The hostel is a quiet place where you eat very well. Meals are homemade and fresh and the menu is renewed regularly. The waiter and the cook are really adorable.

Very friendly and welcoming. Room ok although a bit dated. Bathroom cleaning could be a little better. Restaurant attached to the hotel very expensive, there are only menus from 40 euros up per person, some good dishes but in general too little to eat for that price.

It was one night. We got to the dark. It was scary to move on a steep road. It seemed that the road was leading nowhere. But we managed to get there. For a long time we understood where the entrance to the reception. He's where the restaurant entrance is. Unfortunately, the kitchen failed. But she is very praised judging by the reviews. The village Paillon is beautiful. This restaurant is just located at entrance. We took a drink there. So we do not know how is the food. Price is expensive.

Great place to stay for a night! It's a bit of a hassle to get there, but when you're there. Wow! The hotel felt really French and cozy. Overall it was just a really romantic place! I thought the food was a bit overpriced though, it wasn't delicate and nothing surprising. But nevertheless we had a great stay and the staff was very friendly — so I definitely recommend this hotel.

Although we only stayed one night, taking a room on the front, the quiet and the setting are perfect for relaxing.
Having gone by truck, it is not easy to get there.
Unfortunately the gourmet restaurant was closed but the "brasserie menus" as they say are only typical gourmet dishes or in all cad served as such.
I recommend this property, not to be missed.

Delicious meal for €19 for two course, €25 for three course. We walked from Peillon station through the mountains! Really nice mountain climbing and exquisite view!

Loved staying at this hotel. Getting there is interesting because the road is steep with narrow switchbacks and then once you're there the road to the hotel parking is even steeper and narrower, but it's we'll worth the effort. The hotel was clean. Our room included a salon, so there was plenty of space. The room had balconies overlooking the valley. Very quiet and a nice orchestra of bird chirping in the morning. The restaurant had a set menu and while fairly expensive it was worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Concrete cuisine, excellent choice of wines, selection of delicious and non-trivial cheeses, warm and accurate service. Fair price and breathtaking view… to go again, several times!

A beautiful place to stay. Lovely dinner. The breakfast was over priced for a little basket of bread, orange juice and coffee. Wine expensive. The staff very helpful. Amazing views.

The stay here early/mid September was great. We stayed one night and wanted to enjoy a real bed and a good meal after a tent holiday. That worked out very well. The picturesque surroundings, the small, picturesque fort with chapel, the small but fine room with a view and above all the excellent food have convinced! The staff was very friendly and accommodating, was pleased with our French speaking attempts – but English was no problem either.

It is a little gem tucked away in Peillon. The food is fantastic, you can choose the bistro or full on five course feast, all is cooked to perfection. They also love my dogs. One of my favorite restaurants on the Côte d'Azur, if not my favorite. Ten out of ten.

The best place in Peillon and in the region. My family came here for lunch, we had a great service and really tasty fresh food! The FnB service is really professional, make everybody feel comfortable and at home.
This gastronomic restaurant is a must known. Come once, you will come back!

Very well located at the foot of the adorable little village of Peillon, this restaurant is ideal for lunch and relax in the shade of the olive trees. The products are fresh, the food excellent and the prices very affordable, at least in the bistro part. Prices a little higher naturally in the gastronomic part, but it all depends on what one is looking for.

Terrific Location, a little out of the way though, you come along a narrow and winding mountain road. Run by a family, do not expect who knows what services (there is no desk information, a concierge, not even a reception, there is no lift and no one will take you on the suitcases), but the rooms are large, clean, equipped with TV (with French channels only), minibar, Terrace overlooking the beautiful medieval village of Peillon (if you are lucky, if no view on the wall or on the parking). It offers breakfast service (at 20 euros per person! ) and restaurant with lunch menu from 19 to 25 euros and for dinner from 40 to 65 euro (per person of course). Overall I would stay here again and would recommend for the great value for money. Among other things for nature lovers and trekking I would like to point out that there are interesting routes that start right from the back of the hotel and that at Peillon there is the best restaurant that we happened to try Provence, you can't go wrong because it is the only over that of the hotel!

It is far from everything, You may feel yourself in a horror movie in that town is you stay a few nights. But it is amazing and beautiful, relaxing… Has beautiful paths for tracking. Go to the church at the top of the village. LOVELY PLACE Peillon :)

Stunning view Charming location next to the village of Peillon Not much service Breakfast and dinner horribly high price but dinner was good quality. Twenty euro for bread, cheese and coffee is too much — in my opinion. Room pleasant — small — smelled rather dusty at first. Nice little balcony. Remote — romantic?

Thanks to Christian masters for his hospitality and the attention you during the meal he managed to concoct in hands of a master. In a pleasant, discreet and efficient on the part of staff service broken at the height of the dishes it serves. Well presented dishes that enhance, if need be, the qalité of the products cooked with art, clever mix of finesse and taste. Bravo at the head, everything was perfect. The hotel is set in the French hills, the road to get there looks well maintained but switchbacks buana and numerous and tight. Upon entering you can breathe the scents of Mediterranean plants, the environment is cosy and elegant, the rooms are clean and Nice.
The staff don't speak Italian, and does not strive to make themselves understood. The helpfulness and friendliness are not his strong suit. Breakfast is not worth the money, is proposed classic Croissant, two slices of bread and jam, and little else, at a price of 13 euros too high. The rooms at the back overlook a wall and a hedge. There is no air conditioning and internet access.
