➜ Kindness and courtesy, cosy hotel, 2-step bus stop for any city commute, great and very varied buffet, comfortable and spacious room.
➜ Is well close to the ferry, friendly staff. The rooms are quite small, but it is good to stay. The buffet in the breakfast room is somewhat unfavorable in the passage. If someone is using them right now, you don't get in the room.

The rooms are very bright and friendly. Generally everything is very clean and tidy.
The hotel staff is more than accommodating, helpful and sympathetic.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection of very good dishes.
The city centre can be reached quickly and easily by bike (rental stations only 250m from the hotel) and by bus. Island Mainau can be reached on foot on a very nice path along the lake in 45 minutes and the ferry to Meersburg is only 500 meters away — so great location!
In general, the stay was very pleasant and the hotel highly recommended.
