Excellent breakfast, away from the hustle and bustle of the old town, but it is still within easy walking distance. Rooms clean, but without minibar, but there is a refrigerator in the foyer, but even from here the prices are high. At night no street noise, although the rooms seem to be quite audible.

Everything as advertised, good service, and very affordable for Heidelberger standards.

Located right next to the main train station at Heidelberg, this place is easy to reach. The staff is courteous, knows good english and happy to help you with your questions.

The location is very convenient, about 5 minutes from Heidelberg station, about 2 minutes from bus and road tram stop, close to a large supermarket (just opposite the bus station), the surrounding environment is quiet, the renovated room space is sufficient, bathroom equipment is also good, breakfast is simple but nutritious, all dirty, bread, ham, cheese, juice, milk, Eggs, vegetables, Uggs, coffee, tea, jam, cream, etc.
The staff is kind, and most importantly, the hotel has an elevator, pushing heavy luggage here, see the elevator is about to shed tears. Not only that, but the hotel is also very cheap and very recommended. The only downside is that free Wi-Fi is a bit weak, but at this price hotel, what you're asking for.

Troubled night. Unfortunately, you don't get an eye here, as half the night at the gate is storming, which can be heard throughout the house. Night porter? Misreporting. So ears to and through. Speaking of the — the beds should be a bit harder and like (single room) also wider than just 80cm. The rooms look solid but not really inviting. The décor is reminiscent of the early 90s. Wi-Fi on quay. There is no telephone in the room for this.
If you're thirsty at night, you've got bad cards. There is no minibar. We arrived after a long drive at 22.50. Almost wordlessly, the keys would be laid down and wished us a good night. After that — light off. Staff away. Where the rooms are and when breakfast is available, may the responsible citizen find out for himself.
The person at the gate is still buzzing (already tenacious 30 minutes) and I am already very much looking forward to the surely rich breakfast.

Very close to the Central Station and city centre. Good bus connection. Spacious room and fantastic breakfast. Very helpful staff.

The hotel is a bit congested, but this is what makes the charm. It does not have the stylish bunks, in which there is not even a cupboard or trash. Instead I have a spacious room with a balcony and a large bathroom, plus great WLAN, all TV channels including Sky and — my highlight — a small kitchen in a closet. I feel as relaxed as I have been for a long time on a business trip. The location is also great, almost a few minutes away from the train station. Old Town is within a few minutes walking distance or by public transport. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Clean, warm, welcoming with attentive and helpful staff and one step away from the central train station. But watch out for the elevator: from 11 p. M. To 6 a. M. It's out of service! And to the mattress: you sink!

Excellent service and extreme nice staff. We arrived in the morning to join a seminar in Heidelberg. As we could not check in that earlt we got offered a room to take a shower and get fresh. The rooms are clean and very comfy. Absolutely recommendable!

Nice, cozy hotel. Rooms are neat and clean, location is great especially if you must travel on the weekdays for work etc. Almost all the staff is proficient in English. There is a hearty breakfast buffet to start your day. Also, they use an excellent fabric softener for when you need your laundry done! :P.

I got excellent service in Hotel Central, when I missed the hotel I had booked, because their reception was already closed when I arrived. The ladies in the Hotel Central were very understanding.
