Outraged by the false advertising. Seriously 90 for that? A big scam with only one positive point the proximity to public transport.

Small but convenient rooms. Well situated near public transport. Nice breakfast.

A very cozy and old hotel. Need lot of work to impress. Definitely 2 star hotel. Bathroom there is no cap for bathtub. Fan lot of dust. AC not working. Lift a old one and scary. Good thing — location Rates are higher due to location. Breakfast very basic — bread butter, milk coffee, 1 juice and boiled egg.

Friendly staff. Small room with no air conditioning, noisy. Breakfast was very good. Inadequate and expensive parking spaces with obligation to take and bring back the unique BEEP for each use.

The hotel deserves a renovation from… It displays 3 stars, I do not understand how this is possible.

Bad experience, three stars not deserved. Bad breakfast, bad state of the rooms, bathroom with shower without curtain and consequent flooding of the same at every use, lift that smelled heavily, little staff able to use and understand English.

Quiet renovated to meet the new rules, but the windows that overlook the inner courtyard have not been replaced and are antique and antiquated to Cremona and simple glazing. Rates a little high.

Very good location, metro bus and tram at 2 mint, exhibition park 3 mint walk, personal welcoming and helpful.

The location is probably the best. 1 block from the metro that allows by combinations to get anywhere. The hotel is much better than we thought (based on reviews). The reception and the staff are friendly. The room and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is private and the Wi-Fi works well.
The problem is the elevator (very small) and with suitcases you can only travel one.
We had a problem with the breakfast as the page we booked was saying that LL had included but at the hotel they insisted we did and they charged us. I recommend consulting the first day.

Hotel less than 3 stars, very small rooms like the bathrooms, just how good this located in nice neighborhood one block from the metro.

Well, a little old but well taken care of. Very central if you come to work in the various fairs that are held a minute here.

180 euros per night for a tiny and well-dressed room. The obscuring curtains too small, the bed so old as dug in the middle, a very noisy hotel and a very light breakfast without choice.
In the positives, the staff are very helpful and the hotel is well Placed.

Except that I was warned that on arrival in the evening that it needed the credit card of the one who paid the rental even if it was in my name otherwise I could not have my key.
Elevator too small (2 people max see less if Luggage) and dilapidated from the Inside.
So even though I was at the 5th the stairs staying the best to take it is close to the Expo Park this is one of the only perks.

Hotel location is very convenient. Staff was friendly. The bed is ok. The building however is very old, the elevator sounds like it's going to break down at any time, so I suggest just taking the stairs. The bathroom had a pretty strong smell of mould too so I had to keep the window open the entire time I stayed there.

Room very small, the elevator is also too small, breakfast very simple and easy.

Room was not very appealing. It's stunk in the Hallway. Breakfast was Ok.

Nice service, small room, the air conditioning wasnt working in my room but there was a fan.

Very bad experience in this hotel. I booked a room three months in advance with a cancellation guarantee. At the time of retrieving the keys, I was told that I was relocated to another hotel in their group. Of course further away from all our reservations arranged for our stay as there was a problem with my room. No message or phone call to warn us. They waited for us to come. Their gesture a single taxi ride offered and for the rest we have to fend for ourselves. The other hotel is of course not accessible on foot from our evening réservatition so we couldn't keep up with the time it was known. For them, their gesture is sufficient. A hotel to avoid.

Hotel not reliable I had booked three months in advance and the same day when we arrived no room due to a problem on their part no message or call to warn us of the problem
They moved us to another partner hotel but at 10 minutes by tram and then it is up to us to pay the travel costs while we had everything nearby with the hotel booked

Good hotel for the price. Very well situated for the Palais des Sports or the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, right outside. Hotel was clean and breakfast was OK. Would use again for business but not pleasure as the rooms were very small and no facilities.

A not very great hotel. Rooms are not really clean. The breakfast is very poor, everyone gets two jams put on the table and then there is a mini "buffet" with Buns. The breakfast room is located in the Basement. The hotel has a very small elevator.

Ideal room for educatec salon. Close and clean.

Decoration, very quiet room, complete sets, this is quite satisfactory, but the price is a bit expensive.

Dont go there! no good dirty ugly small everything is broken eating in a small room with no window small animels all around no air no good value for the money.

We stayed 3 nights at 4 + a baby in this beautiful apartment. Strong kitchen convenient to cook something to change restaurants. However there is the choice side restaurant (a Moroccan top face, but also a great neighborhood restaurant (I say great because he had got it very good but full). )
The neighborhood is very nice, we were able to discover the "real" Paris, but also the tourist Paris. Access to the Champs Elysées is direct with the bus (I can't remember what number, but there is a stop at the round point fields). From there you can do anything (RER access, walk, short top.
Of course I recommend ;-)

Room hotel catastrophic, disastrous.

Very cheap and really good services.
Perfect position for metropolitan (about five minutes) perfect position for tram (about one minute).
It's full of restaurants and cafès around the hotel.
We stayed seven nights in a triple room in August, 0 problems.

Amazing hotel going to be staying here again in July.

Very bad experience today with this hotel. My booking was cancelled by the central reservation while I was warned, the person at the front desk refused to find a solution. There are still rooms available, but the receptionist claimed to charge €290 the night while my original booking was € 93! After 30 minutes of dialogue of the deaf I asked to speak to a Manager, the receptionist then faked a call which of course did not go!
Also the Wi — Fi was not working and it took me to go in a restaurant next to a Wi — Fi access and try to solve the problem myself.
Avoid at all costs.

A hotel that doesn't have a room for you upon your arrival even if your reservation has been double confirmed by both internet and phone.

Very nice, very nice furniture, but particularly dirty! 1st clogged chb:evier; 2nd proposed chb: drips of coffee on the radiators, rust, black seals in the shower, carpet thick little hygiennique, beds very very doubtful, don't not changed us the linens of the week while ca should have been made, not alaises on the mattress and we took the advice of green to keep towels (paper posted on the doors) and there we we the to changed (while he didn't. ). Big problem of incentive of managers to the finishes, dirty plafonts, tile posed by a pig, basic sloppy cleaning. Does not deserve its 3 stars.
