The hotel got the 3 stars. Family management, very courteous and helpful owners. Clean, good breakfast. Convenient location, comfortable and spacious rooms and bathrooms. Tastefully furnished. The stay is pleasant.

Nice hotel, very clean and 10 minutes walk from the beach. Spacious rooms and perfect bathroom. Air conditioning, although it was not necessary. Very friendly owners.

Really nice small hotel. The appearance is good +, not amazing, but an atmosphere makes it a great hotel! Owners are super friendly, helpful, and make the stay like home. Breakfasts are worth the price. Very good taste and choice, but please expect typical French breakfast. Rooms are super clean, tidy, modest.

Coming from Bordeaux to go to Marinelande we have a pleasant weekend the hotel is very well maintained the new decoration makes the stay pleasant it is very well located no need to move by car to go to the beach. The Welcome to the top, they offer friendly activities the prices are right for the quality! And if I ever go back to the area without worries I'll be back!

Very very well kept hotel, you can see he owners have put a lot of time to make it a very nice place to be. Room was spacious, breakfast was simple but lovely annoyed in the garden. Good location too, near the beach and the centre of town. We had two young children with us, and the guys were very Welcoming of them. But the hotel is not set up for young children, ideally you would need a kettle and microwave but this hotel does not provide these things. We knew this before we went in, so we're prepared to manage.

4 of us needed a room for the night they had one perfect for us.

Very welcoming, room spotless and the service has been redone, small breakfast at 8 euros at will and very complete, I recommend and I will return, the owners are super nice.

Accueil tres sympathique et excellentes prestations pour un hotel 2* et le niveau de prix. A noter qu'il y a eu un changement de proprietaires debut 2013, ce qui explique probablement les revues negatives avant cette date.

Very good hotel within a 5 min walk to the beach. Cool and smiling receptionist. Spacious room and bathroom completely renovated with Wi — Fi and TV and mm a small balcony. I recommend.
