors in the yard. No cars, no annoying noises, just quiet.
Breakfast should not be expected too much — but it's all there for a breakfast.
A star deduction is available for the minor repairs that would be done…

Simple but cute "hotel". Who wants to go on a trip to the past and can live with that the walls etc. Are not impeccable and sometimes a wallpaper easily stands out, which is here perfectly lifted. Breakfast is ok but nothing for those who wants to have salmon/caviar and prosecco for breakfast. But with stylish music from the Twenties! And you can also not forget how cheap the room is, gladly again.

Rented the apartment here. Big rooms excellent staff and breakfast is decent. Would stay here again!

For a citytrip this hotel is fine. It is in a very nice area and 5 minutes walk from Kurfustendam Where you can take a metro or shop at the exclusive shops. The hotel is very authentic and basic. If you dont like this just dont book it. For families with little children I would not recommend this. It is based on the 4th Floor and the elevator is that small a buggy does not fit. The only major minus is the guestlady who owns or works there. She has no passion. Is not giving you a warm feeling. In matter effect despite our sons (1.2 years old) flue (he throw up first night) we left 2 nights earlier. We hoped she would offer us a deal to give 1 night free, but that was absolutely not what she could do. So she gave 10%. Allright I Can Imagine that, but the way she treated us was absolute insane.

Very good value for money. This hotel is old but very personal. The rooms are large and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good. Not so central, but still the location is good.

For 55 euro a night with breakfast it was very, very, very good. We had a large room with shower and toilet in the room and even balcony. So really top.

Location is very good for tourists, price very competitive for Central Berlin, public transit is convenient, breakfast quite varied and good, the owner is helpful. If you want a 4 or 5 start experience, pay for it. For an economical alternative, this worked very well for us.

Nice little place in a great location, clean, inexpensive, nice staff.

We have 2 nights in the guest house and stayed the night, and I must say it was great, nice simple old-fashioned room, slept well and after a hearty Breakfast enjoyed. Very centrally located with good Verkehrverbindungen in all directions, were all very satisfied!

Very nice place for the right price. Mistress Daria speaks German, Russian, English, very helpful. The Guesthouse is located on the fourth (in Russian-on the fifth) floor of an old beautiful house with a beautiful staircase and interesting lift. Breakfast is not fantastic, but decent. Quiet place, no extraneous noise. Neighbors could be heard. In General, the ideal place in terms of price/quality.
