Pleasant, calm and romantic atmosphere.

Hotel very well located, quiet at night, value for money correct. Clean bathroom renovated, friendly service. During my stay, the ground floor was under construction. August 2018

Center, to any attraction on foot no more than 15-20 minutes free walk. Very convenient.
Room. For one, for a couple of days — very suitable. Of the cons — no refrigerator and safe. The rest is fine. Clean, cool (there is air conditioning with climate control), a small balcony in the yard (if you smoke).
There is an electric kettle with a couple of mugs and spoons. In short — satisfied.
Great breakfasts. 6 a. M. To 10 a. M. I had enough until the evening, running around the museum of Toulouse and walking the streets.

Good welcome, room and bathroom very nice, clean, air-conditioned.
Standard size, neutral decoration. The bedding is great we sleep really well.
A smoking area is provided in the hotel which prevents us from going out completely.
A little new one wouldn't hurt in the hallways.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Very close to the city centre, very good buffet breakfast. The hotel was undergoing partial renovations as of July 2018 so I expect it to be uplifted and modernized.

Nice place with a great welcome! A very nice space and yet in the city center the Buddha Bowl of Modo are fresh, prepared to order and very good.

Otiima position. Hotel a bit dated and free of charge but very good value for money near city centre near Public Transport, Metro, airport shuttle. Recommended.

Traveling through South of France a Family of 7 with 1.5 years old infant, Parents in law and mom (70+ old). Nightmare starts as soon as I reached Toulouse, Hotel le Clocher de Rodez around 2pm, (we chose this hotel cause with an infant and older people we wanted to stay at city center) Raining and windy and cold. We were shocked, Hotel has cancelled our paid booking, apparently they informed me by email me 6:30 pm evening before. I am travelling with a baby, senior citizen. It's raining and cold and windy, waiting to get into a room. Traveling by delayed trains (thanks to French railway Strike) Compensation: they booked us in a another hotel, umbrella, to walk to the hotel. Water to drink and promised to send our luggage to new hotel. How can you cancel our "paid booking" when you know we have a infant (baby cot during booking) she said some guests over stayed (seriously). I asked the reception "In this weather will you walk with your child and old people walk to another hotel this in a unknown city" she said its common in France. "Seriously". I said why didn't you arrange atleast arrange taxi, because we are with senior and a child. Where is the Manager, "He is Busy". A family with infant and senior, you cancelled the booking and Manager couldn't even apologies? I said, I will share my review in websites. Response, "Wi Sipuble" (Yes, Please) So we walk in Cold, raining and windy condition. But it turned out quite far when there is a infant, and 3 seniors.

Modesto Hotel with exceptional location to explore Toulouse.

Very nice and typical city center hotel, the rooms are great, the team is great, public parking across the street, the starting point for a sightseeing tour of Toulouse, not to be missed.

Good location, nice staff, Royal Breakfast: at will, organic teas and soy milk, or pastries and deli, fruit… rooms small but largely ok for the price.

Parking lot and several rests nearby. A bit noisy the hotel is located in front of the bus stop.

I will start with the good things: the rooms are clean and the location of the hotel allows you to walk to any place in the city center. However, the hotel is quite old, especially the common areas (the elevator is prehistoric) and although the bathrooms are refurbished, there are problems with the hot water, which on many occasions there are no.

Hotel well located. Downtown, 800 square metres from the Capitol. Lots of nice restaurants around to taste the specialties.

Very nice hotel. The room is pretty small but is really clean and the staff was super nice. It's in a great place and has a great price.

Despite the slightly shabby entryway, this hotel was both well-priced and really comfortable. The only negative I would say is that the sound proofing could be better, but all in all, the comfy bed, clean rooms and good shower makes up for it.

Hotel central, with a metro stop very close by, comfortable beds, clean, old but conserved, all very close, bars, restaurants and shops, quiet night, good choice for visiting the city. Parking right in front payment discount per stay.

An average hotel. Not realy 3 star. Rooms were fairly clean. Bathroom was still wet. Dated shower. Very poor breakfast. It does not worth more than 60 euro/night.

Nice hotel close to downtown. A little bit old but well kept. The room is comfortable and clean with a private bathroom (with a shower). Personally I don't like the carpet on the floor but it has a good price for a good quality.

Quiet and air-conditioned rooms make for a good night's rest. Not the fanciest but conveniently located and inexpensive.

Well, but no more. Single room, not very well insulated and beuit ventilation. Breakfast good enough.

The room for the price is quite okay. Bed was comfortable. They have water, coffee and tea in the room. Bathroom was weird. The older style sink can be seen from the photos. It's very old and clunky. Very hard to close and open. It is close to train station so it was convenient for us. The breakfast is for 10 euros.

Nice and pro, I love the bar open to the public. The atmosphere in Toulouse is just a few meters from the train station and the city centre.

Little dead spider in towel, hair on toilet, white traces on bed deco cushions, stained carpet, stained curtain in the middle, damaged headboard, average breakfast, too many unpleasant details that make this hotel Should not be three stars nor cost 100 euros at night.

The reception was very friendly and accommodating, even though we arrived with a group of 8 people and not very much could speak French.
The hotel has excellent transport links by bus, Metro or on foot.
In the hotel there is a good breakfast and the staff is very helpful.

Really nice cheap clean and conveniently placed hotel. The staff are really good and you can leave your bag at the hotel so no need to extend stay just to look after a bag. Very easy transfer to airport as well.

Charming hotel in the Centre, the rooms are refurbished are not very large but sufficiently large. It offers discount on the parking nearby, ask at reception.

This nice little hotel has small but clean rooms. It is located in the direct vicinity of the bus terminal but still very central to the city center. The rooms very quit at night. A good choice for a moderate price.

Hotel céntrico, muy bien situado. Sencillo pero limpio y confortable. El personal es muy amable y algunos de los recepcionistas saben hablar también español (aparte de francés e inglés, por supuesto). Muy recomendable si quieres poder ir a casi todas partes por el centro de Toulousse andando. Además, la parada del autobús que te trae y te lleva al aeropuerto está justo al lado. No tiene pérdida. Por lo tanto, hotel muy recomendable.
Downtown hotel, very well located. Simple but clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and kind and some of the receptionists can speak Spanish too (apart from English and French, of course). Highly recommended if you want to go almost everywhere by walking at downtown Toulouse. In addition, the bus stop of the bus that brings you and takes you to the airport is right next door. Therefore, highly recommended hotel.
