Worst breakfast experience in along time!

Very friendly staff, clean bedrooms, good breakfast, ideal position for Honfleur centre.

Hotel well located and nice staff.
Indeed, his situation allows you to visit Honfleur on foot, leaving your car in the parking lot. On the other hand, it's a pity that the latter costs 10 euros.
The staff is available and attentive. The room is clean. Note the presence of a coffe, a nice Italian shower, a fridge (with only one welcome bottle for 2. Saving bits of candles? ) and a carpet frankly ugly! Other than that the décor is modern but not as design as the reception and the one in the corridors is a bit tristounette.
In short, nothing exceptional or atypical. This hotel is in keeping with what is expected of a Mercury, no frills. On the other hand, at the price of the room, a pity that parking is not offered.

Superb hotel welcomes very warm.

Located a few minutes' walk from the historic honfleur centre and the old basin, it allows you to visit Honfleur by leaving your car in the car park. The room is modern but not very large and as often there were not enough hangers to hang the clothes. The carpet had many stains. The buffet breakfast is of standard quality. Paid parking is a plus given the difficulties of parking. I recommend this hotel mainly because of its location and the ability to find good restaurants nearby.

Is absolutely not worth 4 stars but rather a 2 star. Certainly in the town of Honfleur, but rooms located on a road artery right next to a Budget Ibis which by the way is a great quality/price. Hotel Mercure whose rooms have seen on the road, parking, bus station and a gypsy field. At 150 euros a room it's expensive to hear the cars spend the night!. Tough mattresses. And lackof water pressure in the shower. Large rooms and very good little breakfast buffet mode with choice. (16 degrees). Parking shared with Ibis Budget so not many places (10 euros). In short expensive hotel without really of interest!.

Our last step Honfleur was somewhat gachée by the "too little" friendliness of the reception staff and the too full of dust in the rooms.
However accustomed to mercury, this bad experience has pushed me to the competition.

A pleasant hotel by this picturesque little town. Offered paper cups in the room for the hot drinks. Kettle and coffee + tea avail. Requested fir bedroom slippers but they don’t provide for standard rooms.

Nice and well placed hotel. Friendly and professional staff. The property itself would deserve 5 stars, if not for the deplorable booking site Accor on which I would have paid more than 60 euros more than the price indicated when validating my reservation if at the very last moment I had not refused enter the 3D Secure code to complete the transaction… Computer incompetence? Probably.

Hotel a few steps from the Center. Rooms nothing to write home about: double bed, Television without even an Italian channel, breakfast with little assortment at 16 euros, parking at 8 euros per day, nothing else. No Fitness no sauna, nothing.

Service and staff impeccable, room side street a little bruillante but view on the bridge of Normandy.

Maybe not as characterful as many of the other hotels in Honfleur, but the rooms are consistent and dependable (I've stayed in several of the other hotels and had variable experiences, sometimes a great room, sometimes a dingy weirdly shaped box). Just a short walk to the marina. The Mercure has its own secure parking area, which is a rarity in Honfleur, and is close to a large public car park.

Located not far from the city centre. The view is on the bridge. Nicely decorated.

Had to stay 2 days after a night impossible because bedding too hard mattress put on Board have decamped!

I'm sorry to give a bad rating, but I had my laptop and iPad stolen from my room at this hotel. I was one of three guests whose rooms were broken into the same night. The hotel blamed all of us for not closing our doors properly.

Well located.
It has no "grace".
It's not cheap.
