A very nice old hotel where everything worked from the beginning. Telephone booking was straightforward, special requests were received, 5 people with a dog.
Breakfast lace, room nice central.
Would book this hotel again at any time.

— we arrived as a group, several single rooms were paid and booked in advance and we did not receive ONE single parking space.
— everything extremely old-fashioned, for about 30 years nothing has been renovated or renewed.
— the rooms are very audible, all the noises in the hallway were perceived as disturbing.
— it is a former nursing home. You can press a button in the room and a lamp lights up in the hallway. (of course without function)
— a Maroder flair floats throughout the hotel
— Room without climate in a four-star hotel
— Water damage to the ceilings, see large room behind the breakfast area.

Conclusion:
Thirty years ago maybe 4 stars at this high quality hostel and that is not meant evil but honest.

Very friendly staff, very good cuisine. Rooms are in the style of the 20th Ger. You can see that there were guests here, but that is not disturbing.

Friendly service, very clean and well-groomed house. Always happy again.

Central Hotel in the heart of Bad Reichenhall. The ambiance is very welcoming and kept in the Thirties style. The rooms offer a successful mix of modern and history. The staff is always polite and helpful; The kitchen was standing out. We liked it:)

The hotel is quietly located in the pedestrian area with ample parking spaces. The rooms are large, clean and comfortably furnished. The service is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was varied and delicious.

I stayed two nights at the Parkhotel Luisenbad and must say that I liked the stay very much. I was a little skeptical because there are some controversial reviews on the Internet.
What you have to say is that the room furnishings are a bit older but the rooms are very nice and very large. The staff is incredibly friendly. I've been feeling good all the time.
The food in the restaurant is extremely good. I have often heard it is the best of the whole city and must say that it is true.
Breakfast is also excellent.
All around a nice weekend.

Old traditional hotel — could maybe do with some upgrading. Great breakfast though!

Great old Hotel, staff bends over backwards to help, even if they have a hard time understanding you. My German is horid and their English just slightly better. The dining room was quite nice and staffed by one waiter and helper. They were pretty quick and efficient. The food was VERY GOOD, if we were staying longer we would visit for dinner again. If there were any not to pick, it would be the Wi-Fi in the room, weak at best and my wife couldn't connect. Probably due to being at the end of the hall and the old European thick walls.

Best stake in have had in Germany and a wonderful staff. Delicious 5 course meal with surf and turf for 40 Euro. Definitely a great find. Side not — in Germany is a standard to cook a steak medium. You have to ask cooked differently. I had mine medium rare and it was perfect.

Beautiful old hotel, in the heart of Bad Reichenhall, directly on the pedestrian zone, therapy center, the Modern and the Spa Park. Quiet atmosphere, nice shopping. I can really recommend.
