We loved our stay and room so much that we extended an extra night rather than moving across town to an Air BnB as originally planned. The view of the Eiffel Tower from our bed greatly enhances the already romantic feel of this mod design hotel. We also loved our Juliet balcony! We kept the window open almost 24/7!
Super convenient to local attractions, the metro, and some great cafes!

Great location for metro, rooms were clean and tidy but we were upgraded to a superior room but it was quite small.

Rooms clean, reception makes every effort. View of the Eifel Tower (room 401) metro station right outside the door and a bike rental station. Good restaurants can be reached on foot. A supermarket is around the corner. But the rooms are compact, not to say small. But I knew that, they are modern and nicely furnished and as I said, … clean. Would I book again.

Location was great. Staff were incapable of working in a timely fashion. Very unhelpful front desk. Connection to Wi-Fi was difficult and over-complicated (coming from a 27 y. O. Tech guy). Overall not worth the money. Shame they couldn't hire more competent front staff.

Really great hotel to stay in Paris. It’s so close to the Metro line which makes the metro travel a breeze. Breakfast was awesome, including the fresh orange juice and the Cappuccino. Checking staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small since it is in Europe but the decor made up for it. Small elevator and the hallway is dark until you start walking!

When on a business trip in the district of Montparnasse, I walked with my luggage into First Hotel with the intention to book a room. Since I have had a long journey, was very tired and had quite some pressure, I asked I could use their toilet for a moment. The receptionist gave me a very sarcastic /smiling ''no''. I was shocked and told him that I was about to make a reservation but really had to make a ''stop'' first. ''No Sir, we are not going to do that''. I told him that I did not like his attitude and had to rush me to the Mcdonalts next to the hotel, they provided a better service. This is hotel should screen his staff better since this is not what French has to offer.

Location is good, it's near Eiffel tower. The breakfast is not good, less choice. It's a buffet, they give mini croissants, egg and bacon with sliced bread, orange juice and tea. But the room is 5 star.

Hotel that leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, I applied for upper floors and was assigned the First. It overlooks a fairly busy road with abundant passage of ambulances and right in front of a Metro Stop. Non-soundproof windows so the rest is practically impossible.
During my stay a myriad of incidents: heating that did not work, then went in excess, there was no remote control of the TV, the bathroom door damaged…
To top it off, looking for the damned command, I find myself under the bed, on the edge, a used sock (go to know Who) with what invites me to think that cleanliness is rather inefficient and superficial…
I paid a cash breakfast that they then wanted to charge me at Checkout.
The staff is unpleasant, does not understand or understand, does not communicate with each other and considers that all problems are yours and not them. And That's why they come to charge up to €200 a night.
The only good thing: the location, nothing walking from the Champs de mars, the military School and the Eiffel Tower.
In short, keep looking and choose Others. In the area there are some Ibis and other insurance that are cheaper and more efficient.

The room was not ready we folded the couch ourselves and other little worries.

Great little place to stay. Clean! Accomodating (and multi-lingual) staff. Website information is helpful and accurate for distanced to attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby, subway across the street, taxi rank outside.

Wonderful hotel, would definitely recommend! The room was really clean and the hotel met all our needs. The staff were brilliant epecially Renato at reception, who answered any questions we had with ease. Special thanks to the hotel for managing to book me a table at Ciel De Paris for a birthday celebration, would recommend visiting there too.

The room was very small. It became something difficult to get around. Comfortable bed. The bathroom is small but functional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning. Breakfast was somewhat scarce but enough. The location is excellent. Very close to the Eiffel tower and very well connected. It has a subway stop right across the street. We could not enjoy the Wi-Fi because the access was quite tricky.

Pros Perfect location. The metro station is at the doorsteps of this hotel. Especially at night when you return to your room after sightseeing or other activities you need not walk long to the hotel. Hence you can spend more time exploring the city. Rooms with Eiffel Tower view. Romantic. Ten to 15 minutes walk to the Eiffel or the Montparnasse. Rooms are Cheaper. The staffs are good at English. Cons It is a small hotel. Food was okay. The city tax though a small amount, that is something extra you have to pay.

My partner and I stayed here in December just before Christmas and I was delightfully surprised at how lovely the hotel was! Close to lots of restraunts, bars and metro stations and only a short walk to the Eiffel Tower. Very quirky and modern, quite small rooms but you can expect that almost everywhere in Paris! We had a room with a balcony and a view of the Eiffel Tower and it was amazing! Only down side is the small bathrooms with a door that didn't lock properly but that wouldn't stop me from staying again. We would highly recommend!

Really good place to stay pay the extra and get a room to see the Eiffel tower when it's lights come on at night are worth the money. Very friendly staff who speak good English and are very helpful. I took a friend from India with me and both enjoyed the stay. Easy to get places from here. Once again staff very good. Very clean and tidy nice rooms.

Incredible. The hotel was a lovely boutique hotel with such a luxurious yet slightly quirky aesthetic. The staff members were all so polite and helpful, and our room had a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. It was all very neat and clean, and all of our requests were met, including letting us borrow an electrical plug adaptor. The location of the hotel was perfect as well, being only a 20 minute walk (at a leisurely pace) from the Eiffel Tower, with cute cafe's near by, an array of restaurants, a great street with some amazing shops in it (including Sephora! ), and obviously, a Metro station right outside. The only downside was the noise pollution from the streets but that's something that can't be helped and something I wouldn't mind bearing again. There is absolutely no doubt that I would recommend this hotel to a friend or that I would stay here again. I'm already looking forward to booking my next trip!

What knocks off one star is that in the winter the central heating is centrally controlled which meant the air conditioning couldn't be turned on so the room was sweltering, and the only way to cool down is to open the door — with the Metro outside and being on a busy road meant I didn't sleep too well. The bathroom (albeit clean and stylish) was incredibly small, same as the bedroom, although you're not spending much time in the hotel then in reality that's not much of an issue. The only other thing that knocks off a star is the room is very very dark. The bedside lamps are too dim to be of any use and the ceiling lamp and spot lights made my eyes hurt. Given that, don't think all the rooms are like the one I stayed in, so this was only my experience. For the good points, the breakfast was nice — a classic continental breakfast and Parisian breakfast — it costs €10 if you book it the day before, €15 otherwise. It is literally outside Cambronne metro station. It's a nice hotel, and the receptionist is friendly and kind. It's clean and if you're staying on the Metro side of the hotel you'll see the Eiffel Tower as well. The bed is comfy and there's a TV, the bathroom is clean as well. Next door, on the corner of Rue De Garibaldi is a lovely little bakery, and is about a 10 to 15 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Hotel was nice and clean and close to metro, bistros etc but you have a fridge in your room which has a few drinks in, no mention that you have to pay for these, we only drank 2 cans of coke, an apple juice and water and were charged 42 euros! Think this should be explained when you get there and woman receptionist was very rude, also don’t get a kettle or anything like that and not much wardrobe space as rooms are quite small.

Stayed for a night (19.11.2017) with my family as it was my brother's 25th birthday the next day. Gentleman at reception spoke very good English and was really kind helpful and informative! Did not get his name but he said he's only been back for two months as he'd broken his leg. The lady that was there the next morning did not have the same attitude and was not as good with English. Was asked to pay a tax of about €5 per room which was new to me as when I stayed there back in January did not pay anything like that. When I asked the answer was that I probably did not pay attention. My family did not like the fact that the hallways are black and it is very dark. The bathroom door barely closes and you don't really have any pricacy. I on the other hand love this hotel and have no problem with the little details listed above. It has a great location being so close to the Eiffel tower. And just the fact that when I close my eyes it is the last thing I see makes up for everything. Will be returning!

The location of the hotel was perfect, right opposite the metro station and had restaurants and shops located all around it. The room was small, but it was only used to sleep in so we wasn't too fussed.
Only negative was when we returned from a day at Disneyland my iPhone phone charger lead had been taken from the room and just left the plug when I called reception up to speak about it incase it was taken by mistake etc. And was told it must have been hoovered up — I mean it was on the table so very unlikely! The reception team didn't seem to care at all and were pretty rude to us. We never got the charger cable back!
But other than that, great location and nice hotel — just be careful of your belongings!

October 10, 2017. Beautiful posh hotel! Cleanliness was up to par, nice cozy rooms with adequate air ventilation and lighting. Walking distance from bakeries, cafe, pharmacies, restaurants and clothes shopping. Literally one minute from metro 6 line. Staff is very genuinely friendly, speak english which is a plus, professional and attentive. Would have given 5 stars but the motion detector lights black hallway was a bit scary for me. I know is to conserve but safety was a major concern since traveling solo. Here a few pics! ✌

The view of the Eiffel Tower is the best thing about the hotel. It was amazing to wake up and see it from your bedroom. The elevator is a little small and the room was adequate for our needs. The location was right next to the metro and a taxi stop which is very convenient as well.

Good reception Although being a spectator of disagreements between the staff I would have been fine. Very comfortable bedding. Very important dust at the level of the room chandelier. Blisters were blown. That said I rested well the hotel remains nice.

Clean quiet hotel next to Metro. Beautiful view of Eifell tower from some upper floors. Very interesting dark modern interiors. Very memorable getting off elevator into a dark hallway for that first moment until automatic lights turn on. Expensive breakfast not necessary as there is a fantastic bakery underneath the corner of the hotel. You can tell the locals agree by the continuous line.

We have the best room in the hotel. Top floor over looking the Eiffel tower. One king bed and one twin pullout. Lots of great restaurants to the North.

Boutique hotel in perfect location Would definately stay here again. The room was modern and cute. Room was clean. Perfect for a getaway for a couple, metro is located across the street with numerous cafe's and restaurants around. Overall was quiet and just minutes away from the Eiffel tower.

What a beautiful place, really friendly staff and in a great area too. Lovely sleek unique design to the building and the bedrooms too. Gorgeous.

Room size is quite small which is normal in Paris but I didn't expect it to be this small though. Location is perfect, the subway station is just right across the road, Eiffel Tower is only 3 stations away. Restaurants are everywhere nearby. Will be a five star if the standard room is bigger.

Room Is small but really nice. Cozy and stylish. Quite confortable bed and in front of the metro. Very kind personal and normal breakfast (not many options but the existing are good). Maybe a little bit expensive.

For our 12th wedding anniversary my husband and myself decided to go to Paris and stayed at this beautiful hotel. From the start of our arrival we were treated very well. I have a back problem and upgraded to a more suitable room. The hotel had a lift and was very clean the bed was comfortable and the staff expecially Mado was not only polite she was amazing giving excellent advice on places to go and things to do, I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends and we will be going back to Paris and this is where we would stay.

Location is fantastic, I had a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The room are small although adequate and the staff very friendly. Don't waste your money on the breakfast, it's terrible!

We stayed here for 3 days from the 14th August, its a brilliant place to stay, brilliant view of the Eiffel Tower, great location in the heart of Paris, with Cranbonne metro station across the road 3 stops away from Bir hakeim station (Eiffel tower). Or if you're feeling energetic its a 20 minute walk. Staff are very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this hidden gem. 10/10 :) (y)

Awesome hotel! We got a super nice view of the Eiffel Tower! The staff that checked us in was this new guy and he was great for someone that's still training! They didn't have name tags so I never knew there names but everything was very good! location and cleanliness!

Fabulous hotel. Great location, friendly staff, amazingly comfortable beds and fabulous rooms. Bring your partner here for a romantic break you will not be disappointed. But I couldn't work the coffee machine in the room lol.

Reasonable priced and safe neighbourhood. Right outside the metro but wasn't the most convenient to get to due to the line it was on.

Very nice and cozy hotel, on walking distance of the Tour Eiffel and very close to the Unesco headquarters. On the corner there is a very nice bakery with the best Madeleines I have ever eaten.

This hotel is a small luxurious place in the middle of Paris. Personnel are very nice and happy to explain everything needed for a tourist. Wifi included in the room price. At every step this hotel has a wow discovery and is a place that changed for good the days I spent in Paris. Coffee was available at 5am, even if breakfast opens at 7. Congrat!

Every morning the fire alarm goes off. I asked an employee about it and he told me not to worry, there's a problem with their alarms.

No water when thr neighbor showers.

The rooms are too girls, isn't how painted it on the website the only thing good is that it is the subway across the street but definitely too expensive for what they offer.

With my wife, we rented a room in this hotel, the First Hotel, and what have we had arriving!
Supposedly, they had some problems with some of their customers who had made pictures in their hotel without their permission.
Upon arrival, they forced us to open our suitcases and search them to see if we had a camera.
We do not have accept, in principle, and they wouldn't let us back!
So we have to find another hotel was the last minute!
I would not recommend this hotel, hospitality is a hotel of past.

My Boyfriend and I booked this break to Paris for my 22nd Birthday. On arrival to the hotel, our first impressions were very good and we thought the hotel looked amazing. Checking in was also pleasant, as the receptionist was very welcoming and VERY helpful. She even booked a river cruise for us for the day of my birthday. She also organised a room with a view of the eiffel tower for us. Well worth requesting! All staff were great. The room was very nice and clean. Slightly on the small side but as it was just me and my boyfriend, we did not really mind this and it didn't effect our stay at all. The location of the hotel is perfect. Everything you need is around you! Very pleasant! The green line (Nation and Etoile) metro stop is exactly opposite the hotel. You don't hear it at night as it stops at midnight so noise is not an issue Overall, we were happy for our entire visit. We both agreed that this little hotel is definitely going to be visted again by us! I reviewed this hotel on Expedia as well, and they check whether I actually stayed before posting so once it has been processed, you'll see that this is genuine.

Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, Front desk is very friendly and helpful, As close to the metro so getting around is convenient.
