We went there twice while eating and it was really delicious. The food is lovingly prepared and the service was great, professional and visually 😁 it is also open the longest in the evening… had also bad luck in other restaurants directly at the Königssee where we had to eat quickly because they close… but it was only 19.30 🤔 this restaurant is only recommended if you visit the Königssee. Top 👍

Not to be recommended, it should be calculated less than 1 star hotel, than in everything is bad: small rooms, very small bathrooms, bad beds, after room cleaning have always made the electricity, we had children's food in the refrigerator (actually our because their fridge was warmer than a chest of drawers). However, it costs 225 euros per night.

Location is very good, but the facility is pretty old and reception not so friendly. No lift here.

OVERPRICED! If you want peace and harmony. This is the worst place on Earth. There are a huge parking lot for busses right in front of the hotel and the place is filled with thoundsans of tourist. Bad location and rude staff. I will recommend a hotel I the city of Berchtesgaden. Its only 5-10 min from the lake and you will get so much more for your money ☺️

The hotel is in a very good location, staying in a room of 8 people (four double beds, three floors), spacious, fresh breakfast!

We had the bus station in front of the balcony and rooms, sometimes up to 16 buses. The engine was not turned off, it stank for exhaust gases. On the balcony you could not stop at noise and exhaust fumes.
We lived out of the suitcase, cupboards and bed shelves were sticky and dusty.
In the shower you could only with bath tabs. Simimglige flowing walls,
ancient, dusty, unkempt furniture.
Breakfast extremely primitive, not appetizing.
Scarce selection.
No Wi-Fi, we were referred to other locations.
Despite several attempts to get another room, we were only offered this after 10 days of stay, about 6 hours before departure. Probably because we have announced to turn on RTL "Explosive".

We would be greeted with a very friendly welcome.
The room was on the 2nd floor and was Tip Top Sauber.
The bathroom was relatively freshly renovated, so there was nothing objectionable here either.
Only the ladies who look after the breakfast buffet hegen u s made a little scared.
Here we had the impression that we are probably more disturbing fruit than guests, no look, no good morning or any other remark or gesture that one was even noticed.
Even a parking lot directly from the hotel was still free.
The prices were very salted by the holidays, the following day the room would only have listed due half, no matter was class overall.

The hotel is clearly in the years. The rooms may be large, but spray the charm of the 80s. The baths are old and have mold in the corners. The rooms are cleaned at a very low level. Used coffee cups are only pulled by cold water, so that the coffee countries remain in the cup. The beds are old and well versed. The pillows in the double room were inconsistent in size and obviously very old.
The line (Russian) only seems to want to draw returns from the object. The guest can already feel this at the time of booking and the reception. The first one you get received with is the bill. The response times to e-mails or calls in the foreground are very long! There is no help or instruction to the hotel or place. There is no cordiality or hospitable warmth. Overall, the hotel is heavily designed for passing Asians, the possibly most important. Make a not so high demand on the property. The restaurant is closed and is visibly used as a rumpy warehouse. In my opinion, the breakfast, which is highly praised in many portals, is at maximum average. The staff, also Eastern Europeans, do not appear to be skilled workers. Everything seems very improvised. The price structure does not correspond in any way to the services offered and thus to be described as inappropriate. I cannot explicitly recommend the hotel. The investment backlog is very high!

Zimmer was overheated and unregulated. Everything else was great.

Will not be staying here again. The manager/owner was very rude. The hotel staff tried, but could not make a decision. Our room was reserved with a crib, but it took until the 2nd day to get the crib. The location is the only plus. This hotel looks like it changed ownership recently and the new owner only wants money without putting any money into the hotel or customer service. Wi-Fi is not reliable. Breakfast was bare minimum, even by German standards. Hotel staff was rarely at front desk, and spoke broken German and English. Bottom line this is a tourist trap hotel with tourist trap service. They don't care about the customer, because they know you will probably never come back anyway and there will always be someone else staying there because of the location. Only giving 2 stars, because of the location.

It was ok, just we were there for 5 days and they didn't clean the Toilet seat or the sink the last 4 days or change the cups and glasses that we were using for clean ones, the room have an old carpet kind of smelly. The this aspects, the breakfast is very nice, the enviroment is ok, the people in charge are not much around, you feel like you rent a room with cleaning lady. But if you need it, you can call and the would help. We didn't really need much. The place is cousy and warm although the restaurant a bit cold, just grab a thick sweater and problem solved.

This hotel is the worst hotel in my life. The boss is totally rude for example he was always using the phone with loudspeakers, although the customer stand up front and he has also scolded with other language and. (He said to us idiot. ) We were suit room but the door was broken and floor and stairs are totally filthy. We stayed 5 days at this hotel but the breakfasts were very boring because there was only the same food and very little.

Old Bavarian House but well done breakfast herforagend. Ideal for walking and enjoying nature at any time of the year.

Room clean and well maintained. Bathroom and shower have come a little in the years and need renovation. Temperature in the room to sleep too high in the breakfast room however far too cold.

The rooms are a little on the old and dinge side but the location and the exterior building is beautiful! It's just a short walk to the lake over a beautiful covered bridge. The breakfast was really good!

The rooms are currently being offered on the homepage for DZ at €100. We had booked 4 months in advance for almost €150.

With a small pourch and view of the river… can't get much better (sound of the river in the background as I type this). The lake is within easy walking distance with many shops and places to eat. The Eagle's Nest is within view by via naked eye. Excelent place to set up camp if visiting lake Konigsser for a day, or two, or more.
