We were there to 2nd.
Rooms clean and well equipped, but with us on the 6th floor the Wi-Fi reception (FreeWifi) was weak to non-existent.
Staff very friendly and helpful, as well as the breakfast was versatile, such as waffle irons.
Perfect location as there is a stop right outside the door.
There is also a parking strip in front of the door, but with limited space. Then you'd have to dodge to the hotel's parking garage. This one is quite expensive at €186 a night.
We can recommend the hotel!

Hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are small and moving around or getting luggage sorted is difficult. Minor noise from trains but almost unnoticeable.

We stayed in Hotel Ibis Arnulfstrasse from Friday to Sunday. Great hotel in a very nice area. Hotel is spotless clean. Staff are lovely and check in and check out was really efficient and friendly. The room was compact and also spotless, Great AC. Breakfast was a real treat with a large variety of cold and warm food. The outside breakfast area was fantastic. Everything for breakfast is self service and tasty.

Small room for high pricing. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was big enough. Internet connection and TV could be better. The seats were not that comfortable. Staff from the Hotel was very kind and professional.

Small rooms, but very cozy. Everything is very clean. Nice design. We can see that the hotel is new. To the main attractions nearby. About 2 km in a straight line, no turning. Convenient. ZOB station is close by. In the neighboring House Pleasant Kofeenka. The rest is as in other ibises. Nice place to stay.

I am a tourist driver, like clean goodies and friendly staff OK, flaws, distant bus parking.

Having booked in advance for the new year we had an impeccable value for money, I highly recommend breakfast, with salty, sweet, fresh produce, a waffle iron. A 24-hour bar and snack service. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff very nice and the hotel es next to the train, subway and tram. The day I return to Munich I take the same hotel.

The ibis Arnulfpark is the perfect blend of value, location and quality. I’ve stayed at a few ibis hotels around the world and I’m always quite satisfied. As the others, the rooms are clean, comfortable and well-designed. While on the small side, they are designed to maximize space and I’ve always felt comfortable in them. The ibis in Arnulfpark is about a 15 minute walk to HBF (and even faster on the tram) which is ideal if you’re on a budget but still want a nice place. I usually don’t eat at hotels but we stayed over Christmas and not much was open so we had paninis one night. They were reasonably priced and tasty and there’s a nice menu deal that includes a chocolate muffin. Overall, we had an excellent stay at the ibis and the staff is very friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay again if we come back to Munich!

Room rather small but clean. Tram stop in front but you can go to the heart of town on foot 3km. Breakfast full and very good. Very friendly home.

I had a quite and modern room on the 6th floor which had enough space with a bathroom a desk, bed and tv. I liked the modern bathroom with a shower. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast which was nothing special but fresh and tasty. I'd definitely stay there again when I'm back in Munich some day.

We spent two nights in the dezember at this hotel. The rooms are purposefully furnished and large enough to stay overnight. Only the miserable reception with the TV can be mentioned as a deficiency. However, we will come back to the octoberfest.

A hotel very functional, the rooms are spacious, very clean and with an accessibility for persons with disabilities pretty good.

The service at the hotel is excellent. The bed is very comfortable and the room is clean add quiet. The staff is very friendly. Less than 10 minutes from the city center by S-Bahn.

Hotel is simple but functional. It's clean and the staff friendly. The parking garage could be more cost-effective for hotel guests.

This hotel is in an ideal location if you're driving into the city. There is an underground car park (additional charge) for this hotel with an elevator which takes you straight to reception. The breakfast is brilliant and the staff are friendly. The room was well set up with free Wi-Fi, it has a great shower and a comfortable bed. Outside the hotel you can jump straight onto the number 16 or 17 tram which will take you to the centre of town in under 10 minutes.

An almost new Hotel 10 mins from Marienplatz and the market. A tram is passing every 5 mins and the hotel is extremely clean, well kept and the only reason why they have 4 stars is due to the size of the rooms. But we have been there twice in the last year and it is a perfect hotel for exploring Munch. And the Augustiner biergarten with room for 5000 people is 5 mins walk from the hotel.

The rooms are standard European size. They are extremely clean and modern. The shower is bigger than most in Europe. They are well priced and also sell public transportation tickets right at the front desk. A very good stay!

Stayed there for 4 nights during our stay in Munich. They were extremely helpful as our plane got in at 7am on the day we were checking in, and they let us check in about 6 hours early free of charge! The location is fantastic if visiting Munich as the main city Centre is just a few stops away on a tram close to the hotel. The hotel was also super easy to find coming from the Munich Airport. The room and bathroom were modern and clean. Would def stay again if I came to Munich again, highly recommend.

The rooms are small, but they have all you need in them. Comfortable beds and an amazing shower. I stayed here on a school trip, so we weren't in the room too often, but I did notice the excellent soundproofing. Amazing breakfasts, too, with a wide selection of foods.

Upscale 'economy' hotel. The rooms are very small (it's the same building as the novotel next door, but the rooms are divided in half if you look at the external windows on the back side). However, it's very clean, quiet, and comfortable, with helpful and attentive staff. Recommended​ if your looking for something inexpensive and no frills.

New hotel (by April 2016). It is not too far from the main railway station (HBF), there's a tram just opposite. By tram it's only at 6 stops from the center, there, you can easily walk around the main attractions. Rooms are clean, though narrow. Breakfast is very good.

Very new and stylish hotel, no-frills but really good and to the point. Only minor flaw: staff wasn't great — either not polite or inexperienced.

Hotel very modern (matter of taste). Tram stop right outside the door. Bed and breakfast are good. However, the prices for breakfast (€11) and underground parking (€18) are covered.

The rooms are nicely decorated. The beds are very good. Clean fit, either. Breakfast tastes, but somewhat expensive. Underground car park cost 18 euros! Nice bar for a drink in the evening, the food is not the hit.

Rooms are nice, shower is great, service was nice and helpful. Near a tram that goes around the city and the train station, but is kind of far from the shopping/food/points of interest. Overall would recommend!

Hotel clean. At 500 meters from the metro. At 50 meters from the bus stop. Recommended.

Purely for an overnight Stay suitable. Rooms are modern and adequately equipped. Good connections by S-Bahn and Tram.

I was pretty disappointed by the price-performance ratio in the new Ibis Arnulfpark. For two nights, I have a single room around 300 euros paid — incl. Breakfast. Unfortunately was the shower on both days in the morning, lukewarm to cold. The front Desk has them pretty unimpressed shown — on the first Morning it was, I had the water run longer. I had, of course, made — darufhin if you want to check. I have no Info — and in the evening, the water was hot. The next Morning, cold again. I suppose, then, that the water supply is too weak, if many guests at the same time showers. In a new building rather difficult. On the second Morning, I was then out of fairness the Breakfast credited — 22 euros for a bad performance… Oh well. At Breakfast it seemed the staff quite overwhelmed — lots of tables were dirty and the used tablet shows. To the Tablettwagen to empty and the tables clean had, apparently, no one time, the staff were quite uncoordinated on the move. All in all, pretty disappointing.
