This apartment hotel is a real hive: Tourists, vacataires, and families animate the corridors. The rooms/apartments are spacious and relatively well equipped. If you're looking for a place to sit without frills, well placed in the neighborhood, that's what you need. On the other hand do not look for madness, here it is simple and basic. Prefer the side oriented towards a quieter shopping centre at night. Interesting if you find a contained price.

Great quiet location with comfortable rooms and good service. Nearby shopping. Markets and lots of great restaurants in as residential area. Convenient transportation — buses, metro and taxis.

Staffs were so helpful and rooms were clean. If you need a room for four people, this is it. Highly recommend.

I had a room overlooking the shopping arcade, bcp more enjoyable than the Parisian traffic and also quite original (the concept of the window overlooking the interior can be annoying for some).
Breakfast not surprising, pretty basic.
That's the point to work!

Low style, little Dirty, the worst breakfast I had for a while. Everything paked in plastic, even the cheese slices.

Its a pretty old Apartment Hotel. But the room is quite spacious.

The furnishings of the rooms are to be seen… Leaky toilet, frame of the bathtub that falls and touch-up retouching paintings on the walls made by amateurs. When the staff, on the first day, having been doing a little race outside, I had the unpleasant surprise when I returned to see a Mr who did not show up and took me clothes hangers by saying to me "you have too many". Second day, the lady who serves the breakfasts attacked me verbally because I forgot to go back down the breakfast tray of the handicapped person I was accompanying. It's expensive at night considering the accumulation of worries…

To be a hotel 4 * is very bad the service does not clean the room daily, do not change the towels if you lack some cleaning element you have to Vajar and ask for it. ETC I don't like.

Great location to get to any place, the Metro is in front of the hotel exit. Pity about the cleanliness of the room! In the square there are restaurants, bars, tobacconists and a shopping centre with everything that can serve!
My boyfriend and I had no problems at the end of the holiday to get to the airport but the receptionist Sadima offered to accompany us to the airport holding bags and bags! A very delicious person.

Very clean, spacious apartment. A lot of cabinets and storage areas. Kitchenette and table for 4 people. You can sit comfortably at the table, even if the bed cheat has gone off. The Kautsch contains 2 fold-out beds with proper mattresses (more comfortable than sleep bud).
Pets can be taken with you at an additional cost of €10am per night.

Location takes full points here. Right besides the mall and Metro access to multiple lines! Not to mention nearby cafes, restaurants, pharmacies and almost anything you need. Rooms are clean and well serviced. Staff very professional and polite. I had an Apartment booked for a long stay, which they offer a reduced rate. To add our apartment had a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient considering our long stay. Also we had a dishwasher with soap provided and replaced anytime we needed more. A well deserved 5 star.

The aparta hotel is nice, comfortable and very well located. Right in front of a metro station, close to several restaurants and cafes, an express carrefour and Italie Deux shopping center. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The Wi-Fi is impossible to use. It constantly kicks you off or says that it can't fully connect. If you talk to the front desk about it, they claim that their Wi-Fi is working just fine. The rooms are fairly nice but not worth the price. They earned an extra star by replacing our fridge the same day it broke. Convenient location. The bathroom had no soap on arrival. Mediocre housekeeping once a week, pay for more often. Would not come back because the Wi-Fi is so frustrating.

Extremely noisy! They clean the room only once a week. They did not replace soap, towels and toilet paper but the worst is that they do not clean the bathroom. My husband stayed here for one month and we joined him later to stay one more month, and we are still waiting for the bathroom to be cleaned. We asked at the reception but nobody ever came. I don't understand why they don't clean the bathroom after a week's use! Very disappointed.

Incredibly cramped room for just two people and if you have a couple of bags there won't be enough room to unpack. They don't clean every day but you get what you pay for I suppose and the hotel itself is kept clean with no bugs. The view is pretty awful though as I overlook the inside of a shopping mall restaurant.

The bad: The bathroom faucet was rather rusted in room 305. My room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. There was one elevator working and one elevator out of order at the time of my stay. Trying to get to the lobby was terrible. Took forever! The layout of the apartment was somewhat a waste of space. The toilet was separated from the rest of the bathroom. The good: The bed and pillow was comfortable enough for a good rest. The decor is dated. I did get an upgrade offer. Not sure why. Room upgrades are always good. Why ask why. I'll take it! The location is convenient with easy access to food and shopping. Service is friendly.

Great place to stay in Paris which lets you not spend as much eating in the Mini apartments.

Room is very nice. Staff was helpful when we needed to switch rooms (two singles to a double). Didn't get the breakfast to save money, but there is a nice kitchenette in the room with a stove, microwave, toaster and small dishwasher. There is also pots and pans with cutlery as well. Bathroom is nice as well, bit of a strange shower though; the door doesn't close all the way so a bit of water can get out. Nice location in the city as well, metro line is just outside the door. Grocery store is also right in the mall that is connected to the hotel.

Put four stars because we gave a room standard instead of a suite as we ask and pay. Despite the error, the treatment is excellent, clean, near area commercial, metro and area of leisure for all the tastes.

I was very pleased with the reception polite friendly staff but related to the hotel is degraded when it comes deihygiene leash again all the 3 appears done cleaning after 5 days j beautiful called j have been forced down at the reception. And make the n claim have are not talking about the price and taxes but the morning could not sleep due to the work we had a bad stay we love bq hotel but alas.

It has all you need for a family, very clean and comfortable.

The room was stinky, old fashioned and really small. But overall quality is not bad.

We need a new photos for the new painting at the hotel ;)
