I arrived at 10.30 pm from munich city center (30’ drive)
They told me that I had to go back to city center (taxi paid by the hotel) and arrived in another nh hotel at midnight
Check in was not working and so I entered my room almost at 1am and I paid 199€ for this in munich
Never ever!
And it is such a pity since I was going to nh hotel so fequently.

Young waiter in the restaurant is utterly awful and rude and discussing. He belongs into a prison restaurant but not in the NH. I can’t beging to explain how unapt he is. Traveling the globe for 20 years never to addressed like that event.

Nice staff, clean, AC in the rooms, good size tv, nice beers in the bar, close to the airtport.

2nd time here. First time room was very clean, second time not so much. Friendly staff. Buy the breakfast as part of a package if possible because otherswise it's ridiculously expensive and there is no where else nearby to buy food.

A nice, clean and calm place when you need to rest if your flight is on the next day or on your way to another destination and you need a place to rest. Friendly people, tasty meals, very quiet (although next to the airport). The hotel has a lot of self service options where you don't need to wait for someone but go ahead and do it yourself.

Good service, clean rooms simple to get to. Decent running trails from the hotel. Breakfast was quite acceptable. Only thing holding it back from 5 stars was the ac in the bedroom being very ineffective.

Nice clean hotel close to the airport. Rooms are spacious. Hotel shuttle takes almost 25 minutes and the internet speed is poor. Can't be effectively used.

Nice Hotel, unfortunately the taking Planes are very noticeable. At Night, however, no Problem, since Night flight ban.
Super nice Staff. The Bar also serves hot Dishes at the late Hour. Very clean and well maintained. Absolutely recommended if you want to depart from Munich in the morning, as only 2km from Terminal 2.

Were for a conference there. 80+ persons and for 15 min coffee break only two very slow coffee machines. The registration was not prepared at all: Some receptionists even didn't know about it or where it is. The bills for an agreed in advance per-person-fee was not prepared and only 2 receptionists were to serve this with findinh the name in _printed_ list, make new bill, receive a payment and print the bill and get signature — time waste.

Good option for airport overnight stay. Close enough. Good breakfasts. Restaurant is a bit slow in service but quick tasty meals.

It is located in the immediate vicinity of the airport. But you don't get anything from all the air traffic. Very clean and nice hotel.

Staff of the restaurant extremely unpleasant. Bad and cold dishes. It is not possible to have a simple hard egg for a child who does not find his happiness in the only 2 pages of the menu, even at an extra charge.

It's all good. The only downside is one bed in a double room. Basically, it can't even be pushed. Big but one.

The sneak experience of today 6.03: For breakfast They had said at check-in that it costs €20, no matter if I book in advance or immediately in the morning. I specifically asked for it. Now you want €5 more. Excuse me, yesterday's colleagues were inexperienced.
Moreover, staff at reception relatively unfriendly and not very helpful, both yesterday and today, also with other guests. Not for a 4 star hotel.
Otherwise, dinner good quality.

Worst 4 star Ever house! I travel a lot professionally, but this House does not work. Standards such as iron and board, or free coffee in the room are not available. If you want to iron, you have to go to the third floor in the "Ironing Room"…
The WLAN is almost non-functional. I think my 56k modem was faster. Now I'm working on the personal hotspot…
For the price you will find a different house with better services. That's a pity.

It's a nice hotel. A clean number. We moved in late at night and got off in the morning. An interesting snack on bread sticks and wine was prepared for the present. Friendly staff.

Staff friendly and courteous. In my opinion the hotel no longer meets a 4 star standard. In many places have come significantly in the years, e. G. Tattered armchair in the bar. Breakfast at the top, only mediocre in quality. Shuttle from the airport with the parking bird shuttle, unfortunately only with a 5cm sticker to find on the hotel shuttle board.

Room 542 of me only one star, no star is unfortunately not.
The room smells uncomfortable on entering.
The walls are full of cracks and dirty.
Under the toilet seat are hairs.
The bathtub drain looks very unapetittlich.
The mirror on the bathroom door is smeared several times.
The storage area next to the left side of the bed is sticky, apparently someone had spilled something and housekeeping was just as sloppy here as in bathroom/toilet.
Duvet cover torn.
The alarm clock we ordered in the morning at 5.30 o'clock would not be executed!

My room was very large, but unfortunately it was a little bit used. Due to the location also slightly more expensive.

The hotel is located near the airport, a shuttle bus runs on a regular basis. The rooms are spacious and offer everything you need for a simple overnight stay. In addition, the house is equipped with a fitness and wellness area, both open 24h. The breakfast is diverse and varied, to drink are offered various smoothies and yogurt drinks, as well as juices of all kinds. Seductive!

We were given a failed flight on the 26th 12th. Sent to this hotel. I must say that I was very pleased. The dinner in buffet style was good and totally OK. The breakfast was even very good. An extensive healthy offer at the buffet. Delicious!
Also the room was clean and cozy.

Excellent hotel: everything impeccable! Close to the great airport in Munich! Even if the hotel isn't classified at 5 Stars, he deserves! The comfort is maximum! A probleme only with not secured internet and bad connection Wi-Fi! Enjoy to stay there! I will come back in summer for sure!

Stayed here for an overnight stay before an early morning flight. The restaurant was great the night before, with good options. The room was very comfortable and clean, and there was a nice grab and go breakfast early the next morning.

Hotel on the airport area of Munchen, there is a pay shuttle which connects the airport to the Hotel (€5). The hotel is comfortable and the rooms are large and spacious. Very pleasant Bathroom with bathtub/shower. I'd prefer a real shower! Think eject the window of the room at night otherwise the first flights are at 5 am, Alarm clock guaranteed! There is a sauna in the hotel. Correct breakfast, hot drinks, pastries, fried eggs, omelette, bacon… Free Wi-Fi but pay parking.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable.
Located at the airport a half an hour from Munich by car, you have a bus that leads directly to the airport.

All the staff are very friendly and accommodating, even with unfriendly or rude guests, respect!
We were fortunate to have been selected as lucky guests and were very excited.

Classic Business hotel, typical in out. Means: Reception has to make guests a minute and has no time or desire to satisfy the guests. Restaurant is OK, as well as service. NH is at the place simply at the longer lever, too high demand, too little offer around the airport.

Our room was a single filthy stall everywhere cobwebs and a filthy linen. Despite the complaint of unfriendly reception there was no movement in this case. In no way was trying to apologize or somehow hold us harmless, let's see if anyone else is reporting to us, that would probably be appropriate.

Only breakfast can be saved from the price. At the airport it is cheaper then. What I didn't like about the room, however, was that there was no fan in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Next to the airport but in a quiet area. Exceptional, in a word.

Stayed couple of times in the hotel. Rooms need more cleaning. The shower broken and personnel ignored my petition to repair it. At the reception desk you normally have rude and incompetent staff. The only good stuff is location which is very near to the airport but the other side of the coin is noise coming from planes engines.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean. The breakfast which included eggs, sausage and potatoes for 24 Euros was little overpriced but they give you an option for a nice continental breakfast for 12 Euros as well. Overall great experience!

We booked a double room here for one night, as we had a flight early next morning from Munic Airport. When we came in our room and the room was not cleaned properly, and the toilet was dirty. After some minutes we discovered that there was not towels in the room, and only bed sheets for one person. We contacted lobby, and a person came up with towels and some pillows. They did not apologize the situation, and the person said this was our own fault because we booked the same night. I expect more service minded staff and at least a clean room when I pay 100 euros at night.

Let's get it straight! This management is awful! Most of the employees work their buttons off, but the organization / management is the root cause of this bad revi! Check in: we were here for an event with over 100 guest and the hotel got well in advance informed about our need. E. G we're a family of 5 — asked for a family room (two rooms right next to each other connected with an inside door), we got two rooms one on each side of the aisle… Rooms should be ready to move in, was not. The event started at a specific time, we was not able to participate, since we needed to get the kids ready. But, no room, no possibility to get the kids ready. Breakfast next morning: Most of the food was cold, or gone. There was no silver ware or plates. The waitresses tried to catch up, again, how can two guys conquer against hundreds of guest — bad management decisions to have so less on duty. Evening: We tried to order room service, but nobody picked up the phone. I went down to the bar, in order to order my food for the family. They certainly tried to charge me with the royalty for bringing the food to my room, though… I was forced to pay in cash, since they did not put my credit card to my room. Which I gave at the check in.

The location is excellent and the shuttles every 30 min make it very convenient. The hotel is comfortable, clean and offers all amenities you would need on a business trip… and if you are lucky you could be the Lucky Guest of the day and have free minibar and a couple complimentary treats. Really enjoyed this last one!

This hotel is well located quite close to the Munich airport. It makes you feel like an executive on an important business trip. It is modern and replete with amenities. It's not charming or Bavarian — — but it succeeds at its purpose.

Looks outside very drab, but once in room pleasantly surprised very nice indeed, breakfast was offered at €22 very steep but bar meals were good, No tea or coffee making in room but more than made up by bar services. I would stay again.

Excellent hotel, large room, impeccable cleaning and conference rooms equipped. Worthy of note the restaurant inside. Close to the airport but no problem with noise. I will go back!

Very comfortable hotel and delicious breakfast buffet in the morning. I would give this hotel a 5 star rating except for their unfriendly inhospitable staff. FYI, the rudest and most unfriendly staff. They hate Americans here, so my American cousins spend your money elsewhere. Also, they charge you €5 per person per trip from and to the airport.

Good hotel, a lot of amenities in the room, even have a Nespresso machine. Very good breakfast as well, one of the best I had in Europe. Good bar as well. Front desk did a major flaw though, gave me a card from an occupied room! As I entered there was someone sleeping in the bed already. Not cool. The lady didn't even apologize or anything… Apart from that good overall experience.

No service at the reception, especially for Assistant Front Office Manager S. L. : the Hotel incorrectly issued invoice was only on persistent follow-through corrected after four months (! ) and the guest for the costs imposed. Here, you will feel not welcome.

Air-conditioning is available in the Internet. Is daylight robbery. It is merely a fan. A fan would be better. It could be at least in so hindrehen that you are not only noise, but also ventilation get. For today I have six fly swatted until I could try to sleep. But it is not easy at about thirty degrees in the room. Window on I don't trust myself but not anymore. Otherwise come up again fly in. Super.

Were two nights in the Hotel. Friendly Staff. Standard rooms were clean and in order. TV, Mini-Bar, comfortable beds, bathroom with tub, all top. Breakfast was more than enough. Direct location to the airport. Therme Erding in 10 min by car to reach. Can the Hotel only recommend.

Were over the weekend here. Very friendly staff and modern, clean room with a bath :). The prices are good, direct location with shuttle to the airport. Very lush and rich international buffet Breakfast with high quality ingredients and first tools. Also the beds are very comfortable. We would love to come back! Absolutely top.

3 star. This is a great place to stay by airport.

This is first time I stay here. The hotel itself is relatively new, and I remember well when it was built since I drove past it several times while staying in Sheraton, which is near by. This time Sheraton was fully booked and NH hotels was also nearly booked. Hopefully the room was found for me on the 5 th floor. From there I can see the airplanes take off with a nice look at the Munich airport. Although rather near, aircrafts do not bother me with their noise because of the good noise protection windows. NH is a business hotel, so my room is not big, not small, just good enough. Minibar is in, flat panel TV, however, with somewhat stretched screen. Bathroom is quite good and comfortable. There is a free Wi-Fi Internet at the lobby, but way too slow: Just 128 kbits/sec. To my surprise my SE Arc handy outperformed it hands down, showing 1001 kbytes/sec! Otelo Vodafone provider. The car park is free of charge and rather convenient and I easily park my Audi close to the entrance. The personnel is generally friendly. Price/performance is not bad (especially during the weekend €89, although on Thursday I paid €129. Altogether, I give the hotel 5 stars.

The Hotel is near the airport but quite far from the city centre. Check-in was perfect, staff very courteous and helpful, the retaurant provides excellent breakfast. The only thing which pinches you is that for going to city you have to shell out considerable amount of money, either you take a cab from hotel or S-bahn from airport for which you have to go to Airport by cab or hotel shuttle, which is not so economical.
