Good hotel in París. It's a bit old and you can feel it in the overall quality of the furniture and specially the beds. The location is really good, 2 minutes walking to the metro station. Also a lot of restaurants near, open even at night.

The hotel is well positioned close to the metro station and manageable walk to downtown core. The rooms are small by North American standards but cozy and do have everything you need. Staff is friendly. We were able to check in early, which was pleasant. Neighbourhood is quiet and not too touristy by the Paris standards that is. The only minor annoyance is slow drain in the shower.

Hotel is at good place, short way to metro. Room was ok. Air condition worked well. Room was cleaned everyday, that was good. Wi-Fi other hand didn't work at all! And breakfast for 16, 50€ really expencive, and didn't have many fruits and no vegetables at all. And remember at the check-out, you need to pay city tax/tourist tax. And wished that the staff would have spoken more clearly with english.

Very nice staff. The rooms are not very large but functional. Full courtesy tray. Hotel quiet and well located for a stopover in Paris.
The weak point is the bedding that I found not very comfortable (very soft pillow and mattress too firm). However, I would recommend this nice hotel.

The hotel is not the worst but with questions. The rooms are tiny, there are no tapas, no robes! In the morning for breakfast very little food — no vegetables, fruit too almost no! The location is generally not a bad 5 minute walk to the subway, to Tower 1.40 mins — far! Of the pluses free of medium quality waifai, very polite staff! When I left, I was charged a tax of 15 euros for living, previously I have not seen such in other countries!

Nice small hotel in a quiet street with friendly staff. It was conveniently placed for seeing the City, and exploring excellent food in the area. Not super touristy so it's a more authentic Paris.

If you are looking for a place to sleep during a weekend break in Paris this is great. Meets all your basic expectations of a hotel, clean, quiet, etc… Place d'italie is quieter than many other regions, but is well connected and close to many nice restaurants. The area is pleasant and pretty.

The standards of the hotel range are well respected (cleanliness, quality of the furniture, reception), I will note however 3 small downsides: — the heating system that has trouble when temperatures plunge below zero. I was forced to turn on the electric towel holder.
— The mattress base is not terrible — the very narrow parking lot (classic Parisian)

A pleasant, friendly and quietly located hotel at Place d'italie. In case of early booking you can also get "bargain prices".

Excellent location. I walked from the hotel to Notre Dame. There is also a good number of inexpensive restaurants nearby. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are rather small, but confortable and clean. Service is nice.

Breakfast quite poor tinned fruit … hot breakfast was actually cold every morning. … a bit to far out for site seeing cost 55 euros from airport … 30 minute distance.

The most awkward and nasty thing was that: the cleaning lady used the white towels (which we use to wipe our faces or bodies) to clean the toilet. If you can't understand what I mean, here is the literal word: she used the towel to wipe the sh*ts in the toilet. *I was there and she did this nasty thing in front of me. That means she doesn't know that it's a crime, and it's her regular routine to do that. That means all of those white towels, with which you are wiping your faces might have human stool in it. Please double check about any smell and stain. Although they clean those towels afterwards, you can never be sure how their sanitation process is. *They will also bill you for using the telephone. So be careful about that. For a call inside of France to a mobile phone, we had to pay 15 Euro. *The Wi-Fi connection seems like not secured. My phone, which generally works in other Wi-Fi systems, it was blocking the Wi-Fi system there. Also be careful, if you call the service for Wi-Fi, you have to pay for the phone call. *The TV had only CNN and BBC this two English channels. Otherwise there were just one more channel which was broadcasting English movies sometime. Otherwise, all channels are in French. *Except of those, the room was very quiet, seems clean, the double-bed was comfortable, well-equipped. *The location of the hotel is nearby Place d’Italie, which makes it easier for metros and buses.

Good location, nice and clean rooms, the reception is very friendly and helpful, the rate is acceptable and breakfast is fine.

No hassles. Stayed for 9 nights, it was quiet clean and comfortable. The rates were good and the area was ideal for our first trip to Paris. Comfortable walks to the Metro and all the neighborhood restaurants, open air market and various commerce. The staff were kind and helpful to a non French speakers. Felt very much at home. The space was small by North American standards but so are the cars, tables and pant legs. More than enough space, really loved my stay here.

Very nice Hotel, centrally located, 2 steps from the metro of Place d'italie. The area is served by supermarkets and several nice places to eat in the evening, as the hotel does not have a restaurant. Comfortable rooms (only the absence of the bidet), some with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast is rich and varied.

Very good Hotel, however it is a pity that the parking is paid, to stay 2-3 days and visit Paris is not the top this business of parking for €120 night.

Reasonable hotel with view and close to public transport, just the parking underneath might be a little bit tight for bigger/longer cars.

When I met in Paris for five nights at the hotel: it is a good business base. Room was very clean (although the bathroom was not clean, but still), breakfast was great, staff very friendly, bedroom very well. Has a good Bedside lighting control facilities. And all the prices are very good.

From the time my wife and I arrived in the hotel the staff went out of their way to make us feel relaxed. They could not do enough to help us enjoy our stay in Paris. Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Location is ideal to explore Paris. Will be staying again if we return to Paris and will be telling our friends about our experience.
