Nice hotel and room. Reseptionist was not ok. Stressed or just angry for working late? Its not ok to roll one's eyes to guests when they ask if breakfast is in the prize.

Was very good for the money. Stayed just one night but was all OK. There was a courtesy water in the fridge. After a long journey with scorching sun that was the best feature of the room. I found the shower door a bit difficultvto use but I am a big guy so this is only a personal thing I guess. I did not take a star off for this, wouldn't be fair. Was nice and clean and well equipped. The car park is chargeable but if you go on a weekend you may find an easy solution for that ;)

Friendly personnel at the service desk when you arrive. They are very quick. The room is tidy, big enough and practical. You have everything you need for a good night sleep. We also didn't hear anything at night or had any problems. The breakfast was really good with a lot of choices like different breads or sandwiches, juices, different coffees, fresh fruit, cereal, jams, eggs, other drinks and food.

Great service, friendly welcome arrived with bicycles! (Family) Could they even finish in a box!

Simple and clean rooms with Queen-size beds. The breakfast is nothing special, but everything you need is there. The hotel is far out of the city big you can get there easily by taking the Tram right in front of the hotel.

I'd most like to not give a star. Absolute No Go throughout the hotel, no window can be opened, stuffy. The staff should do a Benimm course. Breakfast has passed for 14 euros. Just gone there, never again. Shower's walk is also broken, risk of injury.

Room for 1-2 would like OK. No longer. Sitting uncomfortable! No food. Has risen by 30% in the last 3 months.

They gave away my reserved room because I was an hour late. After 5 hours drive with traffic jams I had to find a new room at 7pm. Hard Business!

Very nice and clean hotel in top location, tram in front of the hotel. There is also 1 bottle of water in the room. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Top.

I had a good time at Star Inn Hotel. The attendants were warm and very professional in the discharge of their duties. They were always ready to provide any form of help. The rooms were spacious and very functional. I highly recommend Star Inn Hotel for visitors in Karlsruhe.

Pleasant quiet room, beautiful bathroom, unfortunately the ventilation is not easy to adjust. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is rich and fresh.

Unfortunately, this hotel is only average. The rooms are well equipped but unfortunately the ventilation continues to rust even when it is completely switched off. The staff was not very friendly and the one having to put a parking ticket in the car after check-in is annoying as well.

Very enjoyable stay here. On the top end of 3 star hotels. Only problem I had was that they were still trying to charge full price for a room after midnight. Had to book it through Priceline and go back in.

The hotel is siting in the west city part, it was quite, didn't know much about public transport because we arrived by car, but the highway connect is pretty nice. The room is clean and bigger than other competitors. Our room is at the end of the 3 floor, Wi-Fi signal was weak, bearly usable. Service was the first impression and it was nice.

This Hotel I can only partially recommend it! I had a room directly to the turning point of the streetcar, which felt every few minutes by my room also drove at Night, although I have extra for a quiet room had asked. In my shower I found hair by my predecessor, and the towel had a stain. The Breakfast is in my opinion overpriced, orange juice was out, the scrambled eggs are cold, for the coffee, I had to queue and the trays with cold meats etc were empty, were filled up again but since I was with my Breakfast already done. A shame, because the rooms are very nice and the mattresses are very good at where to get a good night's sleep could be if it weren't for the tram would be.

I think the service in this hotel very poor. What happened for example. In a double room only a glass present. To bring me another glass, after a phone call to the front desk and ask'd informed me I could pick it up at the front desk. That has never happened to me. There is no slippers, no bathrobes, and no free Wi-Fi in the room. On the TV no USB devices (for example, can Be connected for music). The room was not clean. Generally a nice, simple, clean hotel. The breakfast was good (costs has taken over my AG, so I have no sense of whether cheap or expensive), vast parking most and in front of the hotel. The tram stops right in front of the door, but it's still fairly quiet.
Review: air conditioning was not turned on despite fully heated-up hotels because she was still in winter mode. (in Karlsruhe were now about 25 degrees).
