It was good and clean but there was no tooth paste no tooth brush and that was a little irritating otherwise it was a good experience.

The room was simple but clean and practical. I particularly liked the breakfast — great offer, various coffees and good newspaper reading.

Does the job. Basic but clean room. Quiet despite the location. I am not a fan of the portacabin bathrooms but it's not the only hotel with them. Staff were nice enough.

The hotel is centrally located directly at the main train station, but is reasonably quiet. The rooms are simple but large enough and functionally furnished. The bathroom in a separate "cell" seems a bit strange. For the bidding, the price seems a little high. The service was friendly and attentive, the breakfast extensive and delicious. A great little hotel in Top Location right at Karlsruhe Central Station. In front of the door you have direct access to the city buses and tram … The main railway station is within 5 minutes of walking distance. I can recommend the hotel to anyone on a medium budget. At around €70, 000 a night, you can't go wrong in this top location.

Great breakfast. But stuffy and very loud if you open the Windows. On one side the railways on the other side of the tram from 5 am.

The location is very good since it is very close to the main station. The room was small but very clean and the breakfast they offered was delicious.

First night was not so great, first came a false alarm 4.30UHR and then went continuously from 4.30Uhr to 6am the TV about 7x. Location right at the train station. Friendly welcome at the reception, room was large, big bed. The built-in sanitary area made of plastic has a strange effect. Breakfast okay, with Waffle Station — but to do it yourself… I know that differently from other hotels. So with staff. I have no problem in making my tray into the designated car, but if that is the claim of this hotel… Austerity measures are clearly visible.

The walls are extremely noisy. Otherwise a nice hotel right at the central station. The breakfast is comprehensive and the staff friendly.

For one night it was optimal. Room and bathroom were modern and clean. Unfortunately there is a star rating as the rooms are very clean… We've heard every word from the neighbors of the room. We spent New Year's Eve there and were very pleased. The rooms were very clean, the staff very friendly and the breakfast very resourceful (waffle maker).

Biggest advantage is that is next to train station and in front of tram. While staff is usually kind, some of them can be rude. Sometimes bathrooms are not cleaned properly from odors.

Located a 2-minute walk from the train station. Rooms are modern and renovated. Breakfast very complete. Bar open constantly offering drinks and snacks.

I experienced a wonderful weekend with my wife at the Hotel ibis. An exemplary hotel. Centrally located on the HBF. Clean rooms, very friendly staff (reception, bar, breakfast, etc. ) are located absolutely quietly (with the windows closed, the trains in the HBF can not yet run noiselessly, but with an existing air conditioning this is not a problem).
So all around everything perfectly with a very small limitation: We would have been happy about a small wine-going decoration in the breakfast room.

Great value for money, excellent beds, can be slept excellently. My husband and I were in September 2010 and were very pleasantly by the high standard of the room surprised. The room offers enough clearance for two Wheelchairs. The bathroom is fully meets the DIN standard, and is unusually big. The time bed is ideal high to well from the wheelchair. However, it is only one side of the bed with the wheelchair approached. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the very heavy door. The Hotel is for wheelchair access only via the back entrance accessible. The kostpflichtige Parking is located directly in the yard of the new Post.
