Very friendly and family-run country house. Here, you can feel good only! Thank you Kim & Joost for the great day and the delicious Breakfast offered is always a Surprise.

I can recommend this great Guesthouse only. We are totally been lovingly Received and have felt the same fiddle. The rooms were very nice and well maintained. The location was perfect, relatively Central and yet quiet, very pleasant. The hosts were always available and were very very nice :)
The Breakfast offers plenty of choice, there is something for everyone. Every day there was a homemade cake, which was every time a poem :) ) The active card was total class, Bus and train were easy to reach and the Connection class. Our car was able to stay the entire vacation time. In addition, it offers great possibilities for excursions. We will definitely not be the last time here. Greetings.

We were very enthusiastic about country house my time out. Everything was right there, from the room to breakfast to loving service.

You don't know where to start. Even the very warm welcome is absolutely pleasant. Great rooms, great service, daily delicious homemade spread and cakes, comfortable beds with a choice of pillows and mattresses, great excursions — and restaurants incl. Reservation. All around a relaxing break with heart.

The wonderful week in "My time-out" is unfortunately over. It is a cozy guesthouse with adorable hosts. Joost spoiled us at breakfast with delicious homemade cakes (this week almost always gluten-free) and varied breakfast treats. From Kim we got good tips for the day and thanks to the recommendations and reservations always spent a nice evening in a good restaurant. We will definitely come back. The farewell today was like good friends. See you back in bodenmais soon.

Very nice guesthouse with dedicated hosts. I fully recommend this accommodation. The cordially prepared breakfast with homemade cakes, as well as the friendly and casual style of the hosts are particularly noteworthy. The overall appearance of the décor is clean and well-maintained. The rooms are sufficiently large and some barrier-free and accessible for disabled people.

Sensational! The name is program. Unfortunately, we were only 1 night (27 April — 28 April 18) in an oasis that is looking for the same. This awakens with a dreamlike view, which pampers with a breakfast that leaves nothing to be desired. All of this allows for 2 unbeatable, charming and very attentive hosts. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the very successful AUSZEIT! Torsten, Petra, Irmgard and Ina.

The country house My time out is the best address in Mais, if you are looking for a modern accommodation with a rich breakfast. The rooms are stylishly furnished, always clean and the view of the corn is a real treat! The morning breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and Joost and Kim always have a tip for a successful day trip!

Beautiful little hotel. You are lovingly caring for your guests. The Daily cake is world class. Despite being close to the rail track (runs every hour until 6pm) You don't hear anything and have its rest. A small kitchen is available. Here's all you need. The only small drawback is that you hear the doors opening and closing the guests. That's how you wake up from the early riser. A clear recommendation.

We had a beautiful time in this great guesthouse… The two operators are very attentive and friendly… A huge thank you for that… The breakfast is super tasty and varied… The room is very clean and modern… we would stay there again…

We were from 03.02.18 to 10.02.18 In the country house "my timeout". This guesthouse offers clean and tastefully furnished rooms, excellent breakfast as well as nice operators. We'll be back!

Simply fantastic. Good location, amazing services (esp. Breakfast! ). Easy parking, friendly owners, new bathrooms. More over, an Activity Card is included = free sauna, skiing, rentals, tours, etc. Thank you for well spent time guys.

We were the 2. And as is the case when 1. Time place arrival and 100% AuszeitDie two hosts very much value the guests feel very comfortable. If something is missing it will be organized immediately, and who complains of what is here in the wrong OrtDanke again Kim and Joost for the nice time with you LG, Klaus and Antje, We come very gladly again.

We were now in the country house for the fourth time and it's really pure well-being from the first to the last minute. The warm welcome and the constant, personal, attentive friendliness of Joost and Kim make every stay a perfect break. It is really difficult to say goodbye at the end of the stay.
Again and again Kim has new tips for the day, the rooms are comfortably furnished, they are great beds and everything is really really very clean.
From our point of view, the question on the descent: "What can we do better? " can only be answered in this way: "Stay like you since, there is joy in coming back! "

Very friendly owner. The Hotel is in a great location, also offers a rich Breakfast. I was on business in the vicinity. After a busy day it is very quiet. Would always book there again.

Just go, arrive and take a break. The two hosts do everything! Hiking — and restaurant recommendations with immediate reservations. Cakes from our own production and many loving details, are only a part of the experience here.
The rooms are exactly as shown in the photos. The view from the balcony just gigantic. And for that which can not be there, there's W-lan free around the clock, a free.
