We stayed always in the Hotel, we travel by working to Heidelberg several times a year. We felt like at home. Everything is super clean, the staff is fantastic!. See you in march 2021!

The hotel has a great size, is centrally located and is very well maintained. Parking spaces are available and priced within the framework. Unfortunately, we had a room without air conditioning — that was really a problem with the current temperatures. Sleeping with an open window without earplugs is almost impossible due to the busy road — but unfortunately far too hot with the window closed. The staff is really super nice and accommodating. Breakfast leaves nothing to be desired.

Beautiful, very clean hotel. Good and friendly service. Good breakfast buffet. There's something for every taste. Our bed, however, was tiny for a double room. Therefore, not the full score.

Sweet place to stay… room was comfy, but there is limited parking… It's within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The management was friendly and very helpful. They do have an elevator.

Rooms seem to be warmed up more than needed, requiring to sleep with AC turned on to cool down, or with open window. Unlucky the street on the river side is very busy and noisy all night through. Only one pillow option. If it doesn't match your likings (sleeping position, body type) you'll have to manage. Double beds are 1.4m wide and on the "very firm" side. If you prefer a medium of soft mattress I'd recommend another place. They do have "top-hover" mattresses, but only 1m wide, which does not fit a bed for 2, and they are also very firm, which makes them useless. Breakfast is amazing, with good variety of fresh products. Clean and well maintained Staff is friendly alghouth not very efficient and knowledgeable, at least from my two staff interactions trying to get a double bed top-hover which was promised twice, from different staff members, but never delivered. If they have told me they did not have soft double top-hover I would have moved hotel. It's a promising hotel, but not very flexible to customers needs, which unfortunately turned out to provide me three terrible nights of sleep.

The Hotel is very clean as for 3 Stars. Breakfast was delicious and the view from the room window is breathtaking :)

Despite a Fire in an adjacent House from which the Visitors were evacuated to us in the Hotel, the Hotel Operation continued without complications. The Junior Boss had everything under Control. Great Praise at this Point.

During our stay we were accompanied by the very friendly and too accommodated staff. The décor of the rooms is very appealing, especially for our bathroom. We particularly liked the attractively draped breakfast.

I can recommend this hotel to anyone. We stayed with 10 women for 4 days at the hotel. The rooms were clean, large and had a fantastic view. Particularly noteworthy is the exceptionally friendly staff and the lovingly prepared breakfast which was otherwise artfully cooked every morning. I don't know when I've been taken to a hotel so nicely. It was definitely not the last time I was there to visit.

The room is so much fine I am extremely disavdecorated because I have pre-booked one from double to 2 single rooms and was completely ignored!

Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit, quiet room without anything special, very clean but small bathroom.

Generally a nice clean hotel close to the Old Town area and the bus/tram stops, with good prices and good breakfast. I had a great view of the river. The staff speaks English well enough although I had some trouble asking one whether there are laundry services. I'm still not sure. Unlike other cheaper hotels in the area this one does have 24 hour reception and a lift. The breakfast spread was pretty good with a selection of cereals, cold meats, yoghurts, fruit juices, fruit, coffee, tea, cheeses and more available. You could also order omelets and bacon from the kitchen. However: The room was a bit small and very hot with no air conditioning, and it was a really hot time in Germany. So I had to keep my window open and that meant early morning traffic woke me up.

Very friendly and helpful reception when I arrived. Parking @ €8 a day is acceptable. Room (single 209) perfectly clean and not cramped at all, bathroom is great with shower only. Room looks out into another building although looking sideways you see the hills (not all rooms can have perfect views. Hotel is well placed next to the river and near shops, bank atm and other fun places. Room rates are favourable for what you getting and included breakfast is 1 of the best I have had in Germany.
