Free parking at 800m walk but you are not told. We recommend paid parking instead!
The pool is very nice.
The hotel is very clean.
Small downside for housekeepers who vacuum at 8:00 in the morning.

It is not normal that we hear nothing but hammer sounds for half of the weekend.
Especially at 21.30 in the evening!
When asking at reception, they told us it could last for another 45mins. That would mean until 22.30!
I did not pay 357€ for this! On top of that, when we arrived our room wasn’t ready.
I found hairs in the bathroom of the previous guests.
The toilet was dirty, too.
Overall, the worst hotel experience I have ever had in St Raphael.
Expensive hotel and so not worth the money, sadly.

Sehr schön gelegen und gut erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt alles dort Minibar, Pool, Fitnessraum, Restaurant, Bar, etc. Würde sofort wieder dort hin fahren.

Comfortable hotel with swimming pool. If you look for cleanliness, this hotel is a very good choice. The rooms have a modern touch though are small in size. The hotel restaurant is ok. There are a couple of good restaurants close by as well. It is a 20 minute walk to the old town.

We ate the best food of our lives in this hotel. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed the direct view of the harbour. The 3-course evening menu tasted excellent and varied. French cuisine is probably the best in the world.
The hotel staff is always friendly and polite.
The modernly furnished rooms and the heated outdoor pool were very clean.
It is only regrettable that the hotel does not have its own bathing beach.
Otherwise we can only recommend the hotel.

We stayed there for a rather long vacation and we really liked it. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good service and reasonable pricing. Contrary to the description, parking is not free (at least during high season) and it is a relatively long walk to the beach.

We had a great time! Being in a wheelchair, I enjoyed all the amenities: beautiful room, large pool (quiet). A very professional and friendly team! we recommend you take half board, you will have the choice (three courses) on the whole menu. It's very hearty and absolutely delicious!

unlike Cane's. For the same half board rate, we had no choice! a brandade of cod (very very dry! and inedible) served in a small ramekin with a small salad! and to finish three scoops of ice! we went to bed in a tiny room with hunger! really lamentable.

Great place with great breakfast and easy parking. Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean and perfect room. Highly recommended. We will definitely us Best Western again. Close to everything we wanted to see and do.

Booking and payment on the Internet. Warm welcome. Clean and well decorated establishment. Nice room even though the lack of shutter bothered us. Medium sized pool but well appointed. Restaurant at the top so much for the reception as the service and the variety of dishes. Parking outside paying from 1/06 to 30/09.

Old, outdated and poorly maintained. The decor on the walls of the hallways looks like that of a poor student room. But how could they get 4 stars? The room is far too small for its exorbitant price, the bathroom is not functional. The balcony was covered with fiantes, the facade paint crumbles… Came to spend a night in love, we went home to Nice in the middle of the night. The comfort is not at the height of a 4 stars, far away!

This goes through a very pleasant and professional reception, by the comfort of the room (comfortable bedding, small welcome gift) and Breakfast at the height of the standing of the hotel.
Marie and Florence of the relaxation area are the icing on the cake indeed we enjoyed an excellent massage and a real sympathy.
We highly recommend this property.

Clean, neat and well equipped hotel. No complaints about the staff. We took advantage of the pool, the deckchair around, the bar, the hammam and the gym… everything was perfect.

We were able to get to the pool. The room was spacious and comfortable. The sauna is nice after a stroll along the coastal trail, although it could be a little more "cozy".

Pleasant, the pool at the top : clean, service at the pool. The room conform to expectations with little attentions : health care, coffee maker, coffee, tea and bottle of water. There is also a mini bar. The bedding is very comfortable. Only one regret that there is a bathtub instead of a shower. The staff is small care.

Hotel nice together with a team at a small care for these clients, the only downside in my opinion is the limited choice on the restaurant menu… (but the few dishes that we tasted were good)

The slightest concern or question that is posed is solved on. Staff very kind and smiling, everything is perfect. All in all very clean and because of this, we always want to come back.

Comfortable Hotel in Nice location. Not very big room but with all the comforts. Good offer at breakfast but I recommend booking, if available, with the formula bed and breakfast because rather expensive.
Only problem detected is that hot water takes many minutes to arrive (up to 15) ; At our request for explanations we were explained that it is a drawback of that hotel wing.

Very bad Service. If you have any questions nobody will answer from the Reception. How get the hotel 4 Stars? Better try in a other hotel…

The lobby is a bit dated, but thanks to the kindness of the staff it's quickly forgotten. The room is spacious and recently renovated with more a small balcony which overlooks the pool and the sea. We did a massage at the relaxation area, and frankly it was great. The girls was very professional and very nice. The restaurant when to him, nothing to say as much on service than on the meal. Finally, the breakfast is royal, there is a huge and quality choice. I really recommend this hotel.

Small and charming hotel, not too crowded, great pool area to relax, service is good and staff helpful. Rooms are cosy and clean. Parking spots right in front of the hotel for 9€ a day.

A very good hotel, a little trouble of air conditioning, but management was reactive, problem solved. I recommend.

There you will find a good room, ease of parking, new comfortable bathroom, free Wi-Fi and a. Good view over the port. Its location is privileged for Congress events but also for tourism since it is close to brakes and a lovely area for its beaches.
