Located in the center. The room is tiny, there is nowhere to turn practically. Window to the wall, very audible neighbors. The furniture is old, the toilet is on the floor. A meagre breakfast, the juice ended on the first day, and never filled the machine in the days that followed. The internet was but very slow.

The hotel does the job, without more or less, has a very correct price for the neighborhood.

Staff is smiling and very helpful, the common places are clean, the breakfast is correct. The rooms are a little dated and offer the strict necessary, they lack of electrical outlet (only one for a double room). But they're comfortable. The bathroom is small. The hotel complies with the photos and its description so no surprises. It is very well located and close to a metro station.

Too expensive for in two stars insignificant DPJ.

The super well located hotel, close to the metro and steps from the opera and Galeries Lafayette. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Would.

The only good thing in this hotel is the amazing location for the price. It's near from everything and have a connection to metro and RER in 5 minutes. The rest it's really bad. Security? They doesn't even have surveillance cameras! Some times at night they doesn't have no one in the reception. It's really unsafe! The receptionist are not friendly at all. The cleanliness it's not good and the noise at night… I wake up 3 or 4 times with the noise and I'm a person that needs a slap to wake up when I'm sleeping. Other thing. You can have bathroom in the room but it's very small and without toilet, you need to use the shared toilet and it's so small! They have a toilet for a 4 years old children (and it cannot be too much big). In conclusion, it's not good and for a difference of 10/15€ I will prefer to stay in other place next time.

Passing one night for a business trip, I was extremely disappointed. Shabby hotel that does not deserve any of its two stars: no toilets in the rooms, tiny shower room with black joints, water temperature constantly changing, towels that smells of frying, thin partitions letting hear the antics Adjoining rooms. Definitely worth the €90 paid for the night! The only strong point: the right location. I do not recommend very strongly!

The water gets uncontrollably hot so you get scalded every 2 mins. Shower at your own risk. No security cameras seen, although reception is 24 hours.

Hotel was good location for my trip but it could use remodeling. Also elevator too small but I managed. Good price.

Good value for money in a place where value is at a premium. If you are looking to spend time in your room, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a place to rest for a few hours and refresh before spending most of your time exploring the city of lights, this is a clean, strategically placed base, in walking distance to the Roissybus (to/from CDG), a short drive from Gare de Lyon (high speed trains), and a good place to leave your luggage and just start walking. The smell of cigarettes from the street was annoying.

The hotel is very well located for public transport near the main boulevards. Clean hotel with a little small shower room and a decent breakfast.

Places to avoid absolutely. Poor room. Mouse trap underneath the bed. Underside of broken shower leaving visible dirt rust traps and dead roaches. Mold on the ceiling. Dust Tusts. So agonizing night. I don't advise. Small details, Wi-Fi is available and free but at the reception only. This hotel needs to be renovated.

Me and wife booked this hotel for 3 nights during our September vacations. We chose this hotel basically for it ideal location, which seating at the famous La Fayette shopping paradise district. Unfortunately, beside it location and friendly front desk service, nothing impressive. First, as expected, the room is small, beside the queen size bed is acceptable, others are in nightmare experience. Very small and stuffy room, fortunately we are at the autumn season, mid-low temperature is still fine, cannot imagine we visit during summer season, you will like jumping in hot bowl. Secondly, the important toilet, is still very very small, and the shower area are just a simple 1 meter standing area with a fold-able curtain, and the toilet bowl and basin just very very close beside it, you will end-up flooding after shower. Enjoy if you like the swimming flooded toilet. Lastly, because of it old architecture, the in between floor is low and in thin wooden wall and flooring, you will hear other guests walking noise, every step sound very very loud and clear. And worst, during the night, you will be in nightmare especially other quests coming back late, walking around the room on the upper floor sounds very loud and very annoying, you just can't sleep. Good Luck to you if you are a light sleeper. Last but not least, you have only 2 power supply plugs, one at the desk area, another in the toilet. You will be piss-off if you want to charge more item at one time.

Very clean, super friendly, good rest, and the best an excellent location to get around many places in Paris! The great pass in my stay!

I arrived in Paris on the September 16, because I flew back from Paris to Xi ' an on September 17, so I arrived one day earlier. I booked this hotel for the convenience of Paris Lafayette and the spring shopping in Paris. But unexpectedly, the hotel room facilities are poor, but this can endure, after all, price concessions, but I did not stay for a while, I found that the bathroom has a mouse, I am very afraid of the mouse, not to mention in the room found to be with the mouse to stay with, gave me a fright. My oral English is not fluent enough, so I find a boyfriend in Germany to call the hotel front desk to explain the situation, but this hotel is very poor, one, there is no other room to let me change, two, if I apply for a refund or complain to the hotel manager, because it was Saturday night, the hotel manager Sunday Day, three, I suggest that I also can not check out, live, the premise is that the cleaning staff to catch the mouse out of the room, but cleaning staff also did not. Although the receptionist has been explaining it, any useful help is not available. Finally, I decided to change to the Ibis hotel, the other things finally resolved.

The hotel met my standard which is fairly simple. It had a bed, hot water, and no bugs. It's one of the cheaper hotels in Paris and you get the amenities without the fancy looks.

The room is always clean. Good cleaning, clean bed linen and towels. The room is dark, the light is weak. Due to the Internet settings, there is not always a connection from the room. Room needs minor repairs.

Small cute cheap Hotel, good comfortable rooms with petite shower + sink. Superb location; transports links (Metro or buses) very close by. Plenty to eat around (though I mostly did Asian cuisines in the neighbourhood). Staffs were courteous & friendly. Lift or elevator was incredibly small supposedly has capacity for 2 person (2 of me cannot use it however ;had to stand sideways). Booked room without toilet so had to share with other rooms the only one on the floor but did not find it inconvenient as I initially feared. No one disturb during my use. So overall a good experience.

We hear the noises of the other rooms, tv, toilet, shower. It is very poorly insulated. We can't regulate our own temperature of the room. We've had two duvets single for a double bed.

Nothing to say about the cleanliness of the rooms. Too small, and above all badly soundproofed. I recommend for a short stay.

The reception is very helpful and friendly. Can communicate with English. This price in this area is totally worth it.

I was given an interior room at the ground floor (50 m away from the reception) with a window to where the cleaining cart and other cleaning stuff were. Very poor breakfast.

We were given a Special rate by the hotel for booking direct. I have stayed in the Prince Albert before about 8 years ago and can clearly see it has recently had a face-lift which suits the hotel. I personally felt that the rates on the board for a double Euro 140-180.00 are a little on the high side given the size of the rooms and hotel. However, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Night Manager Hichem spoke very good English and was very helpful indeed. Would make a good hotel manager.

It was out of the way quite and clean. Staff were really helpful. Hope I get to stay again.

When booking the room on the hotel site, I noticed, after payment, an error in the arrival and departure dates. Despite their conditions eliminating the possibility to modify this reservation, they changed my reservation without delay and without being obliged to do it. This was very much appreciated. Total price of stay was very reasonable and below the advertised price on the exterior panel.

Very nice Hotel, clean, renovated, like new! I'm was very happy surprised and satisfied with my stay. Awesome continental breakfast. Lovely stuff, helpful and kind. Great location, only 15 min walk to Arc de Triomphe and Champs-Élysées. Worth the money! I'll for sure come back again :-)

This hotel rooms are not bad but conjusted in limited place more beds placed.

Can safely say without reservation that this is one of the worst hotels I've been to in Paris. The room smelled of a combination of sweat and bleach, I could hear every bathroom flush in the building, and there was no running warm water. It's fine if you're on a serious budget and all you need is a roof over your head.
