Tidy and clean. Good location and lovely host. But limited usage of warm water.

V clean and tidy and in a good location to see the area. Nice helpful staff.

We had a great time. Pulido place, wonderful reception, always ready for any things. Public transport to the neighborhood. We're definitely going back.

Arriving at Villa Seferina Nice on December 31st at night, we discover our apartment in a State of excessive dirt, lack of hygiene.
Floor of the Salon sticky and stained, stained chairs, dishes not washed just rinsed, with black traces, coffee machine in a State of filth, rest of fruit in putrefaction in the bottom of the kitchen closet with stains of all kinds, rest of? in the freezer of the fridge, ledge of stained toilets, shower with yellowed edges…
We're asking for a commercial gesture. As the only response received by email from the management:
— It's not a 5 star — at this price, you don't have to ask for more – we offered to clean up and you refused!
To be aware that no one was reachable until 2 January, the cleaning was therefore done by us during these 2 days.
A lack of professionalism, incredible, a real sketch, a shame…
We have pictures of the condition of this apartment, I want them available to any traveler who does not like to clean the filth of others!

Very nice apartment hotel in the heart of Nice. The tram stop is about 3min away (on foot). From there you can reach the whole of Nice and the surrounding area. Were on the road for 1 week without a car. (€15 the weekly ticket for the whole city of Nice and even further there is at the vending machine at the stop). The room was very clean with kitchenette (Nespresso machine) and large bathroom. Small balcony where you could eat well. Washing machine/dryer was probably also available in the house, but we didn't need it. Smaller shopping market a short distance away and also a small Italian market with fresh fruit and vegetables on the next corner. The only stupid thing for us was that we arrived after midnight, when the reception was, of course, not occupied. Since the booked room was paid for, we should now receive the room key at the vending machine in the entrance area. However, the tourist tax was still payable on site and this is only possible with a credit card. No room key without tourist tax. A nice neighbour of opposite has made us with his
Helped out (for cash) and saving us from having to spend our first night on the street. Since then, we have also been the holder of a credit card.

Very well furnished, well located, and very good welcome. We'll come back it's on.

Very good welcome from the host! Parking available but remember to reserve it because there are not many places. Perfect for a one night stop, we traveled as a couple in a 3 pers Studio and it was fine. Nevertheless be careful, 3 people in this type of Studio can be tightened. We will return as the tram is 100 m walk away, and allows access to the heart of the city in less than 10 minutes!

Perfect accommodations for Nice.

Great little apartment hotel. Close to Nice Riquer Train station. We used it to visit Monaco :-)
