I haven't had any luck I think: 1/Room not heated in advance. Resultzt: A fridge for hours 2/defective heating (or too complicated to walk? )
3/No coverage in the. Closet of the. Room 4/No d. Hot water on. Morning… they apologize, cétait an unusual problem is probably very well in summer but jene not come back.

Staff friendly and attentive to the clientele. The garage made available is a plus not negligible, located close to the city centre on foot, with several shops nearby.

Despite a staff at the top, the hotel is located in a pretty murky area and the walls are very very thin to hear the neighbors in the toilet… The doors are very very light and little reassuring… Tiny elevator and parking bizarrely arranged… To stay 1 night or two maximum no more!

Cheats. Poor quality of rooms and food. Cheating in billing. Should not get even one star.

Small family-run hotel, a few rooms, on a human scale. The staff is rather friendly, the rooms have been renovated, with aesthetic choices… special! Cleanliness average, especially on the linen (towels stained), bed cover very worn. The bathroom could be good, but take a shower causes a flood in the bathroom, the evacuation of the water being on the floor rather than in the shower tray… Why have you removed the central heating, with beautiful radiators cast iron that won't work, to replace by a reversible clim? Useful to refresh the air in the summer, but as a heater, this is not very nice (blower that turns on a regular basis)

Expensive for the services offered well decorated room but the finish remains to see wallpaper that gets decoled ceiling that s flaky bathroom not top paumo shower that does not hold for this price I would never come back again…

Many things to fix and improve. First thing is that this hotel was many years ago certified as a 3 star hotel but now in reality is no more than a 2 star hotel, with very bad in sonorisation and rooms that are not well maintained (rust on the bathroom and scratched walls and furniture). The worst thing is that the walls seem to be extremely thin because during the night you can hear everything that's happening in the rooms close by, and even between floors (everything! all night long, and this was during the week days). The neighborhood is not the best one to walk around in the evening, with a lot of noise and people arguing and fighting during the night. The hotel has a underneath parking lot, but it's very small and hard to get around if you have a large car, but It's a much better option than to leave your car on the street. The only good thing is that the hotel staff was polite and helpful.

-Wi — Fi signal decayed in most rooms

I was in this hotel a long stay, I hated it.
-breakfast for €7 small and economic (you can have a better breakfast downtown)

(there is better hotels in the center of Montpellier that are much cheaper and much better)

I booked 2 double rooms for November 8 in the evening, for 4 people. Its 4 people live in 3 different cities. This is important for the rest of the comment. The day after the night spent in this hotel, the 4 people found themselves with bed flea bites. Bites that have quickly turned into pustules. The sophisticated hotel promises refund of the rooms. A week later, still nothing. I remember, and after a lengthy discussion, the Manager of the hotel told me that she is going to cover the rooms. Another week goes by and I get, royal, half of the refund… Commercial gesture tells me we.
I note just for the interest of this comment that I already book several times in hotel, at least once a year, no worries. And so without claims
The bad times on financial year is obvious.
FYI, still, I had booked rooms so that my family can attend a painful death. Not really the head nor the inclination to go for a scam.
Bed and breakfast in Montpellier offers much better services, at the same price see less then, traveler, go your way.

The pictures really up-sell this hotel. It isn't quite what it shows in the pictures. The value was good, but you kinda get what you pay for. The bathroom — though clean — was semi falling apart. The handle on the bathtub was cracked and broken. The room smelled a little and was pretty hot. The staff was extremely UNhelpful. They seemed to think we were a bother. The location was ok — we could walk downtown, though it took about twenty minutes and was pretty confusing to get there. All in all — I don't think I'll go back.
