Good hotel, near the airport with quick shuttle service to/from airport. Good restaurant.

Hotel very good, very welcome, spacious room and well insulated. Pleasant pool especially with heavy heat. Everything is provided for the children with a welcome gift on arrival. Restaurant and bar around the pool.

Very good hotel. Well located for those arriving from the airport. Friendly staff. Clean and nice room. Bathroom in the room as far as family rooms are concerned. Hearty breakfast (in buffet form). There is also a shuttle bus that can pick you up and take you to the airport. I will definitely return.

We only had a beer and ate on the restaurant terrace. The setting is friendly, the reception was good but the waiter did not pay attention to us and took a long time before offering us food and drink. I also found that this person was annoyed. The rest of the staff were very pro so I don't sanction the rating anymore. The meal was good without being exceptional: cooking medium squid, meat too salty.

Nice and silent place. Dining area is small and looks cramped. Small swimming pool.

Looks very old and dirty from the outside. We had to go around the building to find the entrance. But from the inside this hotel has a pretty cool design and the rooms are clean and quiet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious. Note the convertible sofa in the room which allows 2 extra beds.

Used as part of a holiday stopover, the staff at this hotel made our brief stay extremely enjoyable and restful.

Took a family Bruch on Sunday morning. Great choice sweet and salty. Quite correct. Proposal for gluten-free bread on demand. A great plus for the little walnut tart! Could not enjoy the terrace as it rained showers… but looked friendly by the pool. Warm but not too much. To do again in good weather!

Love this place. What a find. An oasis, high and quiet in the middle of Purpan. Everything you need is a just short walk away or, stay in and enjoy the good food. All the staff are brilliant.

A new deco that makes you want to come and have a moment of relaxation. For work or with friends. A good address.

Poor quality raw materials. Poor dishes from starter to dessert.

Executive room compliant nothing to complain about. Hotel well run, pool a little small and unfortunately you can hear a bit of the planes as it is not far from the airport (just 10 minutes by car).
The staff are particularly attentive and very helpful. On the food side, very good for a Novotel.
Everything was quality, I would recommend this hotel.

Pleasant stay. Despite the location, the hotel is surrounded by a garden with a swimming pool. Standard bedrooms with a good restaurant.

The PMR room is filthy. They must have confused the visually impaired.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Lots of Services. Far from the city although by tram and Metro you arrive in 10 minutes to Downtown. Traffic to get there is always Jammed.

Disappointed with this hotel. Aging interior, When I entered my room I felt it had never been ventilated and that the curtains had never been washed. The carpets are Stained. From a location point of view it is 300m from a tram stop so convenient, the downside here is the pedestrian entrance which is pretty poorly thought out (Toulouse city where without a car it is not possible to survive? ). When I arrived no elevator was working or riding load (under These conditions a person in a wheelchair could not stay). From a service point of view the staff is friendly but I was asked 3 times for the same meal if I wanted to put it on my room; I heard a waiter tell a client (pleased with him) : "all right, voila" (your glass of wine) ; An order of two glass of Chablis that drags because were served two different glasses of wine…
Short much to improve when you know other hotels in the Chain.

Novotel is a wonderful chain of hotel with exquisite finishings and warm staff who make the experience worthwhile. The rooms are spacious and the washrooms are just out of the norm.

Fantastic room, bed, and Wi-Fi.

What a disappointment! Yet accustomed to the Novotel there was the pompom!
Housekeeping in the room hardly passable, a hallway that leaves a terrible smell, carpet stained and holed, no brush in the toilet and I pass the best…
This hotel really needs to be renovated urgently!
Being close to the airport we expected a double glazing impeccable and well no we always heard the planes of our room.
What to say from the outside… volleyball court with a rotten net, a completely dilapidated access door to access the pool and a bar left completely abandoned in the garden.
This hotel deserves only 2 stars and not 4!
Luckily the breakfast was great and the staff very pleasant!

Corridors with stained carpets, style year 70 (marooned everywhere), glasses that hang out at the bottom of the doors of the rooms. The rooms are correct, bathroom renovated.
Acoustic discomfort: The noise of the planes (airport nearby) are annoying, my television turned on by itself at 4:00 in the morning.
Restaurant: The staff does not greet you and only asks for your room number when you come home to have your breakfast… I've known Better.

Great hotel we are well received the setting is friendly the rooms are well soundproof the bed very comfortable.

Modern amenities are present. Located off the highway and has its own parking. Staff is friendly. Good morning breakfast menu. There is only one small elevator.

Very nice location. It's so near to Blagnac toulouse airport and connected with a nice "quartier" of toulouse city.

A renovation of the room would be appreciated. Breakfast is good with good diversity of foods. Café is not at the level we can expect… New hotel closer to Airbus are "new" with better service for a similar price.

Facilities were great and room was spacious However, the staff were rude at times and the who place looked a little warn.

Not worth staying. Clean, but low standard, uncomfortable bed & in my case a broken bathroom sink.

Despite the benefits of quality (State of the room, soundproofing and ideal comfort), the quality of the restaurant is quite the appointment: flat, endless wait times, Bill: Ok for the hotel, but flee the restaurant.

Slight defects in the cleanliness in the bathroom (seals have slight traces of mould). Everything else is pretty good. As new beds, breakfast starting at 5:30 is very good. Freshly squeezed orange juice, eggs with Bacon and sausages. Also the transfer from the airport has worked well.

Location, hotel and in line with the quality hotel rooms.
