Super city hotel well suited for tourists, but also for business travelers! The conference/event rooms are excellent and very well equipped!
Very accommodating and friendly staff!
Consistent implementation of the Corona rules conveys a good and secure feeling!
Gladly again at any time! 🤩

Parking is a bit little for the large hotel.

This hotel has the best beds in which to sleep. It was a joy to stay here my first time in Berlin.

Nice quiet hotel really close to Ku‘damm. The staff was amazing — helpful and friendly! The rooms are modern, clean and quiet. There is a supermarket only a few meters away from the hotel and an ATM at the gas station. If you want to get to the major points of interest, public transport (train and bus) is not that far away.

Great location, walk along Kur'dam or catch U-Bahn or S-Bahn to points of interest spread around Berlin. Excellent service from staff, rooms good, clean and spacious.

The hotel is a typical city hotel: without much frills and with everything you need. Our room is large and bright and offers a large TV and a well-equipped minibar.
The staff is friendly.
We had a room to the back, it is quieter than at the front of the street.
Happy to return.

At this hotel, quality is offered in every respect: Comfortable beds with extra reading lights, beautiful + clean bathrooms with plenty of storage and always friendly staff — we like to come back!

Very modern, clean. Spacious room, well furnished, good free Wi-Fi, very good breakfast, only average for dinner. Berlin is a big city, so check location for proximity to places you'll visit.

Price performance fits. But small repairs could be made again.

I really liked it. Breakfast is good, but the breakfast room doesn't agree with me. I lack the coziness. Tablecloth would be great and coffee in the square too.

Unfortunately, we were not very satisfied.
The rooms were tastefully decorated! 2 stars for that. But the cleanliness was catastrophic! For a 4 star hotel, I expect it to be clean. Too bad the cleaning lady failed to clean the sink and bathroom floor in three days. And also between the shelf from the sink and bathtub, were hair and dust from several hotel guests. We award the third star for the nice receptionist at the departure. Unfortunately, she was the only competence and friendly employee there!

We stayed at the "Abba" Hotel Berlin in April. Frankly, we can't understand the positive reviews at all.
On Friday afternoon we arrived at the hotel. There were plenty of parking spaces in the underground car park (€15 per day). From the underground car park we came directly to the EC to the reception and were already looking forward (after the long drive) to our room. But we were shocked. The hotel room seemed like a hospital room (impersonal and sterile). In the minibar there were 3 small bottles of water and the dirt (bun crumbs etc. ) from the previous tenants.
The curtains looked like they weren't washed for years. The bed was a single disaster. You could feel every single feather of the mattress. The mattresses were completely well located. As we have a habit of pulling off the beds after the stay, we got a shock. The mattress savers were completely dirty (stains, etc. ). I do not think we should have lived up to this habit in this case.
Let's get to the restaurant: In our opinion, also a single disaster! You felt like you were at a train station. It was loud, dirty/untidy and very impersonal. A pot of coffee you only got to ask for multiple. The interior also looked pretty old (cracked seat covers …).
The only positive thing about the hotel was its location (near the Kurfürstendamm).

Far repulsed… a repeated visit to the ABBA Berlin could not really convince any more! Other hotels in this qualification points with design, friendliness and freshness the ABBA has to catch up! Breakfast is not recommended, chaos with Mensa character…

Been there repeatedly. You feel comfortable. It is centrally located. Breakfast does not leave any wishes open.

I'm actually very happy how you can judge this after two days… Location very good, proximity to the center is really given… Staff very friendly and helpful… booked breakfast balanced and something for every taste.
One point deduction : In the breakfast room, the chairs are sometimes quite away… and you should invest little money and renew the toilet brush in the bathroom of the hotel room. Mfg.

The Apartment hotel in Berlin. Is really worth the trip. Very nice staff. The rooms are really nice. And the food very good.

Ideal location and well located.

Unfortunately a bit remote. However, the service is good and nice. Sauna was very good but the offered Jacuzzi did not work. View was not the best yet in a quiet area. At the bar are cocktail prices OK. Sport is possible in the fitness room.

Was from 15.12.17 — 17.12.17 here at the hotel. Sure, the location is great. The staff very nice and helpful. The rooms are also furnished quite sparingly. In the bathroom and at times in the room it smelled very musty/unpleasant. In the breakfast room it was very spooky and at the coffee machine it was very jammed. The SPA area was very spa (r) sam equipped. The 5 Euro additional costs for the use of the sauna were not justified. Here it would have been better to place the sauna next to the whirlpool and create a separate relaxation room for it. In addition, the larger shower could have been better used. Furthermore, I would have liked both some refreshment water and a few candles for the additional costs. Wellness clearly looks different. Was previously professional ly at another hotel in Berlin. This had only 3 stars, but in terms of the rooms and breakfast it was at least as good. Would I choose a different hotel than ABBA Berlin on the next visit.

The location is right in the middle. No 5 min. To the Kudamm. DIW Equipment Super. Staff very friendly. Restaurant not open continuously. Free Wi-Fi. Fast connection in all directions with S, u — train or bus.

The rooms ok, the location good and the bar service fantastic. Very well taken care of.

The staff is great! We had a group stay at the Abba Berlin Hotel, and the staff was absolutely amazing to work with. Steffen was extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend for groups and individuals alike!

A very nice hotel and conveniently located for seeing the sights in Berlin and shopping. The front-desk staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and bed comfy. Shower nice, hot and powerful. There was a good range of food at breakfast and all very tasty. The reason that I didnt give a 5 star rating was because I was woken up during the night with music mysterly coming through the speaker.

Over a Jochen Swiss voucher came my better half and I to an overnight stay at the Abba Berlin Hotel. We assumed an overnight stay without meals (booked online so).
When we checked in, we were informed at my girlfriend's inquiries that we would receive breakfast against our expectations.
The room and the overnight stay were fine (room out to the back).
When checking out, we learned that due to the voucher, the food (dinner + breakfast) is mandatory. And further, that this misunderstanding with the voucher would occur more often.
So I was allowed to pay €120 (£60per person). Our joy was limited to say the least.
If the misunderstanding occurs more often, why is the guest not alerted when checking in?
What dinner for an estimated 50€/person did we miss (breakfast was rather simple standard)?
Certainly the voucher provider (coupling the food) and us (insufficient research) is to blame. Nevertheless, I would have liked to make a hint.
Our first night at the Abba Berlin will also have been the last night at the Abba Berlin at the same time.

The room is OK, but I can not understand that in a official hotel for a trade fair do not have plates to facilitate the guests.

I booked a room in your hotel and was moved to the neighbouring hotel at short notice due to overbooking. What a pity! But the Abion Hotel was also a very nice hotel. The parking lot promised to me as accommodation was not available, as the underground car park was overcrowded.
The breakfast room at the Abba Hotel was extremely crowded, on the bun and topping you had to wait a long time at the buffet as the staff were overwhelmed with the follow-up.

For the money spent, I consider this hotel to be a great choice for anyone who would like to visit Berlin. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast buffet was excellent with pretty much everything one could hope for a complete breakfasts or even meal for that matter. The location was also very nice, with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby, beautiful streets and buildings and a good selection of public transportation options to go wherever you want to go (the center was about 20-40 minutes depending what metro or bus line or what combination of the above you choosed). In conclusion I consider the Abba hotel a great choice for those of you who want a great breakfast, spenting their day exploring and then coming back to a comfortable bed for a peaceful sleep.

It was a very nice hotel.

This place offers a very nice room. If you get a room towards the street you might end up getting some noice polution. You would preferably get not one of these rooms. They have a fitness center witch I would consider average or less. The spa seemed good though I did not use it and can't disclose quality. The building gives you are warm feeling, but the stairs feels empty. This is the only things that I would consider "bad". Overall this place was great with its breakfast and dinner. The room provided everything I needed and there are not a lot of bad things you can say about this place.

A neat hotel. A number of trade streets (Diesel, GStar, COS, Zara …) 2 supermarkets (up to 21:00 and 23:00)

Overall good hotel. Thumbs up: — Clean and tidy. — Polite staff — Good position for shopping. — Breakfast. Plenty to choose from. Tasted good! Install a water dispenser Thumbs down: — No replenishing of toiletries during our 3 nights stay. Atleast offer a conditioner — Showerhead had two settings, trinkling or 3 thin powerjets. — Slighly worn down matress made us roll outwards.

This was our 5 stay at the hotel, all our requests are always answered. The location is eccselent the staff very helpfull. the rooms are clean and quiet. There is nothing more you could ask from a hotel.

I enjoyed the ambience and the décor that they make liking despite the rigor of the services. Cleanliness of the room 530 always impeccable. The breakfast is very rich with various products and completeness. Fruit always plentiful. Staff very correct, punctual in info and friendly. The Internet never worked.

All positive except for one detail: at breakfast took a lot to replace products that are depleted due to the large influx of Diners. The waiters should be more attentive to this detail.

Ein sehr sauberes Hotel, welches auch Raucherzimmer vergibt. Kleine Sonderwünsche werden ohne Aufpreis erfüllt z. B Frühstück außerhalb der Frühstückszeiten zum mitnehmen. Nettes und zuvorkommend ist das Personal. Im ganzen nur zu empfehlen.

After a very unpleasant incident at the reception, a check-in, fit all wonderful — as always.

There's lot's to do around berlin, so I was hardly in the hotel, besides resting. The hotel is lovely, clean and welcoming. The surrounding area has varied shops and the underground is a 5 min walk, so getting to the centre of berlin is simple.

We asked for a honeymoon room, when we made our checkin, we got to our room and saw someone else in the room, the hotel personnel couldn't explain this besides, the location is great, the place is very clean and money affordable, rooms are big, clean and suites all of our needs the service is less good.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the décor was nice. The bathroom was very modern and all fittings wokred. The Wi-Fi was a bit on the slow side but worked throughout. There was no note paper in the room.

The Hotel is located quite conveniently to the S-Bahn train connections (approximately 500 to 700 m) and very close to Kurfürstendamm. The Brandenburg gate is approximately 5.5 KM away, the S-train is in 3 minutes. Any Service in the Hotel was good, the equipment is modern and good. We were even lucky to have received due to "fully booked", a very nice Suite. The Hotel is recommendable, also in terms of room prices — not the cheapest Hotel, the prices are reasonable and not "overpriced". W-LAN is available everywhere for free (and easily) available.

We were Tüpischen tourists vacation there. Were very to peace. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was Top!. Large and gereumig there was only a small Mango. Just was a little Dusty. And that shower was very high to the point of entry for older, a little awkward. The Früchstücks buffet was really great was nothing missing. And if you wanted something easy the staff questions. Take drum. Would Stay any time back there.

Very friendly and überaschent positive.

The rooms are spotless and well-equipped — with mini bars and safes seeming to be standard. The fitness center, bar, and restaurant are all excellent (though the gym is basic) and the staff are super friendly. I am a non-german-speaking American and was relieved when I saw the two Women at the desk conversing fluently with those ahead of me. This seemed to be true of all staff, and check-in was a snap. Free Wi-Fi, but I'd recommend paying the Euros to upgrade the service, otherwise its only suitable for e-mail and messaging. I'd stay here again based purely on its proximity to the Airport, but I'd stay here multiple times because its a fine hotel.
