Perfect! Very good stay. The location is great and the staff very friendly.

Poor breakfast negatively affected the overall quality of the hotel. We had not predicted that we would encounter such a bad breakfast when we booked your tour. Your very successful and warm-hearted staff were having difficulty telling this catastrophic situation to the guests. The hotel management should not accept Kappatur's such infamous breakfast requests.

From 9 to 11 April, we stayed in rooms 103 and 104 and these had a very strong smell of sewers.
Barely the door of the shower room opened, the unbearable odor spread in the room. We slept very badly because of this, the fumes caused me nausea and highs the heart throughout the stay.
We are confident that the hotel staff was aware of this problem as a folded towel was placed on the shower drain and the lavatory drain was in the closed position.
We obviously reported the problem at the reception. The receptionist claimed to have "may have felt something on the first floor" and promised to "report it and do the necessary".
After the housekeeping, the windows were open and perfume had been sprayed in the room. But the infernal smell was still there when we opened the door to the shower room. The towel was again placed on the shower drain and the sink was again in the closed position.
When we left, we again reported the problem to another receptionist who didn't seem to know about it and just gave us the manager's card in order to write him an email.
I would like to point out that at no time has it been proposed to us to change rooms.
In addition, there was no seal (but moldy) between the glass wall of the shower and the tile. As a result, the shower leaked heavily when we were running the water.

Good Hotel with level of cleanliness not of the best. Price of the rooms in line with other hotels and with the class of Belonging (4 stars) of the area however high for the service given.

I like to sit at the bar and enjoy a drink. Relaxing music.

Sad! A bathroom with very bad odors, invading the room…! A rate of €110 for a room with 2 single beds, on the pretext that the hotel is full, and that it is better to take its customers for cons (you pay the high price and you shut your mouth) a housekeeper C is allowed to enter my room at 08:00 without p Make sure to check if there was anyone!

A staff listening to the least need, professional and available. A modern, warm and welcoming design. A good breakfast, full and copious. In short a perfect establishment where it is good to live. Thank you.

Hotel is OK. It's going to be okay for a few days. For a longer stay I would book another hotel.

Modern hotel very conveniently situated in centre of town, with shops and restaurants all around. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and just large enough, though would have prefered a little more space to hang clothes. Bed large and comfortable. Bathroom excellent. Breakfast excellent, with good selection: even the coffee was good (we live in Italy and so are very fussy about the wuality of the coffee. ) We shall come to stay again.

Good breakfast but very strange smell in the hallways and in the rooms. My colleague smelt a similar smell coming from the shower drain and also in his rooms… ok but not the best. Open the window.

The hotel seemed to be modern. Rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was ok but it was better than nothing.

I entered the room, faint smell of sewage. Opened the bathroom door, then a strong smell. I immediately went to reception, and the employee said something along the lines of "that can happen if the room is unused for a few days, run some water in the shower". I did so, left for ~2 hours for dinner, to return to a room that smelled even worse. No offer to switch rooms until I asked, sternly. Edit — reading other reviews, this is common for this hotel. Breakfasts at kyriads are subpar, even by northern french standards. The powdered eggs were… gelatinous, and basically untouched by all. Save your money. No hotel parking during the day. You must pay or park ~1.1km away. At night there is a small lot nearby that, with luck, you can find a free spot for the night. I am 0/2 on Kyriad hotels in this region. Being centrally located, and otherwise clean-looking, saves this from being one star.

Great location near plenty of restaurants and bars. Very modern, with pleasant and polite staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Rooms could be a little cleaner (cobwebs), but very nice overall.
