A beautiful house, warm and friendly hosts, an unforgettable breakfast. Wonderful experience. Thank you for making us feel so welcome, patrick, julie and timothy.
Me and my family had a weeks stay at Domaine de Brousson. Our hosts Anna and Anders Dahlquist really made us feel at home and gave us a great experience. Located in a beautiful part of the Languedoc region with lots of different stuff to visit. Vineyards, châteaus, pittoresque villages, breathtaking landscape and more. The Domaine is part of a building that has been part château part monastery. Very rustique and picturesque. Fantastic Garden, a big outdoors terrace for meals and more. The pictures here dont really do justice to how fab it is. Cosy rooms as well. The breakfast is out of this world! Of course fresh bread and croissants from the village but also a lot of homemade stuff-Like a big selection of marmalades and jams, nutella, healty breads and mueslis-also seasonal fruits and vegetables, charcutries, cheese-well u get the picture. Dinners are fab. Seasonal, regional and organic. And of course local handpicked wines from the region. Traditional French but very innovative and always with a twist from Anna.
