The hotel is modern, rooms are nice, the room has a kettle, fridge. No safe Deposit box, iron, too. The state is working properly mostly, but blunt, towels changed daily, bed linen every three days, the restaurant serves very tasty, if ordered separately. Included Breakfast is very poor: eggs, omelettes, cheese, pasta, sometimes cereal, sausages, cheese, instant coffee only, fruit only oranges. To the sea 10 minutes by yards. But! The hotel is surrounded by building and repairing houses, day and night, the noise of construction and finish, even around the swamp, and very loud croaking frogs. On the ground floor of the hotel — night club, no soundproofing. The construction from the hotel to the nearest civilized streets are very bad roads — gravel, dust and dirt. In Batumi a lot of mosquitoes. In General, if you want to relax in this hotel, stocked with ear plugs, fumigated and patience!

The hotel is located in an actively built-up part of the city, i. E. Around a lot of construction, broken roads and dirt in rainy weather. Also in this hotel there is a nightclub, which employs women of the oldest profession from all over the CIS (but this is not a rare place for Batumi), which is very popular among Turkish citizens. Very kind staff, 10 minutes to beach, I was satisfied totally, but the restaurant needs more care and more staff too slow service and not very tasty food.

Good stuff but bad position and roads are bad… far for 10 walking minutes to the boulevard. But big rooms nice breakfast stuff veryery good.

I have been impressed regarding the water hose in the bathrooms, it means a lot to all muslims lol The services are v. Good, reception staff are so friendly better than people in Tbilisi The cleaning is excellent There is an new, clean elevator!

Very clean and well appointed rooms. Friendly service and pleasant balcony area with view over the town. Has an elevator!

Spacious rooms and great view.

In addition to structural deficiencies represented by bed resting against the wall with the air conditioner on the head, the Lampshade attached to the ceiling, from the bad smell coming from the bathroom, the most serious deficiency was dinner, consisting of leftovers heated several times and dead of previous meals. But it's not over yet: in front of the nostte complaints the restaurant staff before we responded with ironic smiles, then told us that what they did get was "free" when they had paid to the tour operator half board; then to our request for another dish, they responded by presenting a meat dish-be-good to the point that it cannot be cut with a knife or chewed. Needless to say, the morning breakfast was the same tone.

Hotel is good but not very close to sea.
