Next to the device do not go there as dirty and small dishwasher. The window builds up a window the shutters and another window so if you want to open the window for airy you can't close the shutters.

The staff is very helpful and all of them spoke english and french. We liked trying to speak french and they were willing to correct and help us. Unfortunately the don't have air conditioning, so be sure to request a fan if you plan on going in the summer. We were there during the last rwo weeks of July with temperatures of up to 37 during the day. The closest meteo and station is abou 500m. We received breakfast every morning. Yoghurt, croissants, pain du chocolat, cereals, bread with jams and cheese, coffee, tea, juice, boiled eggs.

When you enter the hotel, staff at the reception is very friendly and helped us, when we had some concerns. Near the reception, they offer sometimes sweets and drinks for free and this place is nicely decorated :-)! Wi-Fi was working well during our whole stay. BUT there were MANY negative issues – we will not come back: * the smell in the room was awful, it is like a wet unwashed dog hiding behind the curtains! * when activating the air-condition, this awful smell was so much aggravated that we could not stand it at all (unfortunately it was very hot weather), in fear of bacterial contamination we never used the air-condition again * lights in the bathroom and in the fridge did not work (which was then partly repaired, the technician was also very nice), the bathtub was blocked so when taking a shower you felt like being in a river * the second day, we could not enter the room with our key, a technician had to come to open the door, this happened again after one week…. * slatted frame was lacking of slats, so we fell like into a hole in the middle of the so called bed. * door handles almost fell off the cupboards * 2 out of 4 hotplates did not work in the kitchen * 3 teaspoons for 4 people was quite tough * The worst thing was the room cleaning. We stayed for 2 weeks! After three days, I asked for a vacuum cleaner but it was not available. So we waited for the cleaning after 1 week and when we returned to the room we could not believe our eyes.

The room is fine but no air conditioning in this heat wave. In addition the hotel is located near a motorway, so a bit noisy but still acceptable for a short stay.

I have a list of complaints and they begin and end with the housekeeping, or rather, the lack thereof. I've never seen a more lackadaisical group of housekeeping staff in my life! I understand that at an apartment hotel, you mostly clean up after yourself, but some days you'll want housekeeping. Over here, if you ask for housekeeping (And are fully willing to pay extra), they act like it is a MASSIVE imposition! I asked one where the lobby bathroom was located, and she told me to use the one in my room — um… ok… the desk staff was nice though. The ventilation in the room didn't work, so the room was sweltering hot at night. I liked that the kitchen was well stocked with the basics, so that was good. It was in a good neighborhood with a nice Park, many Food options, and a conveniently located laundromat. Overall, I'll find somewhere else to stay next time I'm in Paris. I don't recommend this particular hotel.

6 nights without really good sleep, I have not had any luck, my room overlooked the device, c, is noisy all night, 24 hours, even the window closed, the horror. Friendly welcome, room OK otherwise but out of the question to come back.

Parthotel Adagio Access Paris Porte De Charenton is located just outside the 12th district of Paris, next to the Bois de Vincennes. It offers contemporary studios and apartments, just 1, 650 feet from Porte de Charenton Metro and Tram Station and a 9-minute drive from AccorHotels Arena.

Very good value for money for a hotel a few hundred meters from Paris. Nice room and apartment (studio for me) very decent. Just a little less on the cleanliness that is not in detail. Environment very good for the Parisian jungle, shops and any kind of transport nearby.

Decent priced room in Paris. Very average level of housekeeping and room decoration.
However, very quiet hotel and very well located with great ease to get to the center of Paris.

Apartohotel very nice and spacious, the staff very friendly and pretty well connected to walk around Paris.
They helped us every time we needed it, even printed my tickets to Disneyland and airline tickets.

Hotel a little secluded. Far from the first mouth of metro but clean and convenient apartment.

Very correct for the price. Only downsides, a single heating, to start on arrival (a little just for a 2-room apartment) and a proximity to the device suggesting a slight background noise. Very cordial welcome. To advise.

The ratio value/price is probably one of the best you can find in central Paris. Our room had every a visitor can need and it was two times larger than most of the other hotel we were checking and around 25% cheaper compared to them. Yes, the landmarks you are here to see are not in walking range (~5 to 10km away) but the metro line that goes near the hotel reaches mostly all landmarks in the city center without even changing trains (takes from 15 to 30 mins in the metro). The only thing we were a little bit disappointed was that the everyday cleaning room service is not included in the price and it is extra paid. So if you are staying for less than a week you probably won't have issues if you keep your room in order and do not use your outside shoes in the room. The other option is to just pay for a daily cleaning when needed.

The room was very nice and the rooms were very good. You can hear the neighbors a little too much.

All good, but the air conditioning is very poor quality. (Do not cool down much).

Not in city centre but easy access, nice heating, good kitchen, relatively quiet, bathroom and toilet were separated. Reception knows English. Be prepared for extra payment for "city tax", though much. Cards accepted.

I stayed just for night and my overall experience was not great, the hotel rooms are gloomy, not very well furnished, bad smell in hallways, breakfast not nice and all this for the price they are offering is not good. It was close to the subway and had grocery stores and Resturants in the locality. I tried another hotel in the same locality and price range and found it much better.

Good and clean facilities, complete toiletries, and sufficient room equipments (mini kitchen, utensils, TV, lamps, sockets, hangers, hair dryer, ac / heater, telephone, and safe)

Nice place. Studio rooms were bit smaller but we shifted to apartment. Apartments were nice and cosy but we got the cemetery view which was very noisy.

Apartment close to metro stations less than 500 meters two stations freedom and the door of charenton. Equipped with all the necessary bath with tub and hair dryer etc, complete Furnishings not new but functional dining table with 6 chairs. 2 double beds. Dishes and cooking utensils complete. Breakfast simple but very rich. Several types of cheese, baguette bread, fresh orange juice, cereals, milk, eggs, coffees of various types (coffee maker) the only negative point was the room cleaning we were doing on the toilet that there is no problem the negative point is that they are not going even to pick up the trash after 4 days and I had it out and putting it in a container outside of the hotel. In general good for who travels with filia and children with little budget.

Easy access to metro and shops, grocery stores and restaurants. Metro line 8 takes you to the center of Paris very quickly. Room was clean but seemed a little dated. Gets the job done with nothing to complain about!

Apartment quite run down, no TV in the room but only in the living room. Otherwise the value for money is correct.

Place is nice for a cheap stay. No swimming pool though. Breakfasts have few servings compared to other Adagio's.

The hotel itself is pretty basic, but offers all you could need. It's in a great location, very near the metro, a supermarket and restaurants. What really made the stay special for us was the AMAZING lady at reception (so sorry don't have her name). Every time we saw her she had a massive smile and was keen to know how our holiday was going. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good reception. Very good location. Very decent price. Very convenient to stay in Paris. Obviously this is not a luxury hotel but for the price it's perfect! Really I do not like at all! There is an A. C. That is saying that does not work so a sweltering heat! The smell is awful! I am a smoker yet but the smell is really very strong! Deco year 60 and I'm nice! and view of the cemetery! Television that does not turn enough to look at her from her bed! Personally I have never seen a hotel like this c is the first time!

Close to the subway, cheap, cozy.

Tidy rooms, not too shabby, close to a metro stop so quick to get to the city center. However due to its location pretty much on top of the highway ring you can't leave a window open without almost damaging your hearing. And with a failing airconditioning the room temperature felt almost tropical, so that's a problem.

Low budget hotel with great service! Metro only minutes away. Great apartment with excellent staff. Beautiful park nearby. Gorgeous suburb of Paris. Definitely going back!

The hotel is not the best but it's sufficient. I have stayed at different hotels in Paris before which offered far less space for much more money but this hotel was different. The biggest negative is the building maintenance, which clearly has been ignored for sometime now. Would I stay here again? Maybe :)

Super Hotel in a nice neighborhood. The price is great and the metro runs in front of the door.

Good price/service ratio. Rooms are equipped with a complete kitchenette, so with the groceries store nearby one can eat very inexpencively. Metro, bus stations and a post office nearby. Very helpful staff.
