Arriving at the hotel, I went to the front desk to book a room not even a smile from the receptionist and complained as if I wasn't there. However I decide not to stay on that first impression. So I'm booking the room. The room is dated but still "correct". But when I wake up, I find that it is infested with CAFARDS!
Inadmissible, I go to the reception with a cockroach that I managed to kill for proof. The arrogant Manager Alicia TIFF raises her voice and denies that the hotel is infected with cockroaches! I wasn't even asking for any refund or any compensation I had just reported.
In conclusion, if you are looking for a cockroach-infested hotel and incompetent and unprofessional staff the melun ibis Hotel is the perfect place!

Old hotel, stayed in its "juice". On the floor of the bathroom and toilets remain fur and hair toilet Ditto. At breakfast near the coffee machine full of dust.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

It was a very old hotel. Room and bathroom small… Noisy hallway. Ibis got used to much better…

Apart from the reception, it is not at the standard IBIS.
Room and bathroom small. You have to choose which door to open or it sticks. In the bathroom, one person at a time! At the restaurant, open cans or frozen presents better.
In short, for the price, it is not up to par.

A little small but correct nonetheless the approaches deserve to be cleaned. A view of the rubbish from the window it's not top.

It's a good hotel, in good location, rooms are a bit tiny, and sadly some staff need to learn how to smile, but that's personal preference. Rooms are is style, not refurbished, but beds are super comfy.

Staff were either superb or switched off. Main problem is no restaurant or bar at w/end. Made do with take away. Really stupid as Melun is shut at w/ end and they could coin it. Room was nice, clean and well provided for.

The hotel is quite old, the rooms very small. The girls who receive you in the morning excellent, very friendly and one of them knows Spanish, Italian and English.

I was robed in the hotel parking, so not a good experience for me! This doesn't say anything about the hotel (except people should be aware this)
