The room was super cozy. I had the single room under the rooftop and it had these old-timey wooden rafters in the room. The service was average (very basic toiletries, no shaving equipment on site or on the reception), but the breakfast, staff, and location made up for that.

We had paid the sum of 160 euros for a classic double room.
Unfortunately we found that the carpet was dirty and damaged, there was a set of 4-5cm between the door and the floor. This does not allow for optimum acoustic insulation.
Room quite hot and the air conditioned down. Opening the window to ventilate. What was not our surprise when we found a pair of dirty socks for the bars.
Bathroom cleaned grossierement, I was able to find a serie of hair and bristles well visible on the floor or in the shower. I mean, no power in the bathroom socket. Complicated to shave.
In conclusion, mixed experience. Overpriced and far too expensive paid. (Photos in support)

The hotel is very well placed and very comfortable for a 2 * hotel. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant with a true sense of service.
The rooms are clean and well made and the breakfast is good.
One less star for fares that make it an unreasonable hotel outside of business trips.
Tip: limit your baggage because the stairs are not suitable for large suitcases.

Ok but as for any Parisian hotel too small and service level French.

Nice greeting by the staff, which is bilingual (French and English). This hotel is ideally located in the Marais is quiet and clean. The rooms are sufficiently spacious and renovated. There is air conditioning.

This hotel is great. It's in the middle of the city and just a few blocks from major landmarks (notre dame cathedral). Metros are very close as well. The hotel is above a busy street and has great people watching. Windows help with the sound since across the street is a popular bar. We didn't try breakfast. Staff is attentive. Our room had a hair dryer. No iron in room, but a call to front desk and they brought one up quickly.

I loved this place! It is quite good located, my room was clean&nice and the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend D'win hotel to everyone who is looking for an affordable prices and quality. ;)

The rooms are clean and have everything you need. The staff was very friendly at each interaction. The location is close to lots of nightlife and restaurants. Easy walking distance to shopping, the Metro and the Pompidou.

We had such a wonderful stay in this hotel! We had to make an emergency booking on the day here as our AirBnb cancelled once we had already arrived in Paris but the team here at D’win hotel were wonderfully welcoming, very prompt in communications and the staff are so kind, genuine and made us feel so welcome here. The price is so reasonable considering it is right in the heart of Paris close to all the sights, and our room was comfortable and everything we needed. Would absolutely recommend this hotel mainly for the amazing team of people who work here.

The hotel you are in a good location. The fourth is good, but nao was possible to adjust the mui good the temperature. The Internet was very good. The breakfast is very simple.

It is very well priced for the area where it is located, five minutes from Notre Dame and Saint Chapelle and next to the Hotel de Ville. In proportion, it's a little outdated.
If you take a lot of luggage, it is uncomfortable because the stairs are cramped and there is no elevator.
The attention is very good and the breakfast, although it does not have much variety, if it has quantity and is rich (the bread, delicious, the buns, industrial).
