If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIRᴀven. Com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere! Bathroom was very small but room was fine. Quiet and peaceful stay. GREAT location — less than 5 minute walk to the main train station and only 10 to the Marienplatz square. Front desk staff were incredibly helpful. We visited the sister hotel to watch the Olympics and received excellent service from them — they were very kind and accommodating.

It's a great hotel. It's quiet, great soundproofing, clean, nice linen. Delicious, varied breakfast, buffet for just 15 euros. For this area it is very inexpensive.

Nice Hotel. Clean Rooms. Bathroom too small. There is Not even a place to support a beauty case. Very convenient to the center but being in the station area in the evening is not a very safe place (No B. I am from Monaco and I know the city well)

Wonderful hotel. Helpful staff. Great location for walking to Stachus and Marienplatz. As well as the Haupltbahnhof. Our room looked as though it were a new hotel. The open air atrium was a welcome surprise. I would stay here again and I would recommend it anyone visiting central Munich.

We had such a wonderful stay in Munich, and it was partly thanks to this hotel. Very clean, the amenities were wonderful and the breakfast was to die for. The next time I find myself in Munich I will definitely be staying at King's Hotel Center.

Great hotel central location within walking distance of the Munich central train station. Very friendly and helpful reception. The buffet breakfast was well prepared with a good selection of items and a great coffee maker (cappuccino, espresso, cafe latte). Our room was relatively large with comfortable twin beds, nice furnishings, a large bathroom and a nice street view. Relatively quiet and smoke-free, Could use chairs instead of stools for working on a computer.

Great hotel for a small medium budget, only recommended but in the night window to otherwise is very noisy.

The basic room was nice and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful when we had questions. The breakfast was good but a little pricey. The only issue with this place is there was no gym or bar at the hotel.

Excellent location in the center D Munich to be able to take trains from the central station. Delicious breakfast and very well treated the workers there. The rooms somewhat smaller than they looked in the photos and the carpeting already pretty worn out but nothing happens because we were really just sleeping. Complementary water bottles and LPs oils are ahrafecia in the rooms.

Very Buel Hotel in Munich, advisable 100%, excellent breakfast, excellent room in every sense and with many plugs that although not seem is very impirtante for the recharge of batteries, excellent staff, very friendly all, both in the concierge and in the Breakfast, very good location to the central train station.

I am fascinated by this hotel directly at the Central station in Munich! I was already in November suburb. Unfortunately, our New Year's Eve vacation cannot take place because of Nikki's bankruptcy. No problem the hotel cancelled the stay without any problems! Would love to come back.

Clean rooms, very confortable beds, welcoming personal and perfect location if you wish to be in the center/next to the train station. The breakfast could be improved.

Reception friendly, location super right at Central Station, but price performance is not right for me. For my kids (2 and a half year old) 30 euros per night numbers I have never experienced before. Reason was that the room would otherwise be too small. Our "Family room" had problems to take a suitcase and the stroller, since I have had in Munich for a third of the price already a double-sized room (fairly not so centrally on foot 30 min to Marienplatz) on the website is with great cleanliness And we come with the pushchair against a small stool, which was filth and an empty Schampooflasche, so much to it. The mattress of my son was so soft and through, since I already got back pain from looking thankfully he weighs only good 10 kilos. The furniture and flair of the hotel seems quite chic, but it would have been better to invest differently. There is no bar or restaurant and the breakfast buffet was not even included at the price of over 280 euros for 2 nights. The bathroom was inconceivably small (max 2 square meters including shower), grade for such a "family room", I have seen in many small guesthouse already bigger. Mini bar or refrigerator error message. TV available but so placed that one could not really see it from any of the beds. So it will be my last visit, the hotel is not so bad but for the price an absolute audacity, we were not there for the Oktoberfest.

Apart from the difficulty of being able to write this text, given the obligations to be fulfilled in order to do so, I am pleased to be able — finally — to say all the good that I think of this stay at the King's Hotel… just a little downside regarding the means made available For storing shirts, pullovers, underwear… but to "The Impossible" (? ) no one is held.

Great! By myself and got a twin room. Very small, but I don't need much. The room and bathroom is very clean and the windows open. It's in a fantastic area down next to the train station. Only a 5 min walk. Love how convient this is to everything!

Our stay at KING's Hotel Center was wonderful — the hotel was beautiful and the staff was incredibly helpful. We were treated like kings, which was very fitting :) Quick walk into the Old Town and quick walk to Oktoberfest grounds; exactly what we were hoping for. We'd highly recommend this hotel for your overnight stay.

Great hotel, great location! We loved the breakfast! It's so close to the train station. We were able to walk to our hotel with our luggage. Only a few blocks. It is very close to Marienplatz and everything!

Lovely hotel, and a clean, comfortable room. The staff was friendly and attentive. Our only complaint was the Wi-Fi. I had to sit on the floor near the door to have any service, and even then it was extremely slow — and I wasn't even streaming video.

Great hotel which makes you feel special. Staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel is well situated in the city centre right next to the main train station, room was well decorated and priced compared to other places in town, they offered underground parking which was super fun because you had to drive into an elevator. Only downside were the thin walls/door since we had some noisy people on the floor. Also the air was quite dry since we couldn't open the windows.

Best location in Munich. This makes a difference. Everything you need is just at the corner: public transportation, park, garden, pharmacy, best street food, Starbucks, supermarket. The hotel/reception staff is really friendly, cooperative and helpful to make your stay convenient. Room air conditioning is the best I have ever experienced in a hotel: indirect quick cooling, automatic cooling while you are not in the room, easy temperature setup. You can use a small refrigerator for your own beverages. Bath is perfect clean, only water-pressure is low and temperature is changing slightly. Room comfort and quality is superior than other 3star hotels… All in all this is like a 4star hotel. Only one think wasn't perfect: in the night you might be disturbed by elevator noise and noise from the shoe polish machine.

Overall we really liked this hotel. Clean, simple, and quiet. The staff were very helpful and all spoke English really well. We hope to have more of our German back when we return. The only reason we give four stars instead of five is the air conditioning. It was quite warm when we visited and the a/c and fan simply was not strong enough. It was stuffy in the rooms no matter what. We very much appreciate the attention to reducing energy usage. We suggest a shift, if possible, to increase just the fan capacity of the a/c. We can live with it being a little warmer so long as the air is moving.

Good hotel close to hauptbahnoff in München. Parking is limited but lots on street. Close to everything. Elevator was broken the day we left. Had to haul a lot of luggage down 5 flights. That's my only complaint.

Not too small. Clean. A block away from central train station. Free Wi-Fi but limited to two devices per guest. You're better off walking to the Starbucks at the station for fast Wi-Fi.

Nice hotel. Excellent location (20 minutes to Marienplatz by walking with kids and 3 minutes to München Hauptbahnhof) Rooms are clean, quiet, smaller than it seems on the photo. Breakfast is fresh and tasty, but not so abundant. It's enough for adults, but I would like to have a porridge to feed the kids. Wi fi is high speed and free.

Outstanding place ti stay in Munich. Mostly liked the price versus room quality. It has a lot of character this place. Although I know this is a big place, it does not show much or feel like it. The location is central and the staff speak excellent english. I liked also the hotel parking which is underground. The breakfast could be a little cheaper, but it is of good quality, and the breakfast room is a charming terrace.

I love the traditional decor! It's so rare and very appreciated — the room was beautiful :) Great location near the central station, free Wi-Fi, great water pressure in the shower, and a fantastic staff — on return trips to Munich, I'll definitely stay there again!

Very nice Hotel, extremely kind staff, good location, very close to the city (historical) center. What was a little bit disappointing was the bathroom: very clean yes, but without an efficient air cleaning system (and without windows). Another thing: Wi-Fi connection wasn't working on two different devices I tried to connect and the hotel staff wasn't able to help. Anyway my overall opinion is positive, I would go there again.

Good location, near the train station which we were looking to have. Walkable distance to areas we wanted to see in Munich. Hotel was clean and well cared for. Our room was small. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good. Not as many amenities as some other hotels.

A little expensive but location was perfect. Staff were extremely responsive and offered advise when asked. Even though the place was hopping — Life Ball event was going on — I never felt put off. Breakfasts were delicious and the wait staff, again, were very attentive. We had a bit of a problem at the start getting the room cleaned, we fell off the list the first day — make sure you put the "service room" sign on the door! If you don't ask, you might not get the room serviced.

Meets all expectations and I could use as an Office all morning on the breakfast very helpful staff —, with perfect coffee flat rate and multi course breakfast in the breaks.

The location of the hotel is good, that of all but. The rooms are relatively small and not very clean. The staff is although polite, but not exactly attentive or friendly. A "Hello" or a "good morning" may be already when you enter the lobby, instead it is skillfully as guest ignored.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Standing in a quiet location, but close to the train station and the city centre. The service is hosted. No negative emotions during their stay. The buffet was excellent. Near parking leased cars that well, too.

Had there been several visits in several rooms. The rooms are not very spacious, but for the price range okay. The 'Royal' ambience is consistently and expertly implemented.

Especially convenient for business travellers: there is a "bar room" with ironing board, iron, distilled water, etc. In order always with freshly ironed shirts to be hotel ;).
