Love this hotel. Our room was on the 6th floor. When you came in the room there was a kitchenette with microwave, sink, stove top, dishwasher and refrigerator. Our room was very large, with 2 single beds, 2 tables, 3 chairs and 2 end tables. The bathroom was large and modern. It is located just a block from the ST Lazare train station. There are lots of great restaurants within walking distance and 3 grocery stores. Printemp Dept Store is very close and has a rooftop restaurant. Opera House is very easy to find, a 7-8 minute walk and that is where you can jump on a tour bus. The Louvre is also fairly close. The staff were very nice. The maids were very nice. Security was good. There are many bus stops and Metro lines very close, within minutes of walking. I really loved staying here and we stayed for 3 weeks with a great deal we booked on Travelosity.

A wonderful place in the 9th arrondissement that is centrally located to the metro, one of the train stations and several of the Parisian department stores. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Great glazing on the windows so you don’t hear the noise from outside. They even gave us a wonderful welcome gift since it was our 10th wedding anniversary.

The rooms are small. The hotel is old, there is only one elevator, the rooms facing the street are almost not seen from the grime of the glass, the noise from outside is unbearable… Only its location is the positive, as it is at hand of everything.

Centrally located Aparthotel in Paris. Studios, family Apartments… ideal for a short stay. Comfortable mattresses, equipped kitchen but very small, equipped bathroom. Clean. Nice staff. A 7 note.

Great hotel and service! The employees are very nice and pleasant to be around. Highly recommend it for the price, so many things near this hotel!

The room looked nice however the Wi-Fi, hot water and sinks don’t work well. Wi-Fi doesn’t work on laptops. Imagine you need to spend 10 minutes loading mailbox… also, for some unknown reasons, there’s no hot water at midnight (in February! ). Sinks are slow and you need to be very patient on that… overall I won’t recommend this place.

Very well placed Apart'hotel with modern rooms.

This was my first time in Paris. The front desk manager (Laura) took care of all my needs before I arrived. The room was clean and comfortable also extremely large considering most rooms are small in Paris. Also, Anastasia, at the front desk, was Awesome she recommended great places to visit within our stay. She is very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel, actually every time I return I will definitely book here. Thanks Anastasia for the great hospitality your awesome…

Worst hotel I have ever been to! My boyfriend and I booked this hotel for our 5 year anniversary, and it was shockingly bad. First: our room was facing the main room and we were woken up at 6am to trucks performing deliveries on a cobble Street. As you can imagine it was incredibly loud, the windows were made of such poor quality when we shut the window for noise it made 0 difference. 2nd the entire hotel is very dilapidated. Paint missing, scratches, cheap toilet holders, screws missing, chips and rips in furniture. 3rd. We paid for a double room and we were given two singles pushed together made up to be a double! 4. Staff were rude and frankly quite useless. We had to put our suitcases into storage ourselves on our last day. I also find this quite worrying because we could have opened other peoples bags because no one was looking. 5. The rooms aren’t very clean. I wore the little slippers they provided around the room and the bottoms went black. I’m sure I could go on and on and on, and I wish I could say that it didn’t affect our 5 year anniversary trip. But it did. Shocking hotel, do not stay here. The last time we stayed in Paris we stayed in the Best Western hotel Sydney Opera. That was fantastic. Disgraceful hotel. Don’t waste your money.

Had terrible key card issues everyday. I was in room 102 and there are 2 doors to get to my room. The keycard failed almost every single day. One day I even had to go to the front desk twice. Apart from that I had a decent stay there. No major issues. This should be a 3.5 star hotel not 4 star.

The rooms are quite small, although the location is great to do almost anything in Paris. Either business, or tourism, it's quiet yet close to stuff and close to the metro also. But very awful breakfast, just skip it and get a much better deal at the café on the corner.

The staff very welcoming, the studios are well appointed and large but the cleanliness to be desired for 406Euro at night be Top.

Second time I've stayed here and it was great. Fantastic location, underground stations within a few minutes walk. Close to all major attractions, can't go wrong.

Nice, modern hotel in an excellent location at a reasonable price. Nice staff. HD TV with English Channels. All good there. 2 minor problems though: There was a strange smell in the room. When we left… all our clothes had that same smell. So we had to go and wash everything. Also, there were lots of these tiny flies that kept coming. Not sure how though… cause we never had the window open! Kind of put a dampener on the whole stay :/

Residhome is in a great location. Rooms were spacious and clean. Easy walking to the Galeries Lafayette and Opera Garnier. The location next to St. Lazare is also very convenient for getting out of the city.

The Hotel is clean, the staff are usually helpfull, but there is a lack of generosity. Their welcome drink for a full family was 1 bottle of water and 1 bottle of sparkling water. We asked for more milk substitute and we were answered that we get it only at the first day etc… nevertheless the location of the hotel is superb.

Very nice apartment-hotel very well located and especially adorable service.

Booked a one bedroom apartment for 5 days, they upgraded us to a 2 br, 2 bath! It's almost as big as our house! Sleeps 5 in beds and you could squeeze another 3 on the couches that don't fold out to beds. The kitchenette was perfectly adequate to prepare simple breakfasts and pasta dinners. Go to Monoprix around the corner and stock up on butter, salt, pepper, and anything you want to cook/eat. Highly recommend.

Very nice establishment as a whole, good bedding, I am brought to sleep frequently for professional reason and as I leave early for breakfast they put me a common tray. Considering the price is the scam.

Rooms very clean and spacious (for Paris). Large bathroom.
Rooms very clean and very well cleaned and very well insulated from the outside.
Level situation nothing wrong, 100 m of department stores and 500 m of the station saint lazare.
Finally the staff is very friendly and polite.

The pictures prices spacious rooms. However it isn't. An apartment for four persons is made intolerable by the size of the room! It is sufficient to only there to sleep. For cosy get-togethers, let alone at the table to eat place, is completely omitted. It was not possible to prepare the dining area for 4 people! Also, the room was not so bübsch fitted as shown in the pictures. Very bad.
Also, there is no service. Upon arrival, it is not assigned, but left absolutely alone.
In the dining room, there is little room for four people: either directly at the Buffett, or in a place without lighting.
We are no longer looking for this accommodation.

I highly recommend it. Nice, clean and quiet. And close to all thanks to the metro and train stations.
