Small but clean room for 3 people. Has a room safe. No air conditioning. Windows are soundproof and the beds are comfortable. Walking distance to Notre Dame and Louvre. Excellent shopping for food and specialty food and drink shops. Public parking lot across the street on rue de rivoli. Very busy neighbourhood.

A reasonable price for a tiny room. It was my second time in Paris and 20 years ago I had a similar experiencie with another hotel, so that leads me to believe that rooms are generally small. Front desk staff was helpful, they kept our luggage until check-in time and you can also leave it past your check-out time. The room was clean and had a TV. Not much else to mention, I would recommend it for 2-3 days tops.

A perfect stay in an excellent location. Location and value for money are this hotels best points. Walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre, the metro is only a few minutes walk away. The rooms we had, a twin and a triple on the top floor were more than adequate, clean and comfortable. The lift goes to the 6th floor and you have a flight of stairs to get to the 7th, not much of a chore but specify when you book if this is an issue. Yes the bathrooms are small but again perfectly adequate. The water pressure in our shower was a bit weak but that is about all we could complain about. The hotel is near a large number of bars and restaurants so night time noise can be an issue perhaps but didn't bother us.

Excellent for what it costs. From the last floor an unpayable view of Paris from Notre Dame to Mont Matre. At the reception, Arris excellent attention and good vibes!. Very good location, close to the subway (Hotel de Ville) and safe area at all times.

Very good welcome everything is clean!

The service is very bad, the bathroom smell was awful, the cleaners open the door and come in without knocking in very early timing while we were still sleeping and they talk to each other a lot which was annoying because the hotel is too old and has is no wall isolation. The recipient in the last day called us to check out and when we asked for a lat check out he started yelling and shouting which was so impolite. We don't recommend this hotel at all even for low budget travelers.

Very small room, but it is typical in Europe. Water heating is really good. Very warm in the room. Clean and shower is great. Bed is just OK.

Hotel very well located, the host very nice and friendly, the rooms very comfortable, some a bit small, but sufficient with all the comforts, very good value for price, breakfast with quality products of juice 100%, coffee and pastries of quality.

Simple hotel, but excellently located in Marais. Room 622 on top floor is small, but well suited with modern bathroom — and views over the Parisian roofs!

Unhelpful staff. Dreadful mattress. Useless hairdryer. I won't be staying again when there are plenty of better hotels in Paris who actually care about their customers needs!

Good place to stay in a central location. Clean rooms and comfortable beards. You need to leave the keys with front desk which is a little inconvenient if you and your parties have separate plans (only 1 key). Nice view from the terace in room 520. The bathroom also has access to the terrace which means it doesn't get heated and can get cold in winter seasons. Also the water could not maintain temperature for the duration of a full shower duration so make it quick!

Budget hotel, but clean in an excellent area. Metro stop is about 4 minutes walking. Plus restaurant and shops all within walking distance. The downside was that the front office people did not speak English! Only France. They could not give us any help with getting around. So if you come prepared this is a great hotel.

Budget, clean rooms, with all the basic necessities. Too bad the rooms doesn't have air-conditioning in the middle of the heat wave in summer when I stayed there. Wifi didn't work very well but it's fine with me. It's in a neighborhood with many pubs and bars so be prepared for loud noises at night, not recommended for light sleepers. The good thing though, is the location, near metro stop and many restaurants plus walkable distance to the main attractions. Also, we get to arrange an airport transfer with the hotel and the reception is opened 24hours! Thank goodness because we had to go to the airport very early in the morning at 5am.

Great experience, fairly priced and really clean. Location can't be better, Le Marais is a young and cool district with tons of restaurants and shops to visit. Staff is polite and Louvre is walking distance (20 min) far. Would repeat.

Very reasonable price — Basic hotel — But room contain what you need. And right in the middle of both eating and sights. Stayed there 5 nights 2004
