Room was ok… but they refused to give “toothpaste” … but they can give it for a charge.! I guess IBIS should improve their standard a bit that they can give their guests some min essential things.! We are not asking for champagne.! Breakfast was decent.! No other complaints.

The hotel could use some improvements. The room service was bad: I found a lot of hair in my bathroom. The bathroom was also tight, the toilet and wall in front nearly hit each other. The walls are very thin too. I couldn't sleep, because there were some people making fun with the television loud 'til late. Fortunately the staff was friendly, but the breakfast place very, very busy and it was quite tough to find out where we had to park our car. Not recommended for long stays, only if you want a cheap place for one night.

You get what you pay. Rooms are clean, but it's not very quiet.
The fifth floor can only be reached via a staircase via the fourth floor.
I wouldn't book it again.

Our family stayed here because it is perfect to catch a train from. The rooms are extremely small. They say they have air conditioning, but our first room didn't work, and the second rooms ac was very week. I think they turn it off at night. I got a very poor nights rest. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were very helpful. The Wi-Fi was also very slow.

A comfortable and affordable hotel near the station. Good breakfasts. Pleasant staff.

Shower is not suitable for older and disabled people. The station is not to be overheard. The €11 breakfast I find overpriced. Staff is friendly.

Small rooms, ok had a smoking room, where is there still. Bath and toilet very small, can not even fall over, at 3 per mille in the blood. If you had ever pretended to make one out of 2 rooms, then at least a hotel would be, but so you really have to think about it. The prices for such mini rooms, are more than overpriced. Sorry, out of 6 points there are only 2 points from us.

Good place. Small but well equipped rooms. To note that it has free parking which is very important because it is expensive in Germany. Against: It is far from the historical center and area of walk and shopping but on a bus these in 20 min.

Very nice hotel. It has good and cheap parking facilities behind the hotel. But beware! It is best not to take a lowered car to park here. What was a bit annoying are the small rooms and the extremely small bathroom.

Meeting in the conference room. Was nice. Despite the slight logistical issue with the projector that got fixed, good convenient place. Good bar.

Good location. Cheap hotel with very good service and friendly staff. However, the breakfast with 11 euros for the small selection is greatly overpriced, but next door there is a good restaurant with delicious breakfast.

The Hotel smelled smoky total musty. Non-Smoking rooms, often next to a Smoking room. In the shower, the water takes forever, until the water is hot, water pressure is weak. Shower no entry/exit total dangerous, because the doors make it more difficult exit, because after the shower everything is slippery. Promptly on the last day slipped and the calf on the shower edge is encountered. The Hotel advertises with energy/environmental friendliness, the desire of the guest, to support this re-use the towels… ook will be ignored by the staff and in spite of following the instructions on the door signs, daily new towels… then the Hotel will merge the staff, but please better, or for the attempt of the Öko_Images and the notes. Only plus points are the good beds and an excellent Breakfast buffet with a nice selection. The staff at the reception was always friendly.

Great price and just next to main station. Easily accessible to bus services where one can travel around the city.

I was now three times guest at the Ibis Heidelberg and you get what you can expect at 2 stars. Breakfast is not worth the price of 11 euros and the rooms are also not always as clean as you might be accustomed to (dust on the heating in the bathroom, sink not thoroughly wiped, little things just). For the 2 stars all right.

Business Hotel, as one can expect centrally located. Rooms are clean and suitable for a short stay. Breakfast is standard and is quite enough to start in the day.

The hotel and hotel room looked very "used" and could be renewed once again. The direct train station is unfortunately very good to hear in the room. The mattress was located on the right hand side. The worst ibis I've ever been to.

Ibis hotels are often similar in design. Small rooms, even smaller bathrooms; But convenient and clean. This also applies to the Ibis at the Heidelberg Hauptbahnhof. Very good breakfast. The selection is fine and the quality is right. The breakfast room is also quite nicely designed. Although the hotel room is located directly at the train station, you don't hear from the trains or the road much. Only the air conditioner is a bit louder and can disturb sensitive people, especially in summer. For shorter stays I will be happy to use Ibis hotels, also in Heidelberg, again. For some more powerful people I would not recommend the hotel because of the small bathroom.

Very unfriendly. The day before yesterday someone asked very politely whether you are not likely to use the restroom and the woman at the Desk wouldn't allow it.

This Ibis Heidelberg Hotel is located at Heidelberg Central Station, the rooms are comfortable despite being small, the double glazing is really nice no noise from cars and buses that pass on the station square. Avoid having a room overlooking the tracks of the Heidelberg train station as it is very noisy with the station announcements.

A partly come into the years Hotel. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. Also the breakfast was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very small rooms. The bathroom and toilet is also cramped. Only recommended for a day or two and just to crash when in city. The major plus point is it's just next to Heidelberg Train and bus station which saves alot of time.

I'm 1.87m and the room and bathroom were too small. I could hardly move in the bathroom. I would recommend other hotels in the neighborhood. The staff was very friendly.

Clean, conveniently located for Halle2 events, Mini bar, Nothing for people over 1, 70 m, since the toilet can then only be used "across" to the "normal" Direction.

Good hotel to stay. In a walking distance from Railway station. Having all stuff around. :)

On a business trip; Two nights accommodation I. O. The breakfast varied and clean hotel room — I was satisfied.

The hotel was very unconvincing. The room was not very good and not clean either. Elevator and hotel hallways were smoky. The location is also not so good as it is still a further walk to the beautiful old town on Foot. The parking is ideal… unfortunately only for car breakers since it is gloomy under a car bridge, unguarded and far away from the Hotel. The other area typical of the Station. Only the breakfast was surprisingly good. My worst ibis so far as a gold member of the Accor Group.

Everything is very compact, there is no refrigerator. Breakfast is average. A cockroach was crawling at the front desk.

Nice, clean rooms. Service was quick. Reception was helpful with luggage and check ins. Wi-Fi was patchy though. Breakfast was decent too.

Great hotel directly at the railway station.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hiedelberg Isis. The staff helped us with a number of requests in a very efficient and timely manner. The room was super clean and we enjoyed the walk into the old town from where we were situated. We didn't notice any train noise although we were on the other side of the hotel and we felt at home during our stay. Thank you to the staff at the Hiedelberg ibis!

The bathrooms are super small … The rooms are very small (noisy), but the breakfast bar is very rich and the restaurant staff are friendly and helpful.

Nice location for a short stay, long way from the center of town but lots of public transport to get you there. Bathroom was way too small for a 185cm tall man. Room was adequate, clean and comfortable.

Had a very nice stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. As the reviews state the rooms are small but it is enough to sleep and get some work done. One big minus: there are no plugs next to the beds. It was a bit noisy due to the train station but there were no problems with the windows closed. The air conditioner was a bit noisy too but kept the room nicely fresh. Internet is a bit too slow to watch videos in higher quality and the upload is just bad. It took me over 2 minutes to send one picture to my friends and family. The parking situation was not ideal when I got there. Even the back parking was almost full. But overall it was a good experience.

Really good for business trip. The rooms in front of station are not so quiet (it is ok if you leave windows closed). The rooms in front of street are quiet during the night. Some bathrooms are really small, but seems there are rooms with larger bathrooms (ask them before the reservation)

About 15-20min walk to the old town. Rooms are affordable but really small. Noise depends on where you room is located. Mattresses​ were very comfy. I did not like the 1 ply toilet paper and low water pressure in the shower.

Hotel in a very convenient location in front of the station. Clean rooms to cozy and staff at reception available for information regarding the city only lack: a mini bar.

There are more fancy hotels. It was clean and the stuff was nice. Convenient location if you wand to be as close as possible to the railway station.

Freundlicher Service, angenehmes und sauberes Zimmer. Trotz der Lage direkt zwischen der Bahnlinie und einer sechsspurigen Straße äußerst ruhig. Lediglich das Bad ist gewöhnungsbedürftig da Alles auf sehr engem Raum zusammen gedrängt ist.

Freundlicher Service, gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz sehr versteckt hinter dem Hotel.

You have what you can expect from an Ibis.

A modern hotel that has the modern features you would expect. Free Wi-Fi, and well laid out (although cramped) rooms. Good breakfast with all the options you would expect available, but a bit more expensive than breakfasts offered in other German hotels. Ideally situated near the main station for those who are cityhopping and want a short stay (as I did).

A very nice hotel close to the train station. A great location to stay at due to close proximity of many trams and busses. They also have a fantastic breakfast.

Price performance is ok, breakfast is very expensive.

Rooms are sufficiently large. Soundproofing is not really noticeable. No heating in the room, just across electric heater = very environmentally friendly. Breakfast is so la la.

A very functional Hotel located directly at the train station. This business is well suited. The rooms are sufficiently spacious, only the bathroom is a bit small. When I'm with my 1, 95 m size on the toilet seats, I push with my knees against the wall. But in the bathroom, you must also not live :-) It is a little loud, because the front of the station forecourt and the rear of the tracks. But this is not tragic, because even in the summer with the Windows closed to sleep (air conditioning). There is a small modern hotel bar. The Breakfast buffet is rich and good. Conclusion: I can Ibis highly recommend.

Rooms are nice, the staff not but at the breakfast the girl that receives you was friendly and the breakfast was delicious and complete, the location it`s ok near to a station and restaurants.

The breakfast was delicious and the rooms comfortable and clean, is worth what it costs.

Don't know if it was every level layout, the bathroom really is too small. My foot, feeling almost fit in. If it wasn't nine o'clock, would much rather take two steps to find the other hotel. Ninety-five euros with Breakfast, not worth it.

Budget 2 star hotel located right by the train station side. Simple, but clean, it's worth the money.
