Great location, beautiful comfortable rooms, great service. The only thing I dislike is the cook top.

Good place to stay for a week or two. Nice welcoming and collaborative personnel.

Ive answered similar survey on email already. Interior is nice room is comfortable. But noise level is not great. You can hear peoples opening doors and stuff.

I had comfortable stay in Smartments during my business trip to Munich. It has all essential amenities and it is in easily accessible location. Plus the local transport stops are in walkable distance. The host and receptionists are friendly and responsive. I'd consider Smartments for my next business trip to Munich and recommend the same to my colleagues.

I love my Smarttment Apartment. They are clean, cozy and have everything I need to work and rest. The staff at smartments Are always so friendly and so helpful that it feels like coming home whenever I check in. All of this in the best price of any place in the city. I would recommend smartments to anyone!

Modern apartment hotel with nice and clean rooms. The kitchen is well equipped. You will get the room cleaned every 2 weeks or you can do it by urself. They have a Washing machine and a dryer which works with coins. There is a grocery store in 10min walking distance. Tram and subway are also close to the hotel. Parking is possible either on the street in front of the hotel or in the underground car park.

Clothes iron is very useful but hard to find. Would be great to have a couple more per floor, or a more strict policy of usage. Reception could have coins available for exchange, to use in the vending and laundry machines.

We had a very good time during our stay at this hotel. The room very spacey and clean. All kitchen set and dine tools are provide by the hotel. They even have laundry room on basement. The only problem that it far from nearest public transportation. We have to walk 10 minutes to U bach station and 10 minutes to bus station. During winter time walking that far was very uncomfort and cold. But overall I love to stay again at this hotel.

It was my first stay in SMARTments and the experience has been excellent. I'm seriously evaluating the possibility of renting an apartment for a long stay.

Clean and comfortable rooms with kitchens! Kitchen has all the dishes, pots, pans and glasses you need — also small refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 burner electric stove, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle. Just a short tram ride from lots of restaurants and 2 blocks away from a grocery store.

Very well furnished apartments in good surroundings. When booking for 2 people pay attention to the bed width.

The apartments are large enough and still quite new. Everything was very clean. The facilities were also very good. It was all there! The staff were very friendly. I'd like to come back.

As for the concept and the facility it is good. The rooms are very modern furnished — BUT I have stayed at many Hotels, Apartments, etc. All over, and I know that this place does not require like a work uniform for employers, but I do not understand how they can employ such people like that one lady working at reception, dressed in proper street style and not being either helpful or welcoming new guests properly. Mostly she´s been there in the evenings. You have to ask everything, she even seemed bothered having to work… You kinda get the feeling that you are not paying for your stay, — more that she´s doing a favour. Housekeeping is friendly, but unfortunately did not clean up the room the best. Subway is nearby, but if you wanna stay somewhere in Munich where you can go out of the door in the evening for a beer, it´s not the best for that. More a business place with lots of companies around, which totally fulfilled my business trip I have to say. Too bad that employees seemed lazy and unfriendly.

Very unfriendly staff. Neither will you be welcomed into the apartment, nor is there any instruction. All you have to do is ask for a "look kill" for free. I am very disappointed and will soon be choosing another apartment.

The facilities are good and modern. Only the service is rubbish.

I was in Munich for the Cup match FC Bayern München v Wolfsburg and had a really good experience. Positive:

+ Well insulated walls
+ Comfortable Bed
+ Modern Roomkey
Negative:
— A little further walking distance to the nearest subway station (U6, station alte Heide) or tram station (23, Anni-Albers-STR)
— had bad experience with payment, hope it remains an isolated case. (Money had already been transferred, but not yet arrived)
Otherwise a good recommendation on my part. Recommend to take a multi-plug outlet, not many are available in the room.

Friendly staff, clean rooms and despite adjoining street very quiet. The nearest subway access is only a few minutes walk away.
