I am very dissappointed with the staff at the 25hours bikini hotel in Berlin. They were not helpul with handling a situation that happened to me during my stay at the hotel. I’ve stayed at the 25 hours hotel in Berlin over 3 weeks ago (9.08-10.08.2021). My daughter left her favourite toy — white bunny in the room that we stayed in (most likely in bed because she sleeps with it). We left the hotel the next morning and when she realized that her favourite toy is missing we came back to the hotel right away and asked at the front desk if the person cleaning the room found it. Unfortunately, we were told that the bunny was not found. I asked the person at the front desk to check the room that we stayed in once again, ask the cleaning lady and check their loundry (maybe the bunny got mixed with the bed linens). The person at the front desk promised that he is going to look for the bunny and the hotel will send it back to us to Poland.
This toy has a very strong sentimental value to our whole family because my daughter got it as a present on the day she was born. She really misses her bunny and asks me every single day if it was already found.
I’ve been sending emails and calling the hotel but the hotel stopped writing me back and when I call they tell me there is nothing they can do. How is it possible that the bunny vanished?

I have now been to the 25hours Hotel Bikini Berlin for the second time and am also thrilled a second time. Lovingly designed down to the smallest detail. Great rooms with views of the zoo or memorial church. I even had one with a hammock — so awesome. Friendly staff, sauna with a view of Berlin on the 9th floor. Breakfast is served at Neni-Berlin — on the 10th floor with a simply priceless view over Berlin. I will definitely be back.

If you want it a little differently and value an upscale and unusual ambience, this is the right place for you.

I have been to many hotels with a dog… higher in the category. But this has never happened before… an extra dog bed, dog bowls and a pack of treats.
We are very happy to come back… because we are thrilled.

Very nice room with a view over the zoo. Everything was clean and when you close the window it is really quite. The location of tue hotel is really good and there is a bike station pretty close (if you need it). The zoo is right around the corner and you need approximately 10 minutes with the bus to the centre. The bar on the top of the building is good (even though a little bit on the expensive side) but you have a pretty nice view.

This hotel is in a great urban location, close to hustle and bustle (may not be for everyone) and also a fantastic park (ideal for runners). Cool decor and friendly staff. Good construction. For example, my room was on the 9th floor, right below one of the most popular nightspots in Berlin and I barely heard anything. Three blemishes: It seems only one elevator was working for most of two days, creating quite a few delays. E4.50 for a coffee in the lobby is a rip-off. Finally (and this is possibly a bit unfair, since this may have been out of their hands), the hotel was cleared out for a fire alarm at 1 AM and it took 45 minutes to sort this out while everyone was out on the sidewalk. Nevertheless, I will be back.

Best place to stay in Berlin. I highly recommend the Jungle L room, it’s amazing. Try also “the best of neni” from the restaurant.

Pro’s: Great hotel. Views are spectacular. Super location. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff Cons: the old building means the lift can be heard through the night.

We're all here for the view! A trendy crowd who dont mind spending a bit over thr odds on drinks (cocktails especially) and food so they can see and been seen! The great views across the city, especially the zoo, and the spectacular sunsets means this place can get packed in the evening. There's a fair-sized outside terrace, which was full of smokers the evening we went. For those that can't get enough of the dj spun tunes, there are cds to buy and take home allowing you to recreate the crush and noise at home!

The Hotel is in a bikini complex is worth the trip and a special experience. Is reduced in a Creative and stylish, and casual, young and relaxed, it comes so … the decor, the atmosphere, the staff. Sensational views out the front over the City, out the back about the Zoo. Delicious and great Breakfast on offer — plenty of vegan — on the 10. Floor with stunning panoramic view. Great beds … we slept, despite the downtown location, and party noise until the morning hours (when the window is open) to the city side of sensational. For all the extravagance of the 25hours is affordable and for everyone … very personable! In any case, fully recommended … … we will be back.

Room 902! Price €200 with Breakfast and large Room to kuhdamm everything as far as the Bar was, however, we had to clean up the Room music and Bass until 2Am afterwards (everything heard exactly) Please do not let this Room be allocated:)!

Great View over Zoo and Zoo, Noises in the Morning are unique. Bathtub with Bluetooth Speaker and nice Breakfast in the Rooftop restaurant in the Morning. Happy again.

This is the best hotel I've ever been. True, there are some awkward things — you have to take a lift to the third floor to get to the reception, and the corridors look like a bar. But when you get to the room you get the most amazing view of Berlin, that you can enjoy from your hammock. You get exclusive access to the bar and the restaurant. Breakfast is great, with a mix of healthy israeli-inspired food. They also have coffee from one of the best roasters in Berlin (Five Elephant). A little pricey, but awesome.

Amazing hotel! designed well, the staff made everything so we will feel comfortable. The room is big enough for two, the location is great! hope to return back.

They’re more concerned about getting Instagram tags than providing a comfortable place to sleep. They must’ve spent all their budget on quirky decorations and forgotten to set any aside for a decent bed. Most travelers would prefer a good pillow to a record player and stuffed monkey in their room. If you’re stuck with a room anywhere near the elevator you’ll hear that all night.

Slowest bar service in Europe. Guest at the hotel and it took me… Ordering and waiting… And hour! To get my drinks. Awful terrible service.

A really great hotel. Already the reception at the entrance downstairs (reception is in 3. OG) is very friendly. Very friendly and attentive staff at the reception. Check-in is at 3 pm; However, it is possible to deposit a few hours before the luggage and to walk through the Shops mile "bikini" (right next to it). The rooms are nice because of the view, if you have a room at the top of the 9th floor. However, it is important to remember that some rooms are located directly under the "Monkey Bar", where music (mostly techno) runs until 2 o'clock at night. The rooms located in the "eastern part" of the building (#913-921) are OK from the noise level. The view of the zoo and the Tiergarten with Victory column is terrific. The best way to enjoy this is from the hammock directly at the Panorama window. I don't know how he's south. Except for the toilet, everything in the room is openly designed. The sink is more or less right next to the bed. There is no closed closet. There's a clothes rack and shelves for the clothes. All very practical and chic.
In the lobby is also a small café ("Bakery"), which is also suitable for a small breakfast hunger. There are many chic and cosy sitting areas. And of course: hammocks overlooking some of the zoo enclosures. If you want to have an opulent breakfast, make the best on the 10th floor in the restaurant "Neni". The view to the north up there is of course also great. The restaurant is cosy and light-flooded.

Very nice staff. They felt right at ease. The breakfast buffet was the hammer. We are more often in hotels, but such a buffet rare seen. The room was very nice. Unfortunately it was a bit dusty.

25hours is a very fun hotel located close to the famous Kurfürstendamm street and right next to a unique designer shopping mall, Bikini Berlin. I spent a night in the Jungle M room with a view of the zoo, Tiergarten and beyond. The room had a hammock right by the large panoramic window, which was perfect for watching the sunset and sunrise. The bed was super comfortable and I had a great sleep. The bathroom is a part of the room and not really separated from the room itself (except the toilet) — but you get the best views when taking a shower. There is a good storage space and you can also borrow a complimentary shoulder bag. The breakfast was absolutely the best one I have had in years in any hotel. There were many great items to choose from, lots of pastry, jams, cheese, ham, muesli, eggs, etc. The staff was courteous and kept making sure I had everything, clearing up the table, offering me very good coffee, and basically anything I could have asked for. Plus the views are unforgettable from the top — make sure to visit during sunrise.

Very nice hotel near Kurfürstendamm and Tierpark. The location is perfect to start exploring the city. The room I had was very well designed and super clean. Also the view was amazing. The staff is very friendly and competent and makes you feel welcome. The breakfast is super as well. It has a sauna, bar and a restaurant as well as a kiosk. I had a perfect time there. Definitely recommend to stay there.

Definitely a must if you are in Berlin. Unfortunately you have to wait and the bar is also rappel full. Otherwise the location, drinks and the view very nice!

Highly recommended, the view from the Neni is unbeatable. The breakfast was high quality and with good selection. Staff very friendly. Furnishings modern and stylish. Not favorable but for this quality fair prices.

Super Hotel for business travelers! Cool bar and super located, for tourists as well as for people who are in Berlin for business. But you have to be able to stand the hippet, but who wants something else in Berlin:)

Crazy cool and hip location and if this place is in your budget it can be the only choice. Staff were all super friendly and helpful with any request. Vibe is uniquely cool. Location is central with easy access to all your public transport needs. Everything about this place is a little funky and counter culture cool. You could say it was gimmicky but it pulls it off without feeling false. You are paying for an experience and it delivers with the added benefit of genuine charm. If you can get a room facing the zoo and park. Biggest selling point for me, a hammock in the room. I saw this when booking and to my dismay did not have a hammock in my room when I visited with a friend. When I told the staff they moved me as soon as possible to a room with a hammock without question and with a smile. A plethora of hammock options in the lounge area also.

Very noisy on the 8th floor through the bar until 1am. Service friendly but inexperienced. On several occasions I didn't get an invoice.

For me this the worst hotel ever, very dark everywhere I could not see what I sign on the reception, loud music everywhere, on the floors, at breakfast, in the lift and lobby, I find that awful also the smell on the floors the woman in the breakfast room was unfriendly, and no breakfast was included in the rate. No good lights in the room, all very dark so you need to see yourself for what ever reason go somewhere else, no luxury in the room all very basic, the hotel is so over priced, hanging bike cycle on the ceiling doesn't make the hotel flashing, arty and amazing for this room rate you get a better hotel no doubt, only good thing is the location and the view from the bar.

Classic case. Of form over function. When I first walked in, loved the funky vibe but the hotel rooms are designed to be cool, not comfortable. Air conditioning didn't work. Tv didn't work. Mattress was lumpy and cheap. Pillows were rubbish. Hot water was Luke warm. Only 7 items on room service menu (and you have to pay 12% extra to get it delivered). Cocktails in the bar were the most expensive I've ever had. Breakfast was terrible for the price you pay. Seriously, once the funky vibe and zoo views get old, there is no other reason to stay here.

Ingenious Bar (called Monkey Bar) overlooking the monkey Cage of the zoological garden. She's on the top of the hotel. The bikini house in itself looks pretty hip from the inside. Many modern shops. Interesting are the pop-up stores, which are located in the centre of the center!

I absolutely loved my stay here! Great staff, amazing room and view, plus it's perfectly located. I suggest renting the bicycles from them if you want to get around town. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… The place is modern, funky, relaxed and different but that us why I liked it. From the bar you have a view into the zoo and you can see the monkeys having fun. The location is great: shopping, supermarket, sightseeing, central.

Service personnel were pretty friendly. The meeting room we had were a bit small but comfortable. At times can be a bit loud outside but it was cool. Location is somehow in the middle of the town, which makes it accessible for all.

Visited Neni restaurant, a table for 3. The food was excellent, the service was great too and the price was not too expensive, compared well to our usual restaurants at home. The views from the roof terrace at night are amazing too. Didn't experience any of the negative points mentioned in other reviews so we had a great evening.

The Hotel is so so so beautiful, I find the room a Hammer, the Sauna is off the chain and the Neni restaurant, food, Breakfast, presentation… just mine! The deducted star is for the Orga, you have to Be for a number of things in the third ride… it is that you are already well aware since the first visit to the Hotel directly upon check in the room card for the Sauna has a release switch (the first Time we were in a Bathrobe in front of the Sauna and not able to get in, since no one made note that Sauna while incl. Is, but you have to register the use, in the package insert the room card use is also costs 10 Euro? 1 very confusing! ) and this yet again three times need to do… mind you in a Bathrobe : (and with all the Traffic, where on Saturday night occupied the whole Hipster crowd the elevators… very uncomfortable. Dutzen for me is very ok, also that I will not wear the ass followed, I like it anyway, if I'm being left in the Hotel alone. I ask if I need anything. But Dutzen and nothing to Service, and then this patzige "I'm cooler than most of the world, be glad that you stay here are allowed to" service personnel… heard, perhaps, that ' Yes ' to the Urban concept, and my home town is because to rural that I can kind of understand, in advance, as the chic and up-to-Date, but I like the not so, since air is definitely up there! Superbude in Hamburg, is similarly funky, and although it is a Hostel, much friendlier and better organized.

Had visited to go to the bar with two friends, were rudely ignored at the bar and the bar man was told they're not to serve us drinks in german by another member of staff — yet every one else in the bar were happily drinking and getting drinks. After confronting the bar man about this and asking why we were not being served and was there a particular reason they sniggered and we had no choice but to leave. Really unprofessional and rude staff, would never feel comfortable returning.

Anyone who takes a Trip to Berlin, you should definitely the Hotel to the Cocktails to the 25hours. Hot views of the city, cool people and fat Location. Who can vereinabren, can stay there also. Very fancy, stylish rooms.

Rooms overlookingthe zoo are fantastic. Well designed and comfortable. Staff is polite and helpful. Bike rental is free and a huge plus. Very well located. Restaurant has great breakfast and lunch. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Wow what a wonderful hotel. The creative energy is palpable when you step in. The architecture and interior design is whimsical yet solid. Attached to the Bikini Mall, it's a great place to stay. Service is excellent.

I had a great experience at this hotel. It's right next to Berlin's zoo so it has a jungle theme. The room was small, but nicely decorated. It had some perks such as a hammock, Bluetooth sound system and free bikes. And the view is amazing! You can see all of the city from up here, including the zoo itself. The rest of the facilities were nice. The restaurant and bar on the rooftop follow the jungle theme and have a separate back door entrance for hotel guests. The food is a little overpriced, but of good quality. The location in general is great! Right next to public transportation, shopping mall, book shop and restaurants.

We were already Fans of the 25hours concept, knew, but only the three Hamburg houses. The Bikini in Berlin is now our favorite. Thought out in every Detail, great Design and very friendly and helpful staff. Awesome is also the bar in 10. Floor, overlooking the memorial Church and the adjacent Zoo. But the icing on the cake are the "Jungle room" with a window front up to the ground. Where else can you hear in the middle of the big city, the monkeys at sunrise circle, while a fish is flying Heron over. Great!

Lively restaurant/bar area upstairs, with great food and a delectable selection of cocktails. Can get quite busy during peak periods, so a booking is recommended. Definitely worth it though!

A very cool and funky hotel worth a wicked cocktail bar on the 10th floor with dj tunage. Room was spacious and comfortable with all the mod cons. Including a Bluetooth speaker, mini bar, walking in shower, comfortable bed and TV (could do with more options for English viewers though). I would definitely go back.

A very stylish Hotel. We spent three nights in a Jungle L room, and slept well. The view of the Tiergarten from the hammock in the room I'm going to miss. The Rent of the Mini's went without any problems and the trip was huge Fun. The Breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and all encountered staff were friendly.

The service is really bad, many days no one to clean the room, the bathroom floor always was dirty, one day no one even to towels and. The pillow is very soft, staying here for 11 days I had to own and then buy a pillow. No free tea, coffee, and even water are not, the room is dark, my night couldn't blow hair.

I have stayed at Hotel Bikini on 2 occasions now and cannot recommend it enough. In terms of location it is 5 mins walk to the U Bahn and S Bahn and situated within the main shopping district. The hotel itself is very trendy with the hotel bar being the 'in place's to be, as shown by the constant queues to get in! The rooms are modern, artistic and spacious. The food available is, although expensive, of a very good quality. The breakfast is worth the money. If you are looking for a tasteful, upmarket hotel in a location with good shopping and travel links then you cannot get any better.

An extra is the restaurant Neni Berlin on the rooftop of the brilliant hotel.

Initially the room we got was a room adapted for people with handicap. It was not very adapted to us but we could see the effort put into this room for people with a wheelchair. We then moved to a suite. The rooms are very original. We found it a little dark but very interesting. The room were clean. The lounge area in the hotel is amazing and I wish we had more time to spend there. You can really chill out there. The service was friendly, young and helpful.

Great location, delicious food. The gym was underwhelming but the Monkey Bar was dope. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Lara who went above and beyond. Would definitely visit again.

Had a really good time here. Staff we lovely and helpful. The breakfast was amazing, so tasty, well worth it. The free bike hire was great. To top it off we could see chimps from our window!

The input allows the exceptionality guess, just the lift you into the 3. Floor to the reception. There begins from the first Minute to the good feeling of having arrived. No rigid etiquette, just nice people who welcome you and your wishes with a Smile to meet. Pleasant colors, well thought-out "Islands" and here and there Surprises… such As now expected, the Zimmerwunderbar thought out set up, super-bright and clean. Super cool hotel for short stay like 2-3 days but staying long might just get u tired in this hotel.

Café in the lobby and bar/restaurant on the top floor are absolutely recommended! Stayed I don't have 25 h Hotel however so far yet.

4 star hotel in the Berlin Zoo. Consistently coherent thematisiertes, modern, extravagant hotel. The rooms between different sizes and 2 theming (urban overlooking the Breitscheidplatz or jungle overlooking the Zoo choose). We had a room of category jungle L. Great room with their own bikes. Beautifully designed bathroom with rain shower and bath as a room divider to the sleeping area. Very large. Hammock from the floor-to-ceiling Windows offer a unique look at the Berlin Zoo. Small sauna with a fantastic view on the Breitscheidplatz. Monkey Bar and restaurant on the top floor with great views of the entire city West. Large sun terrace. Breakfast for €14 in addition here is served and is definitely worth its money. Courteous, unobtrusive service. It is geduzt as a guest. Also for us as Berlin a spiffy Hotel relax time and vacation in your own town.

We have felt super comfortable! Reception staff very friendly and helpful, great well thought out concept of the whole hotel, so the stay and the overnight fun :-) Times apart from that the prospect of the NENI restaurant is just amazing, it left thanks, that also to a large extent on the veggies — thought nothing with his menu —.

Suuuuper cool hotel. For the urban and also "trend-conscious" people. We could the wheels use every day free of charge, also single speed with toothed belt drive. The design fits the room specially set up, throughout the hotel, overlooking the orangutans at the Zoo. The bar very pleasant and the restaurant served the best food in the city, really, we have several restaurants, à la personally run or special location visited chaos in Berlin and the Neni — concept, certainly very tasty. To recommend the salmon or tuna, also the sweet potato fries and the humus, so actually everything.
Yet thanks to the young men of the reception, he was always very helpful and friendly and just fine.

WOW! Absolutely brilliant location great hotel! We were with our daughter, 9 years on a par there days in Berlin. All still pretty new and unused. Our room was sufficient (category M). The hammock was super. With views of the Tiergarten in the mat, dreamy. Also, the design of the rooms, very tasteful. All the staff we met were very committed and friendly. The food at the 10th floor of the hotel that is just beautiful. Plenty of space and beautiful views, wonderful! The Monkey Bar seems to be a popular place. It is located directly next to the restaurant. The guests of the hotel are welcomed here primarily so that it will be there not extremely full.
Only room service in terms of cleaning I found not so good. A dusty docking station remained dusty, as well the dust specks in the room the whole three days. This is why only 4 stars out of 5. Otherwise a highly recommended hotel for all kinds of people. We will come back.
