Hotel very quiet, clean, very nice room. The staff are very welcoming, considerate! I highly recommend this hotel!

Great location, simple breakfast that could be better it thet offered fresh fruit, could improve cleanness.

Good location, 8 minutes walking from Duplex metro station (M6), 12 minutes walking and you can see the Tower. Room is not spacious but clean and well equiped. They have a small yard, couple of tables, and a big, beautiful cat.

Very good hotel in Paris for a professional trip or to visit Paris. Friendly neighborhood, shops and restaurants nearby. Well-connected area by Metro.

This place is sooo disgusting. Hairs everywhere. No duvet just a blanket, which is full of hair too. There is just a half shower cabin door. Smelly rooms. Don't go there! JUST DO NOT! Wifi does not work. Air conditioning does not work.

It is a very quiet place and it is close to the center it is reeaten for anyone who I know wants to spend in such a beautiful city.

The room was small but correct and clean. Service was nice. There is a nice garden behind but I haven't tested it.

On the second day the room was not cleaned, no janno changed even the towels and no one gave us any justification. Also the photos of the hotel do not reflect what it actually is, i. E. A 1 star and a half hotel, and it is not right near the Eiffel Tower.

Small but clean rooms, good bedding. Bathroom small too but clean. Shower head holder broken, ceramic toilet totally cracked. Average breakfast. Hallways of the hotel little cleaned.

Good location. Near railway station subway and the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast is not good. The attention at front desk is not very good. The elevator does not work properly and the lighting in the hallways gloomy that lead to the rooms is not good. The room itself was not bad.

The staff at the hotel are really friendly and helpful. The location is great with shops and restaurants nearby. Not far away from the Eiffel Tower. The room is newly decorated with modern matching furniture. The only thing is that the room was a little cold when we first arrived, but heated up by the next day and there are plenty of extra blankets in the wardrobe. Great value for money especially considering it is Paris! Would definitely stay again.

This hotel is dirty and dingy and not well kept. The rooms are so small. And the whole place smells terribly. Like old lunch meat. We checked in, saw the room and promptly left. Yes it is close to the metro in a cute neighborhood but IT IS NOT WORTH IT! We got bit by something just sitting on the bed while we booked something else. I have no idea how this has so many stars.

Nothing wrong, clean, staff ok. Not far from the Emile Zola metro.

There would be better hotell than this Wi-Fi Impossible to access the stairs are dusty and dingy and I got biten by something when sleeping. The only nice spot was the garden and wish we had room by the garden instead but I guess the owners sleep there.

Good Hotel for short stay.

The breakfast was good.
Unhappy with the quality of the sales department: canceled a night for the next day after sleeping 2 nights. The receptionist informed me that the night is due since my cancellation is less than 48 hours established in the General conditions (what! ) but I can receive a credit. In fact having plays only if the hotel was able to re-book the room.
In short: correct delivery, but disappointing business attitude.
