Very fine house with excellent service and a good selection of food and drinks. My tip: Use the fantastic bar in the evening. The rooms are all pleasantly quiet and air-conditioned. The house has a very fine and upscale ambience. A car park is directly connected.

The Drei Mohren is probably the first house on the square, as they say so beautifully. Celebrities are descending on this and people who don't have to save on the cost of accommodation. Of course, everything is quite exclusive and according to the high prices. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and leaves nothing to be desired. Who likes can also go there well-groomed food or attend an event.

Great location and lovely rooms. Food a little pricey so try Bob's across the road…

Good Atmosphere, excellent location, drinks a little bit pricey, service was a bit slow and worse than the last time I visited, but all in all not to bad.

We will not be visiting this hotel in the future!
Otherwise I have always been there with my family, but the hotel acts in an anti-human manner when Members of a party who stand up for human rights and righteousness are denied access.
I avoid a hotel that acts in this way, and I also call on all supporters of a rule of law to do so.
No more three motives!

Beautiful house with old tradition. The renovation of the hotel has been wonderfully successful. Very pleasant atmosphere. Due to the current incidents, a heartfelt thank you, that the Three Mohren proves backbone.

Very positive service and friendly staff! Easy check in and check out process. Location is great and easy taxi service waiting outside of building.

As well as the more than racist name, they also had by far the most unkind service on the phone. Even Telekom's service hotline is much better. There's really better in beautiful Augsburg.

Very good city hotel. The location is top. Reception very friendly and competent. Ambience great. All clean. Great mattresses that help you to sleep well on the very first day.
At the bar it went a little sluggish. When shift changes then sensational and friendly.
Park right in the parking garage. The only point you could improve: Although all the data entered online and credit card entered, you still had to fill out a form again. Could certainly be made easier. But nothing to complain about nonetheless. Happy again.

Top hotel with excellent service and restaurant. Modern, attractively furnished rooms and a terrace that invites you to enjoy a relaxing cocktail (even for non-hotel guests). Breakfast, or breakfast Sunday brunch is excellent and bookable for everyone.

Locality and parking is good. Some old baking taste, but classy and very polite operation. Eat well, usual high price for the locality. Beautiful conversion from the dance hall.

The Old French bistro is missing! The food concept only partially convinces. When looking at the right young staff and price level, conceptual doubts come. Even if long-standing clubs are put in front of the door… (See press release April 2018)

The gourmet restaurant Sartory is highly recommended. Terrific food and great service.

We felt very negative that they could not devalue our parking tickets either in the restaurant or in the hotel. It has been claimed that the parking garage is not yours. Big resplendent but everywhere glue of the three Moors for example. At the Parkauromat or the driveway. I feel it as absolute audacity and rip off for parking on an evening to demand from our own guests €25!

Gourmet Restaurant with good 4 course menus. Friendly servies. Highly recommended.

Perfectly all right. Very friendly reception. Breakfast very good. Also dinner in the restaurant. The bar in the evening overfull. Sauna area OK. Parking in the public car park opposite without problems. Direct access to the hotel, just a few steps across the courtyard. Daily rate €19, 00. Central location.

The 3m Bistro is ideal for a good coffee in between as well as for a nice breakfast or a drink after work. The staff are very friendly and professional.

The staff was far too slow. The food, however, perfect. We waited almost an hour for our food. The staff were visibly overwhelmed with about 10 guests.

Service in the restaurant extremely poor. Have waited 45 minutes for our drinks and were only heeded with one eye roll when demanded for 30 minutes. Staff seemed overwhelmed and was very rude. Table was not cleared and orders were simply forgotten. As we basically move in the Munich area, we are accustomed to a different level and were unfortunately disappointed here. Actually a pity, as the food was excellent.

… the hotel itself can only be judged by the sanitary facilities: leaves cleanliness to be desired. The affiliated bar is highly recommended: tasteful ambiance, good drinks in an acceptable location and the burgers are fantastic!

Perfect hotel for business travel or a weekend getaway. Elegant and modern hotel with spacious rooms. Staff is outstanding and genuinely positive and friendly. Beds are comfortable. Fast and reliable internet. Good location in city centre. Food in the restaurant was amazing with again very friendly and accommodating restaurant staff. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Luxury hotel accommodations at the heart of Augsburg. Clean, well appointed and spacious rooms. Reception staff are professional but could be a little friendlier.

Food and drinks were good but very expensive, service was outstanding.

Besides the facts that this is a fully appointed hotel with a sauna, large lobby with three seating areas, bar, restaurant, ballroom, and wonderfully clean modern rooms, the staff are multilingual. On the second day of our stay they all greeted us in our preferred language. Very friendly, courteous, professional and in uniform.

Finest hotel in Augsburg. Amazing staff. Beautiful! For such an upscale hotel the prices are very good. Great breakfast, Amazing French restaurant and fun bar. They have truly fantastic service in this hotel were Mozart and Napoleon once stayed.

An amazing hotel, with delicious dinner and breakfast. The staff are very attentive to its guests. The room is cozy with good shower, good bed, and they even provided you a tablet for internet access. The hotel is very famous and is the city centre. Very easy to get a taxi, right in front the hotel, and also is near the train station, around 20 min walking.

Rooms are lovely and spacious. Hotel is very clean with lovely toiletries. Breakfast is quite expensive at 22 euros but it is a buffet so you can have as much as you feel is value for money.

Bit of an expensive breakfast which you can find delicious breakfasts around the city for much cheaper but very nice accommodations and great location!

Very nice hotel, very historic and having a long history. Situated on the main road Maximillian strasse, with all important places to visit inside Augsburg in walking distance! Great spread for breakfast too, having 2 restaurants for dinner.

The Brunch is a huge selection and the ambiance, especially the garden, is very nice.

The visit to the Maximilian restaurant unfortunately not as well liked. The ambience is cool for a restaurant — but this is yes a matter of taste. At dinner, I expect better quality than just average from a House. The staff is friendly and attentive.

We’d booked our room way in advance with a special Deutsche Bahn voucher and were expecting luxury quality from Augsburg’s premier hotel. The elegant reception and the friendly staff were a good start. Our room was a bit smaller than we’d imagined, but the bathroom had neat space saving sliding doors and the mattress was very comfortable. Breakfast was served in a nicely decorated open space where you could see the chefs preparing what was no doubt not only breakfast but also lunch items to enjoy in the fine looking restaurant. While the fish and weisswurst (the special sausage reminding us that we were in Bavaria) made for a very good breakfast selection, the coffee was undrinkable – perhaps also reminding us that we should’ve been drinking beer. One of the nice reception staff tried to answer our question about the name of the hotel with a reference to three Moors that was somewhat contradicted by what we later overheard in a tour in the Cathedral. While I still don’t quite understand the connection between three monks and a hotel in Augsburg, the current hotel evidently wishes to make some historical connections to a place that was once located here but destroyed several times – and uses the leitmotif of the three Moors present in the hotel’s design to this effect.

Great Hotel with Exceptional Staff.

I was on a nice Ball (Baker and Metzgerball) in 3 Mohren and wanted to 00.15 after a dance performance of my dance partner at the Bar invite … There were several people that also wanted. Unfortunately it was around this time the bartender straight in the Brush with the message… I now do work the Bar makes 24 PM… This is for a home attached to such behavior… for a neat house as it is the 3 Mohren once was… and maybe still want to be… should such a behavior does not have…

I would like at this point the Restaurant MAXIMILIAN's in the Hotel Steigenberger Drei Mohren rate. Ambience and Design top. Nice zuvorvkommender Service. Food was good, but nothing extraordinary. Prices go in order. From the wine list I was, despite great selection disappointed. This could be in my eyes high to be corrected. Wines with good reviews from renowned wine guides such as Gambero Rosso, you will not find. In a Hotel of this class, I would have, however, this is expected. Too bad otherwise I would have 4 stars.

Well fed.
Given the level of — and the price range — the restaurant but unfortunately too many flaws for an evening in the operation (order passed over, unsuitable utensils, salad only to end of the duct served, bad).
Also, the large spotlights illuminate the guest room unevenly. The seats directly below it is uncomfortably warm.

On the weekend we were at the end of April 2012, in the (probably straight) after renovation the Hotel reopened to guests. The renovation is very successful, the style has us very well fallen, the Superiordoppelzimmmer was perfectly situated. Breakfast according to the category of excellent also the reception perfectly fine (Spa not assessed, since not finished yet). We had a room to the rear booked, because we knew that the road ahead is loud because of the cobblestones, tram and pubs in the vicinity, such as the same with a centrally located city hotel is usually the case. All in all a perfect stay. Again at any time.

Enticed by the years of positive Steigenbergererfahrung we booked for two days this house. Who Steigenberger expected, we like, we will be disappointed. Arrival : we are sorry, your request does not meet baggage service difficult. A colleague added : You can help. Answer : no, not now. It was then but a nice young man sent. The room is very sparsely furnished, in the bathroom over the sink a bulb is defective. Ago, but since the weekend is not interchangeable. Toilet lid was broken, mold between the wall and shower enclosure. Welcome 0.2 l of water for two people and a completely sodden cake. Well meant but poorly executed. Breakfast buffet is extensive, but not necessarily fresh sausages.

The entrance area is full of spiders weaving, the staff in the bar area is slow and arrogant. The bartender even let a guest, the Smoking ban has disregarded — whether o. K. Or not we then be — in fact, of the police conduct. Well, I mean a little bit of sovereignty would a house be good to face.
