Very nice welcome, very spacious room "Jacuzzi suite" however the terrace lacks privacy, the jacuzzi in plain sight, we expected more privacy
Restaurant closed on Mondays, no snacking offered for a 4 star is a bit limiting, we will not come back, however it is very good for families.

Very nice quiet place currently.

An establishment or we spent a super weekend with the family in the suite 305. The welcome is very warm, an idyllic…
The private spa is very nice, calm, allows to make a complete vacuum. Breakfast with buffet reviewed frequently to avoid breakages of products in the component. A gourmet meal of very good quality with a lot of research. (Kudos to the chef)
A wine list with choices. Congratulations also to the staff who did the cleaning of all rooms as it is perfect. In short if you need to relax and make the empty, come and discover this perfect spot.

I was charged in my credit card the hotel payment. No need to charge it I would have paid at the end. Its quite rude. The hotel is nice but could do with more history about the place (old distillery right? ) and rooms are quite naked. Hope it helps.

The room, staff, facilities, hotel location, cleanliness, car parking were first class and we are looking to stay again next year when we revisit Pezenas. The only negative were the kitchen utensils. The kitchen appliances are excellent but there were a lack of sharp knives, wine glasses, drinking glasses, forks, spoons, dish cloths, dishwasher tablets, etc. With children we use self catering but this did prove difficult with the utensils provided.

A very friendly hotel with spacious rooms. We were here when it was full but it was still very quiet and there was plenty of room round the pool. It also has an excellent restaurant with a good priced menu.

Nice hotel with its short Interior. Problem the parking is already sorely lacking in the mid season. The air conditioning is remote controlled and you can not stop it more than 3h, not
necessarily pleasant in the middle of the night… Otherwise the location is top a few steps from the Center.

Had a fabulous stay, really comfortable and well-equipped rooms, relaxing spa and nice pool area. During check-out, I was honest with the receptionist, and advised her that the breakfast isn't unfortunately in accordance with the hotel and its services. As it's a boutique hotel, the variety and quality of products (except the house cakes, these were amazing! ) should be much higher. It would really add up if you could add nuts, seeds, dried fruits, 2-3 choices for muesli or similar products, quality juices and jams. In addition, non-dairy milks/yogurts would be nice. I do have to say that the cheese selection was great! In conclusion, I had an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend and hope to return!

Rooms and meals very good. Very friendly staff. SPA access disappointment: no bathrobes provided but just a towel, the lockers cannot be locked so it complicates things for personal effects.
Chairs and tables rusty by place outside.
We were offered this night with dinner but when we looked at the rates we find that it is too excessive for what is proposed (we have several times stayed in 4 stars in Alsace and in the East of France so we can compare) and we hole the price of breakfast too.
The setting is however friendly.

Great hotel in which I am staying for the 2nd time.
The staff is very attentive, the suite very well installed.
We especially enjoyed the Jacuzzi on the terrace.
We will certainly return.

Pool-Jacuzzi too cold, Hammam well. A bathrobe and slippers to get there would have been a big plus especially with a single cabin to change and lockers that only close with a padlock that one does not have.
Room large but a bit cold because of the large sliding bays not waterproof (it was very bad weather).
Restaurant Tables too small and you feel a little "perched" on these stools. Good quality and nice kitchen.
It would have been appreciated if someone came to see us in the living room to order an aperitif rather than waiting, ask the reception and end up having to do it ourselves at the bar of the restaurant.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Good size rooms with comfortable beds. We've stayed here once or twice a year since it opened, and now some of the decorations are starting to look a bit tired.

Quality home with listening availability and humour.
Very spacious room 30m2 for the price (off season), as a small suite or a comfortable studio with many storages. Only downside the height and distance of the mirror of the bathroom but already in the course of study for improvement.
Conveniently located, 2 min walk from the small historical centre, many creative artisans.
Breakfast very rich and quality, served by a staff as discreet as efficient, in the spacious lounge felted.
Very nice step recommended.

The stay could have been noted without fail: — Excellent location and setting, — very nice renovation of the industrial building, — very good reception, staff available, — quality catering, — superb breakfast in a nice room, — spacious room, well Furnished, comfortable bedding…
But for my friend and I being one of the people measuring 65 m (yes it still exists! ) total inability to comb hair, paint or shave. : The height of the mirror of the water room is such that you have no possibility to see the whole head.
Response from Reception to this problem: we cannot change these mirrors or their POSITION for aesthetic reasons… all the rooms would know this disadvantage.
It is unworthy of a class 4 * facility — for notice to all Dwarves under 1, 75 m!

A place full of charm, comfortable and very cosy. Very comfortable bedding, excellent breakfast and the place is very quiet. The reception is very friendly. Perfect.

Favourite hotel yet in Pezenas. Great location, staff attentive and friendly. Also correct location given on web site as being 260m from centre of Pézenas as some hotels tell you this but lie to get you in the door. These guys were absolutely correct and you are literally in the centre of Pézenas! Great find and if you are in the area then this would always be my first choice of hotel. Stay in love really great! Room: We expected to have a tradition room like the one in the hotel photo gallery with the couch, but ours was fine too. It was well insulated from the other rooms so we were quiet:)
SPA: Relaxing Moment assured, a sauna would be a plus.
Restaurant: Really exceptional, fine and neat dishes, service to the top!

Beautiful, modern place with a somewhat baroque style. Very large well-appointed rooms with separate kitchenette area. Nice bar/lounge area. Very good restaurant. Address to remember.

Nice, clean, attentive staff and available. Decor (carpet) a bit to refresh but really secondary compared to the quality of the services the hotel is in town but quiet, nice view, nice garden, breakfast buffet, small spa but nice and intimate, rooms with balcony, micro wave Sink, pretty bathroom and spacious basic room.

Great stay. The room was spacious and very well decorated. Very quiet hotel. The restaurant we ate very well and the same for breakfast. The half board offer is really great it allowed us to celebrate our anniversary.
The only point a little negative was for the shower because only the knob worked.

Hotel: Room above the noisy restaurant in the evening and in the morning (pity there are probably better located rooms).
A bit noisy not possible to adjust because locked in auto mode so forced to stop it to sleep.
Restaurant: Impeccable.
SPA: Lack of benches or armchairs J was with my wife on a bench of 80 cm wide. Pool water has good temperature.

Were passing through one night at the hotel. Rooms was very spacious and pleasantly furnished. The Continental Breakfast for 16 euros is overpriced. For this, the city is just a few minutes "walk away via the hotel's jetty.

I found the setting and the hotel itself rather gloomy! Exterior photos suggested a much more spacious setting. The room was adequate and the ensuite very good. There was a party of young people celebrating by the pool, just below my room with singing and loud laughter; but, in fairness, this stopped at 11.00 — which was fine! However, there were other people outside shouting and drinking pretty well all night! Positives were the friendliness of all the staff, the very good restaurant, where I had an excellent dinner, and the breakfast room and quality of the breakfast! Would I return? Probably not!

Very welcoming staff. Spacious, clean and beautiful rooms. Only downside, the stairs up to the apartment. But this was a minor inconvenience. Overall a beautiful stay.

It was a perfect stay. We had the Voltaire suite for a family of 4 and it was just right for us. The rooftop hot-tub was also great. The staff were very helpful and obliging to every request.

A 5/5 for this property where we had a great weekend. The welcome is warm, the setting splendid that mixes design and modernity. Surprise upon arrival, we are upgraded to the suite. The best! The spa is very nice, enough to recharge the time of a weekend. Breakfast and meals very well. A 5/5 also for cleanliness! In short, you'll soon discover this place!

We stayed at the Garrigae Hotels & Resorts "The distillery of Pézenas" in 12/2012. We was very pleased with our stay in apartment 2 rooms.
Knowing the region, I think it's the perfect place when we visit my family. I loved the decoration of the apartment.
It was 100% to my criteria (and my husband can confirm that I am difficult) : clean, spacious, elegant, …
