Tinder hotel & external people invading the pool on the top floor all days and nights. Don't go there with your kids, you will have no place to go in the pool. Very disappointed by the whole Management who didn't care.

Hotel is clean, staff friendly. Drinks in mini bar are fee, you get bottle water, coca cola, minute maid orange, Perrier. Breatkast on 8th floor, nice views from top of the hotel. Many many restaurants, shops near by, and the beach is only short distance from hotel with an open ocean view and more restaurants. Beautiful. ☺

Perfectly placed in Nice, 2 mins from the Promenade. Excellent staff. Rooms were good. Breakfast more than satisfactory.

Stayed at this hotel August 8-15, 2018. The hotel is disgusting. Entering the glass doors of the hall immediately felt an unpleasant smell. Gave a room on the second floor when opened the door to the nose hit by the sharp smell of mold, the room does not correspond to what we saw in the photo, the air conditioning does not work, but the fan bumble! The tattered furniture on the walls is woven dirty wallpaper. Booked a room with two double beds, resulting in one double and the second decomposed sofa. At the resppen so directly and said that such a room as pictured only in the hotel alone. The next day they changed the room, on the ground floor with a balcony. It has a fresher repair, but periodically, once every half an hour or even more often, there are flushes from the sewer, stinks at the whole room. Wai fai is disgusting, suitable for correspondence in weiber and only. Cosmetics in the bathroom are not updated — you have a bottle of universal soap/shampoo/shower gel and a second bottle of body cream, if the soap is not finished it does not bring, on the bottle it is written that can be purchased at the reception). The cherry on the cake was that the gold earrings were stolen from the cosmetics, of course the hotel is not responsible for the jewels not hidden in the safe.

The hotel is in a good location an easy walk from the train station and to the water and restaurants. The location scores points however staff and quality of rooms could be improved. On arrival at 2pm our room wasn't ready so we went up to the rooftop pool and bar to wait, unfortunately after 15 minutes of waiting no staff acknowledged us which was very disappointing given they walked past us on numerous occasions, we then decided to go back downstairs to wait, our room was ready at 3pm however we had to follow this up as nobody advised us it was ready even though they could see us waiting. Although spacious and fairly clean the room was very outdated and there was quite a bit of mould in the bathroom. On most occasions when we interacted with staff we felt we were an inconvenience service could definitely be improved. Overall an OK stay.

The hotel was great, staff were helpful and friendly. Everything was clean and in a great area. Do not go to the recommended beach club "sporting plage". Absolutely awful. I hope the hotel reconsiders their association with them.

Absolutely amazing hotel with a glorious roof top with Jacuzzi and music. Pricey but worth it.

Not bad, rooms are nice and staff at the front are good. Negatives are breakfast (don't do it) and the drinks on the roof are over priced and bar closes too early.

Great hotel, close to the sea and center.

The only regret I have is that I did not stay longer. Top notch service, clean, superb rooftop pool and terrace. The spa uses top of the line Declèor products. Definitely will return for an extended stay.

An excellent hotel, with warm attention on the part of all the staff, definitely to return. The pool was not of our interest as it is a small place, breakfast is lacking flavor but outside of that there is no more detail. The rooms are very clean, cozy and with all the details that can happen including charger via USB, something that is missing to many hotels to reduce the conversion of loader.

The rooftop is just the top! Good prices and the view is beautiful.

The hotel is not on the quad. Tatty furniture, bidet in the room does not work. Requires repair. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Hello I allow myself to file a comment, something I have never done before on a hotel, booking on booking as usual when I wish to offer us weekends with my spouse, during the reservation I am told that I will be taking On the spot directly by the hotel, so everything is normal, I realize two days before the departure that the levy is passed, arrived on the spot I find a lady at the reception that guarantees me that C is a pre authorization that was made on my account, and that I will be recredited the sum of 161 euros in the next 2 days, she then asks me to pay new 175euros for staying there I trust her unfortunately after the weekend I realize that I have been taken twice the night J calls in. Ur ask what's going on Monday from 6:00 am the first answer c is booking to did the levy sorry, I joinds my adviser who tells me that C is the hotel The splendid C is also mark on my account online, Tuesday I recall c is it should be seen with V UR bank and this morning out of me I remember C is we remind you I do not understand how a 4 star hotel can act this way for the stay J avoid even to give you my opinion only remedies that I have left so today no satisfaction I will be in the Req To be able to digest myself to the competent services it's disgusting to do this kind of thing. I'll let you have the rest later.

Decent quality. Located in one of the most beautiful streets of Nice, a stone's throw from the promises.

Good location, rooms are very tidy and the breakfast very good that staff is very friendly. Parking facilities are not given only with the use of the underground garage, unfortunately no swimming pool.

Good location in the city center. An exceptional view of the 8th floor. Quality spa treatments. Comfortable rooms but a modernization renovation would be expected as well as paint retouching especially on the 8th. Let it go on the outside of the 8th even in winter N is not admissible for a 4 stars. Gluten-free dishes should also be available for breakfast with real bowls and coffee in capsules!

We were guests here for 3 nights, and I really loved it! Staff were nice (and Italian speakers), room was nice and clean, breakfast was great. Strongly suggested!

We are guests in this Hotel. The personnel is very kind and they speak Italian. The room is clean and very comfortable. Self service breakfast has a huge variety of foods, sweet and savory and it is held in the beautiful panoramic 8th floor. The experience so far is positive, I suggest this hotel if you go to visit Nice.

Nice hotel in a peaceful place, not on 1 line.

The bar is located on the roof where you get a nice view of Nice with some relaxing music. The only regret I'd have is that the drinks were a little bit overpriced.

Amazing rooms and service! We stayed there for our offsite last week. They accommodate our early check-in, and were keeping our bags after check-out since our flight was later in the afternoon. Rooms were great, having both Bathtub and shower, and good view. Also, hotel is close to train station (10 min walk), city center (10 min walk) and sea (5 min walk). We even got complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Definitively would recommend!

Great location, just a few minutes walk to the beach. The hotel also has a rooftop pool and a terrace with a 360 degrees view of the city. Excellent breakfast.

I have spent 4 days in August 2017 at Splendid Spa & Hotel on vacation with my mother and aunts and it was all wonderful. Hotel very well located, next to the beach. Large room, modern, clean, quiet and very comfortable and also daily coffee making facilities in the suite. Amazing view of the Nice city from the terrace, tasty drinks, wonderful pool area.
All staff were attentive and friendly since from the front desk to room service, specially Fernanda Alves. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

I confirm hotel pass, very unfortunate given its situation, the landlord responds to the good opinions but there I would like an explanation.

Great front desk staff and location! Room was nice with a divider between the sitting area and bed area but the 'king' bed was made up of two single beds and the ac leaked for majority of our stay onto the carpet… Parking underground was good but very very tight. Pool on terrace had a beautiful view with okay service. Didn't love the service at the breakfast buffet but we were late and they were close to closing so understandable. Really a great hotel — just need to fix some things up!

Hotel room is nice and spacious. Staff was helpful with parking, providing additional towels and making a restaurant reservation for us. Rooftop pool is also quite nice but not shallow enough for small children.

Been here twice now and loved it. Close enough walk from the train station. The rooms are large enough and clean with nice bathrooms. Each room has a balcony but the views aren't up to much from the room itself. The rooftop pool is fantastic. While the rooftop is not too big, there is plenty of seating for sun bathing and plenty of shaded seated areas for eating lunch. The lunch menu is great and the service has always been fantastic. Dinner in the restaurant is great and the views to the water are great up here. Don't think I would stay anywhere else in Nice.

Service and staff not at the height of this beautiful hotel having a splendid view and location near the beach and the old Nice.

Hotel pass a dozen rooms is reserved for young girls from the east mainly Ukrainians, incessantly coming and going of guests and this until very late in the night, unacceptable and shameful for a hotel of this standing. The reception and the manager must be in cahoots with them.

Dated and smelly room, terrible air conditioner, broken window shades, clogged shower drain, tiny elevators, and slow Wi-Fi.

Great roof top terrace with pool, bathing chairs, jacuzzi and a restaurant! Great service. Rooms could use some refreshing repairs, but okay for staying.

Stayed two nights here 17 to 19 July 2014 Nicely beautiful hotel, good breakfast enjoyed on the roof terrace. Very nice and assist pesronale. Car parking in the basement garage. Nice Italian inspired restaurant just across the street. 5-10 minutes walk to the seafront, same to railway.
