Nice traditional and super friendly hotel. Located close to the city center. Very welcoming reception staff. Great rooms. The wify worked well. It was a short stay, but it was a pleasure.

Nice hotel, staff very friendly, rooms clean but already somewhat old. Shower is so high that getting in and out is almost a danger, the sliding door has jumped out when closing. In someone else's case, the water hose has detached from the anchorage while showering. Coffee at breakfast again bad. Too thin and taste leaves much to be desired.

Very nice clean hotel. Staff friendly. Unfortunately, with limited parking options. Were sent to an underground car park. With a big car very awkward to park there.

We were almost satisfied with everything — only one thing disturbed: A dog does not belong to the breakfast buffet — this should be clarified to the owner of the dog in question. The same is true for children who are rummaging around in the FrühStücksCerialien with their bare hands. — It is clear to us that the responsibility for this is more likely to be with the respective guests than at the hotel. But how many signs should you put up if necessary?

In a very appealing breakfast room there is a wide range of dishes. City centre/town Hall Square approx. 10-15min walk. It leaves a tram in front of the house every 10 minutes.

Our stay at Hotel Augsburger Hof was everything we hoped it would be and more! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and informed. The room was very clean and spacious — very comfy bed! The breakfast was outstanding. The location was perfect, slightly outside all of the hustle and bustle, but super easy walk into the old town and shopping area. Also, located right next to Mozart's house! We had a car with us and parking was very reasonable and easy. We would highly recommend this hotel for your overnight stay!

Nice place to stay — parking is a pain — can be noisy if you open your window.

Nice and clean staff very friendly checking out was great as you paid your bill but still had access to your room on the down side the trams were a bit noisy so put eay plugs in your travel bag.

Everything was fine. The heating was a bit loud, as well as the street cars outside. Request a room towards the smaller street. Parking costs 8€, garage is pretty small.

Comfortable room, helpful front desk staff, and convenient to number 2 train. Good breakfast, too.

We stayed for four nights & it was lovely. The hotel is clean & comfortable, the Staff, were all second to none — nothing was too much trouble & they were all happy & smiley & very helpful. The Breakfast in the morning was brilliant, with a lovely selection of nicely presented items, all fresh & tastey. I would highly recommend this hotel & Thank You to all the Staff, for being so nice!

A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are nicely furnished and very clean. The breakfast was very extensive and good.

Very friendly, helpful staff, small, sauuberes room to the side out (quiet), walking distance to the train station about 20 minutes (but also by tram to reach), big surprise: Sauna included in the room price. If we are once again in Augsburg, we would stay here again.

Great location, friendly hosts and delicious Breakfast — what more do you need for an unforgettable stay. There is Parking for good price (7 euros a day) nice interior in the rooms are antique. The only negative hear the trams when they pass near. But if you to be tired enough in the city and will fall to the ground they you just do not hurt)

We stayed at this hotel during a motorcycle trip along the Romantische strasse. The welcome from the staff was excellent and were very helpful in letting us Park the bike in the hotel's private parking garage. Check-in was quick and timely. The room very comfortable and spacious room had a view of the main street leading to the Centre of Augsburg, close to Mozart's birthplace. The historic city centre is just over a kilometre away and can be reached within a five minute walk away. The restaurant didn't work and the young lady on reception suggested a great local restaurant nearby. A complimentary buffet breakfast in the morning had a variety of sweet and savoury products freshly prepared too. If you have to stay in Augusta choose this accommodation, is really great.

It was a good location — — close to the city center, streetcars, etc. — — but very loud since it was on a main street. We had to keep the windows open because it was very hot and the hotel has no air conditioning. The overhead fan did help, however. And the people were very nice and left me leave my luggage all day. So, I would stay here again, but not in summer!

The Hotel is class, I was already for the second time in it. The Breakfast is amazing, huge selection and very fresh. The proximity to town is good. It is in the summer, just not as good a room on the street to have, because with the window open it is too loud. With closed Windows everything is OK. The Service is good and polite.

We were a group of five for dinner. Reservation might not have been necessary, but as we had a very nicely appointed table. The selection of the menu plus the Tagestafel was varied, overall we ordered 3 appetizers and 5 main dishes, all very tasty. The appetizers were simultaneously served, as well as after a pleasant period of time the main dishes, each wonderfully done. Here eats the eye definitely. The quiet ambiance has all of us fallen, the waitress was extremely nice and also very attentive. All in all a very successful evening, again at any time.
