Super friendly staff… Everything was great.

Friendly welcome. There were even gift bags for the dogs with food and some information. Clean, quiet rooms. Good location.

We are only here one night but we loved it, a great room penitent and Relaxing, we were also very friendly, I received the first Hotel to say where we are with the products, everything super said so Thank you.

The hotel took in my neighbors and me in an emergency in March. We were warmly received and the rooms were clean and quiet. For breakfast you have a wide selection of cheeses, sausages, eggs, cereals … and even a waffle bar. :-)
In the evening you can end the day at the bar.
The staff was very nice, friendly and always responsive!

I can recommend this hotel. It is very centrally located on the Seerhein and you can get there quickly by bus as well as on foot.

Pc screen as TV… Together pushed beds. Wi-Fi not functional, staff pretentious and unfriendly. What I don't normally mention security staff preferred to sleep in the car… Away from the construction site in front of the house.

Amazing hospitality from IBIS staff, nice clean rooms, delicious breakfast and perfect care. Czech national team for European Open Junior enjoyed it!

Great place, lovely staff, wonderful breakfast and heavenly beds, fabulous location next to the river Rhein and very close to the old town and Lake Constance.
We’ve staid there a few times and it’s the first hotel we look at when we plan a trip to Konstanz.

Clean, fit the purpose, good for short stays, simple breakfast, available paid basement parkings, expensive in weekends.

Great hotel, very clean, nice staff, good breakfast. For an Ibis, I was certainly surprised!

Centrally located hotel. The rooms are clean and relatively small. For one or two nights but perfectly sufficient. The staff is helpful and accommodating. What bothered me a little bit in the morning meal is that it took quite a long time for outgoing food to be replenished. I found it very good that an underground car park is immediately connected to the hotel. 10 € for 24 hours I find ok.

It is a good option close to the center. The rooms are a little below the price they cost. On the other hand, the staff is very friendly and willing to help, the cleanliness and the location. Important: they charge a tourist fee that is otherwise remunerated with the public transport ticket for the days of residence at the hotel. Totally recommended.

Great hotel in prime position in konstanz excellent service and great breakfast. The crew done a great job as the rooms was super clean. I will be back for sure.

The Room was sufficient for 1 Night. Clean and equipped with the Essentials.
Just putting a Bottle of Water on the Breakfast Table should be avoided as far as possible. This is cleared away without Hesitation or Question. At the Request to be allowed to put the Bottle back at the Table, one is alerted to the 150 Guests. You can't fry an Extra Sausage for everyone. Right to that, so far. We were only paying Guests and asked for an incredible Extra Bottle. With Key Delivery and a new Reference to the annoying Situation, one is told that this is only a 3-Star Hotel and here there is Self-service …!
All clear so far? Or "is it allowed to be a little bit more? Yes, we understood. We will be happy to pay more for a better Service in other Hotels in the Future. Ibis remain 148 paying Guests:) P.

Very pleasant hotel right on Lake Rhein/Lake Constance. Very friendly staff. The e-bikes are highly recommended, as you can make a large round of ground sea with them. We'll be back …

The Staffs are super nice and rooms are clean.

5 stars for 3 stars. A warm, courteous welcome, immediately an attention for the child and offensively asked if a cot is needed. If you have the room to the street, you have to leave the window or live with the usual soundscape. But either central or soul-quiet. Especially the breakfast here there is a buffet that fully lives up to the price range. But the service is special with 4 people who do not do anything other than take care of this buffet. It is immediately followed up without the guest having to say anything, I have already experienced it in a completely different way. You just have to say that everything is right here. A top-run hotel where the customer is still king. On the next stay in Constance definitely again!

I was on a short business trip. Hotel is quite nice and comfortable. The room is modest, but there is everything you could need. I haven't found any errors anyway, I'm missing something special.

We have been on vacation for a few days and have booked us into the ibis in Konstanz. The hotel is a typical 3 star house clean and neatly run. The room with sofa additionally is large, the bathroom and toilet are separate and clean. The hotel is quiet and air-conditioned. The breakfast is extensive and is constantly replenished.
What we liked very much is the location you can easily reach the port and the city.

The hotel is in a perfect location. We only stayed in the hotel for one night thereforr cannot say much about the staff, but the rooms were actually nice and very clean. We also were (positively) surprised that the hotel offers a public transportation ticket for the duration of the stay, which comes very handy if you stay out late in Constance. The only drawback of the hotel is the lake of garage / parking slots. There is a public garage downstairs for 10 € / night, but it is a completely separate service and "company". The hotel also offers a "happy hour tea time". Ibis is definitely always a nice option if you don't want to take risks trying local/different hotels. I could give a 4, 5 stars. Half a star removed for the parking slots.

I was the first to have breakfast at the ibis. And was very fond of the atmosphere and the prices. Ps. The buns were delicious. I'm going back. There is a bonus card for the third breakfast free of charge. Also the service was very nice and friendly. There are even freshly baked waffles. Hammer. Only recommended. Thank you.

The room is very nice has the basics and needed the restaurant too. It is very close to the center and there is public transportation the only downside is that there is no toaster.

Super comfy bed, tea around the clock, good breakfast, what more do you need.

Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, great Breakfast buffet and super location! Walk about 5-10 min. To the lake and the old town! The Hotel had Friday ever a good base for the weekend in Konstanz — Thank you for this! We will definitely be back! :)

Okay prices, okay staff. Good for a very late beer if you just visit the bar.

Ibis is known for its uniform accommodation policy… so also this one here in Konstanz… three stars, no more!

Rooms are very tasteful, 24h check in, and 24h bar. Early bird breakfast at 4am. Room very nice and clean.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Street noise was barely audible. All staff very friendly, great choice of breakfast buffet. I can only recommend the hotel, the value for money is top!

Nice hotel, my accessible room is unfortunately not 100% barrier-free. Unfortunately, the passage between bed and wall is so narrow that only about 50% of wheelchair users come to the bathroom and to the toilet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, the view was also great and in a few minutes walk in the city centre. The breakfast was also absolutely fine. Price-performance fits well!

Well, I was going to give a very positive review but then tonight, fancied a beer, dirty glasses behind un-attended bar, one guy busy on reception and two female members of staff walking around an empty restaurant. Asked one of the female members of staff for a beer as she was passing to be smiled at and told "yeah, when he's free" motioning towards the guy on reception. Oh well. : — (

Super nice staff. Public underground car park with access to the hotel at reasonable prices. The rooms modern and contemporary. Very clean. Happy to return to the next visit to the constance.

Good place to sleep. Spotless and comfortable room. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The Wi-Fi leaves a lot to be desired. It disconnects all the time and does not allow me to make video calls.

Great hotel, 15 minutes to the city, with underground parking, however, has to be paid extra. The lake-view room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, no bedside sockets. Staff super friendly. Bar 24 h open, to my husband's delight with WARMEN snacks. The breakfast was hammer, with warm waffles to make yourself, everything you need was there and also lake views. When we're back here, just this hotel.

A terrible hotel. We spent three nights there and it was very disappointed. In our room there was water dropping from the roof in the middle of night! The hotel claimed that the weather was too hot and they changed the room where the air conditioner then did not work! The worst experience ever!

It has all the requirements for a pleasant stay!

Walkable distance to family, the Rhein and trails. The bed is large enough to accommodate a 2 meters person. Great shower and the open storage makes it easier to not forget belongings. Pleasant staff with genuine smiles.

Cheap for Konstanz, close to the Lake. Room clean and adequate. Bed was too soft for me. No free parking, night fare €1 50 in garage next to the hotel at exit until 8:00 am. Booked via Web, paid on arrival.

The position was great, just out of the town, a choice of 2 bus routes to town & to Mainau Island… the famous gardens.
Its still walking distance to town & the Lake.
Some cafe choices a short walk away… even a vegetarian one.
A further 2 blocks for a large supermarket.
The decor of the front foyer was being changed when I stayed. You cannot go wri g with this hotel in konstanz.

Very good business hotel in Konstanz. Rooms are very comfortable and the location is central. Here can you feel.

It is super. It is clean and bright. The rooms have much storage space. I find the rooms good for businessmen, but also for families, it's good. But I could be no longer than a week in the room.

Friendly, faster check-in. Small but bright rooms. Practical and modern furnishings with many storage options. The breakfast is tasty and reasonable for the price.
In 15 minutes it is walking in the old town. The central bus stop is not 200 metres away. As a tourist you can use buses free of charge (tax)
