Nice, clean, cozy, good style, great view, fantastic food, lovely staff❤️ we’ll be back.

We spend a lovely week at Hotel Versailles this summer.
We feel SO lucky that we by coincidence picked this Hotel.
We would describe The hotel as Boutique, cosy, clean, familyfriendly with great style.
The pool bar makes great tasty lunch and breakfast. The restaurant at The top offers great wiew in combination with fantastic food, probably one of the best restaurants in the area.
ALL The staff was SO friendly, Nicolas really made an efford to give us guiding around The beautiful area.
Stay away from The buisy, Nice, Cannes etc and enjoy this secret spot Villefrance-sur-mer. The harbour with cosy restaurants and public Beach is only 10 min walk away.

Hotel which has an exceptional view the welcome is good both during the day and at night on the other hand disappointed the staff of the pool house to the pool.

We just stop for the panoramic view but we enjoyed a lot the atmosphere and food.

We went to the hotel restaurant and forgot the wallet in the room. Returned for him in 20 minutes — stole all the cash, euros and rubles and driver's license. Obviously it was done by waiters from restaurants. We put the room key on the table and they saw the room on it. Rooms are opened with simple keys, they can be opened by any lock. There are no cameras in the corridors on the floors. Just a walk-through yard. Cameras only at the front desk and in the parking lot. In principle, you can look in the cell at the front desk which of the waiters left the restaurant in these 20 minutes — but the hotel staff is categorically not interested in it. It will be direct proof of the theft of their staff! In general, the reaction to what happened, or rather its complete absence. No one even expressed elementary regret. They just dryly sent us to the police. This hotel does not value customers or its reputation! They're the one who's going to go stealing! With the electronic keys and cameras in the hallway on the floor, such situations could have been avoided. But this is a small non-chain hotel run by an elderly and very unkind lady and she doesn't care about the safety of her clients.

The biggest drawback is stealing money and documents from the rooms and the staff thinks it's OK! There was no break-in! They say it's not a thing to leave a thing in the room. I paid for the room and that's my safety. There's no security. The police are on the side of the hotel owners. Got it.
It's depressing and frustrating.

Great location for this popular hotel with beautiful views of the sea nearby. The hotel lifts are a bit small especially if needing to get a wheelchair in there but the friendliness of the staff and eagerness to please, made for a special stay. Do recommend.

Best place to take a quick break from long drive and relax. Loved the ambience.

Rather tired bedrooms, and especially the bathroom. Public areas are fine. Great sea views.

Great place to enjoy a drink between friends or dinner with a breathtaking view of the Bay of Villefranche!

Staff at the bar very little pleasant and that blows at the slightest thought … Savings from candle-tip with the famous Perrier de 20!

Fantastic stay! I rate this 4 stars for the relatively low price compared to other hotels in the same category. The hotel ticked all of the boxes for us — location, look, cleanliness, balcony, view, and price. Room was simple but cool. Most of the staff were amazing and helpful. Dinner at the restaurant was mediocre and a bit overpriced so make sure you make the 8-minute walk down to the village for your meals. The walk alone is magical if you have not spent time in Villefranche-sur-mer. Avoid if you are against walking as this hotel is a decent climb up from the water and would be a challenge for the elderly or anyone really out-of-shape.

Old. Dirty. Overpriced. Food was frozen. Nice view, but forget about the rest. Avoid.

Great location, with a beautiful view of the Bay of Villefranche. Nice rooms and updated recently. Nice pool, also with a view of the Bay and quite spacious. Breakfast not included but very valid (as is very valid the same place where you consume, giving directly onto the pool area). Very personable and professional the breakfast attendant.

Industrial breakfast €18 is to be avoided.
Short should be for a night, but it is much better in the corner.

Treat as in the time of Kings, with a majestic view… What more?

Little piece of paradise on the Côte d'Azur. Magnificent view of the Bay of Villefranche. I stayed there last year with my little girl in early July, we enjoyed having the restaurant and the swimming pool in the hotel. A real comfort!

I loved their restaurant! The view on the Bay of Villefranche is unbelievable, what panorama! What we chose was really delicious, very romantic at night for a romantic dinner… I recommend!

Great position overlooking the Med. Off-street parking but not secure. Dining on the terrace is very pleasant and the swimming pool is shaded by olive trees. Rooms are small and some of the rooms and bathrooms have been renovated but not very cleverly. Breakfast is disappointing. We stay there because of the views!
