Establishment to flee! For a three star it's a shame. The hotel is old and this is seen at the outdated decor of the rooms which has absolutely nothing to do with the pretty pictures they show on their site. We had the bad surprise of having a yellow oreillés that did not give any desire to put his head on. And impossible to have other pillows or would be what pillowcases! For a hotel at this price the AC would have been the minimum… Short Hotel Delabré and poorly attended, it's dirty creepy and it really sucks in the evening… Total décèption! The only good thing is a 5 minute drive from Paris but even though it is definitely not worth it! Shameful!

Quite normal treshka with everything needed in the room. The location is perfect, to Metro minutes 5-10 slow pace, the area around is quite decent, breakfasts are standard for the French (coffee, croissants, jam, etc), take as much as you want, all fresh. The cleanliness is not ideal, of course, but the bed linen and bathroom were clean. I put a solid four.

Very good reception, there are details to improve (lack of kitchen utensil, bathroom finish). Proper cleanliness.

Spacious and quiet room set apart at time of spikes as near the road but disturbs no more than that hotel has recommend.

Spacious apartment at 6th very very well located access direct parking but very very very dirty and yes well well pity if these apartments were redone it would be a mega nice place think there!

The room is small, room. No service, no toilet paper. Very disappointed.

Hotel completely old and degraded, both the rooms and the hallways. The pipes stink of the apartment too. AC faulty, from the blow to sleep window open, knowing that the highway passes just ahead. I absolutely do not recommend.

My experience the worst place I've ever been in my life. I don't recommend going at all! And much less with children.

Not worth it. The room was not very clean, and there were some weird choices made by the hotel staff, like having a hair dryer, which is usually a rarity in my experience, but there was no shower gel. If you're looking to save money, get something closer to the heart of the city, and save on Taxis.

Dirty, extra room (couch) was broken when he reported this to the receptionist, he was not surprised and suggested that you drag the same couch from the next room. The room was very clean and the windows could not be opened, because the road was very noisy. Wi-Fi is one name, I think, but you can't go online.

Terrible experience. Didn't help make my stay in Paris pleasurable. Breakfast staff were rude and unfriendly. Management also did not do well in addressing issues and making people stay comfortably.

The location is excellent. The supermarket is next to the restaurant and the small restaurants. The subway is 5 minutes away. There's a safe information to pay.

I have stayed in many hotels throughout Europe (Hungary, Austria, Germany) and the USA. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't even know where to start. We booked it through a travel agency for 4 nights. The price was OK, the photos were stunning so we thought we had a good deal (it was my mistake that I haven't read any reviews before booking). There were 38 degrees C outside, and there was no AC, not even a fan in the whole apartment The rooms were smelly, the carpet very dirty and smelly as well. We tried to wash the dishes in the dishwasher with hot water (4 glasses and 4 plates to sanitize them before we used them), and… surprise… the dishwasher wasn't plugged into the sewer so all the water was just sitting in the living room (thus the smelly carpet). The windows were extremely dirty and dusty. We had to soak in cold water our towels and put them on the windows to try and cool the air inside. During the first two nights we were taking showers every 3 hours during the night as we couldn't sleep due to the very hot air inside. I asked at least five time at the reception desk for fans (they had a very limited number of fans and they were already taken). I am sorry that it somehow ruined a wonderful vacation; Paris is truly wonderful. Please, just find another place to stay!

The stay acceptable, for the price… five minutes from the metro, buses, but a bit far away from Paris. Large bed, utensils necessary for cooking, towels and clean sheets.

Aparthotel well situated, close to the metro. It is practically the only positive. Inside is very shabby and lack of cleaning. There is No air conditioning and if you open the window you hear a noise unbearable to the highway. The staff shows little interest, except for cash in advance the Wi-Fi and the parking. The 'petit dejeuner' is pathetic. The 2nd day since we just restocked a towel. What is worse is that they STOLE a suitcase and a backpack in the trunk in the parking lot of the hotel. Interestingly, at the reception knew that we had a computer (because we had hired the internet) and that we were going to leave the suitcases for a few hours. We are not prevented or warned of the risk, but when we denounce the theft, they said that since we had been warned, which was totally false. A word to the wise…

I loved it! Great view of the river from my apartment room. Everything was fantastic about my stay apart from a funny smell in the room the whole time. I would definitely stay here again!

We were this year in August. Our trip we booked with Aldi and are, therefore, came to this Apartment. We were with the entire room, Service ect. Very satisfied. In the small kitchen we could cook us a small meal in the Morning and evening, you want to spend the day in the city. A air conditioning there was none, this was in spite of 30C°+ is not necessary. In the TV there were only French-speaking channel. The room was very clean and also the shower and toilet were perfect. In this Hotel we would go back anytime!

The location is very good, and the rooms are very clean and spacious. Good breakfast. It. Minus-it is not possible to open the window if it goes to the carriageway, and the day and night is intense traffic.
