Very good hotel, with a very welcoming staff. Good quality restoration for a very reasonable price. Preferably of course speak a minimum German but the staff makes a serious effort to welcome you in English. I will stay at this hotel if I go through this adventure.

Friendly boss. Very clean hotel. Hearty meal. I recommend it. However, you must book several months in advance. I'll be back.

We were a little surprised! I only dine in the restaurant! The remarks of some do not necessarily go in the same direction! When making a circuit the credit card is an essential tool in international trade especially in a tourist place like among other things the Titisee! There is certainly not clear information at the entrance of the restaurant to hear you say moment of the addition 'We only take cash'! in today's world this is not acceptable! This lacks level! Like the various German businesses that remained in the age of the Deutschmark! So you have to ask when you arrive!

Very nice and cosy hotel. The connected gastronomy which currently does not belong to the hotel, unfortunately I can not recommend. Schnitzel TK from the deep fryer, noodles and sauce convenience.

Price-performance is very good. Rooms were clean with good beds. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Location very good with free parking. W-Lan could be better, but no problem. During peak hours, there are strong temperature variations in the shower. But everything is still OK. Nice chef and friendly staff.

Well located hotel between the lake and the Badenpardies… also close to the shops… great clean rooms lack a bit of choice at breakfast.

Nice staff, restaurant OK without fuss. Room nickel, a bit noisy at the side of the road but in the evening it's cool.

It's not cheap. The owner Kauzig and rather rude. In principle, there is no need for guest wishes, it seems at least. We felt more like Störefriede, because as a guest. The reception is open for a very limited time (clear: The guest is happy to meet the needs of the host * irony-off). Wi-Fi worked from arrival to departure (2 nights) never on our floor. The establishment has its best years behind it, but is so far in order.

Pretty decent food. Omlettes are their best. Restaurant open all day long.

In the restaurant you can have a great dinner. It is all super fresh and we also prepared class. The staff is very nice and helpful and also very attentive.

The lake is located just 2min from the hotel and the small place with all the small shops is very cozy and beautiful.

Me and my boyfriend were traveling for a few weeks, and after reading about all the good reviews and how everyone was so happy with the food and also considering the good location and nice terrace, we decided to visit the restaurant. Big mistake. First the table was sticky. Then they brought us menus, without saying there was anything missing from the dishes we could chose. My boyfriend really felt like a pizza, and that's what he wanted to have. They came back to take our order, but for our unpleasant surprise, when we asked for a pizza, they said that they were out of dough. So we got pretty disappointed but still decided to order. So we ordered pasta — one Carbonara and one Bolognese. When we got the food we were even more unpleasantly surprised, and to be honest, truly disappointed. For 18 Euro for 2 pastas, the size was not even enough for a kid's portion. And the only reason we are leaving 2 stars is because the food at least tasted alright. But overall, we had a great trip around the south of Germany before we got to that place. I would never advice any of my friends to go there. Unless they like bad service and getting almost nothing for a lot of money.

It is a little hotel in a quiet little town. Clean and large rooms also offering a modest but satisfying breakfast. The atmosphere is calm and mostly adjusted to comfort an elderly clientele.

The food was good. The dose just sufficient. The service is friendly, but a little to fast at the on and cover, resulting in a a little restless made.

I ordered spaghetti carbonara with my son. Already a double price, I had the same amount that it is to say not much (him 4 euros and me 8). In addition, it was that spaghetti in the plate: it's expensive package of pasta! Four small pieces of ham were fighting a duel. So restaurant not great at all!

Very good restaurant, open late night (after 10 pm) value for money excellent service smiling nice and fast, the quality of the cuisine is one of the best that l is found. I recommend it for a meal in the couple on the terrace which is very pleasant in summer.

Hotel Sonneneck in Titisee/black forest, is characterized by the charm of the 60s. Our room hatTeppichboden (for Allergy sufferers recommended) and is in different shades of brown. In although spacious (the only question is what for? ) Bathroom there is a shower 90x90, Duschseife or Shampoo etc as shower cap is missing, unfortunately. The rooms such as the bathroom receives us with the intense fragrance of a spray, and this is what always cover. Itself, but also through the ventilation system does not Vanish. Once a Hotel Sonneneck — and never again. We have two adults and two children, the family rooms are occupied. For 3 Nights, we have over £ 500 paid. For this price, the performance is just not right. In the room there was a radiator's broken, so was the room in the Winter, just too cold. At the departure, we have also complained to the grandma at the counter, but will only be doo geglotzt. No apology or anything. We were glad that we Leave again. The Breakfast was rather lower level, and more, we have not gtraut to eat — especially as it is compared to a good Italian. The ground floor was a permanent smell of Frotierfett in the air. From this Hotel we can only Advise against it — therefore, no star.

Considering the location (just a stone's throw away from the lake, centrally located in the village) were 99 Euro for two persons incl. Half-Board (end of September) more than OK. Because we have no Zimmerhocker, was the standard for us completely sufficiently. Great TV for the evening and nice clean bathroom. What more could you want. Especially since it's in the environment is very much to discover. At the Moment, is not far from the Hotel even with a huge Spa and water Park built. This will be for guests, as well as the ski pass at the Feldberg, seems to be free of charge. If this is really so, we come back in any case. Determined to get outside of the lake, which are also cheaper rooms. But it is quite beautiful, the evening is still in place to go for a walk, without having to have to drive. Or even just a Cup of coffee at the lake to enjoy.
