What a disappointment, I have rarely eaten that badly. The salmon that swims in the lemon, the meat and potatoes not cooked. The dessert tastes horrible. The head of the room who landed in yelling "c is that the audi white? "the bartender who refuses to make a pina colada to a customer at the bar. A true sketch this evening.

I highly recommend the 860 warm atmosphere, generous dishes and absolutely delicious. Personal care, superb setting. Really very happy with this birthday party spent in this establishment. I loved it, thanks to Anne, Jean Paul, Marco and all the staff do change nothing you are at the top.

Room taken by Booking has a discounted rate and fortunately:
A broken glass (fortunately it's only my finger that paid for) the bed top that smells good the feet of a marathon runner (after his run) the glass of the dirty bathroom, the shower head leaking in all directions. And on leaving we found the group of maids, one of whom was sitting against my car and another (at least one) smoking his quiet firecracker. 4stars can be but in our eyes it is worth nothing given the defects found.

The hotel is basic, but lacks any charm and has a distinct early 1990's decor to it. The room was spacious, but the bed was so unbelievably uncomfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a bag of rocks! After a long drive to get here, I was happy to find that the night manager was friendly and willing to serve me with a beer. However, at SIX EURO's for a 33cl bottle of Desperado's, I found those prices err on the side of extortionism. The breakfast choice is lacklustre and also overpriced. I think had I taken the time to check out early, I'd probably have had better luck finding a reasonably priced breakfast elsewhere. There is a reason I tend to avoid these "privately run" style hotels. They are always too pricey, dated in terms of decor, and usually a let down. La Fauceille is no different.

Very good hotel, no hesitation in recommending. Everything. Staff great, helpful and smiling. Very comfortable, well appointed rooms, bathroom small but clean and modern. Fantastic private terrace for sunbathing. Breakfast great and extensive. The restaurant menu choices were limited for a '4 star' hotel. The chef obviously doesn't yet acknowledge the existence of vegetarian diners as it was reported back there were suitable dishes on his menu. Not one to be found! And it was closed on a Sunday?

Service deplorable after 15 days of recovery, I finally received my laptop left at the hotel!

The setting is good. For me the hotel does not deserve 4 stars but 3 view its location: industrial and commercial area. The service at the restaurant very average.

Friendly staff, well maintained hotel, flat fairly small rooms.

Outrageous! aperitif for a mourning, not respected, for 50 people there was on arrival 2 decanters of fruit juice, 2 bottles of wine, and sofas, it was necessary to scream to get the aperitif (all for 40 euros per person) at this price we could have had a full meal.
No respect for the quotation.

It was fine for a 4 stars hotel but I was expecting a better quality : bathroom was tiny, one lightbulb was not working in the bathroom so it was quite dark. The sauna and the gym was a plus, although the sauna was the size of a shower cabin for one person. The gym eqipment was outdated and some machines weren't in proper working conditions (like treadmills stopping any now and again and really squeaky). They also had both the entry gates of car parking closed at 10.30pm we couldnt get notice from staff inside. Lock out for a while (15mins) on our first night stay after going out for dinner and we were not told that the gate would have closed nor there was any sign stating it would have closed, so we were considering to skip the gate to enter the hotel, but finally someone opened the gate for us. Other than that the location was not bad if you have a car and there is also a small swimming pool and a Jacuzzi in the garden for the guests. Pleasant stay and staff was very friendly. Very nice pop art decorations and furniture.

Good overnight stopover, located close to the A9. The hotel looks underwhelming from the outside but has a pool and restaurant in the central courtyard. I decided to stay an extra day.

I love this place … even if it is placed in the middle of a box, it feels super good … this is very nice… become my "home" to me when I come to see my clients on Perpignan :)

Nice little House, good parking, close to the highway.

Comfortable and excellent value for money.

Outrageous and unconscionable. We are a fortnight… The dish arrives, in this case filet mignon of pork, not cooked (rosé) and cold. We make the point to the waitress who tells us that cooking is like this. Don't you say the pork has to be cooked well? In short we pass on this detail saying that it is cold. She brings one of the plates to the kitchen. The chef comes back and confirms that cooking is done and that the plates are at 39 °. It's a joke? Our plates are cold. It rebakes the plate of one of us and the rest of my colleagues and I even eat cold since we have no choice. No one brings our plates back to the kitchen. The worst part is that the waitress takes us up and does not admit the mistake. Frankly we were 16 at the table. I've never seen that! This behavior is unacceptable and not commercial. For a 4 star, it's more than limited.

It's nice hotel, modern and good position to come and stay out of centre.

Very high quality restaurant with a very warm and very competent staff.
Excellent meal without false note, with cooking of meat at everyone's request despite a large number of diners.
Very pleasant setting, quiet, chic and friendly at the same time.
We have a great memory, as do all of our guests, of the evening spent at this establishment.

Ideal setting, excellent comfort.

The room we had was OK. There was no coffee only tea. The bed was too hard and rose in the middle making it very uncomfortable. Not a good experience overall. May have been better if I had used the other facilities on offer but had no time on this trip to use them.

Normal place, probably should be a little cheaper. Considering what a mess I've seen in this part of France until then, simply remains to accept and take as is.

Room night. Excellent restaurant. Commercial evening price is correct. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Very nice staff, spoke English well, would be worth putting hairdryers in all rooms for travelling stop overs. Nice land, nice people, thanks a lot.
