The entrance of the hotel is a bit confusing, as you have to ring at a gate. The room was very clean and nice, except that the bathroom was in the basement and you had to go down a flight of stairs. Opposite the restaurant are cozy restaurants and you are also fast on the subway. A supermarket is also nearby. The staff were all nice and helpful. Happy to return!

Our second stay chosen for comfort of room, location of hotel and secure parking. Not disappointed and enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has a great location and friendly staff, but that's about it. The rooms are average, even when prices are high. You hear the neighbours through the walls. I had the "exclusive" room, which is the most ordinary room I have ever been in. Breakfast is very basic, with always the same generic stuff. There is only one coffee pot, one toaster, so you are always waiting in line. Overall a very disappointing experience, as they have so many opportunity to make this a great place to visit Paris. So, locationwise I would say five stars, but everyrhing else between two and three stars. In any case, this is NOT a four star hotel, far from it…

Room was fine for what is a renovation-limited building. Staff treats ice like GOLD, not good. Upgrade worth it? NON! Location was interesting in it's "diversity" … not kid friendly, but we have none. Language barrier or staff problem? Not sure, maybe a French thing. Never heard no but cajoling is required. Stay here again? NOPE!

We loved the hotel. The environment, the friendly staff and hotel layout made us feel safe and happy at all times.

Staff was friendly and accommodating as possible, and the hotel itself was clean. The air conditioner worked well for being there in the middle of summer. But the Wi-Fi was slow, when it worked at all. It couldn’t accommodate all four of our paying guests to be using it at once. We booked a room with two double beds but arrived to a room with one king and a sofa/pull out bed. There were a total of four pillows in the room, and when we asked for 3 more, we were Told “no”. We bugged them enough that the evening staff finally brought us one extra but told us that would be it. Over all, it wasn’t a horrible place to stay but it wasn’t great. I’d say the TimHotel Opera Blanche is about average, but not what I’d expect for over 100 euro a night.

All desk clerks very friendly, helpful above and beyond expectation. Night male clerk (stocky build) even offered to mail my postcards and letters! Male Clerk (born in Algeria and has roots in Northern Africa) instructed us on metro navigation and how to see Paris mononuments in one day on less than 8 euros each! Female clerk upon arrival warm and friendly. Our safe was not accessible. All of room amenities very nice comfortable and we felt very safe. Could see Moulin rouge from driveway. All walkable even at night. Lots of erotica shops in the area… good souvenirs and eateries, however. We are vegan so we did not opt for 15 euro breakfast offering. Was not expecting city taxes of 20 euros at end of stay. Reserved and paid for rooms on line and we expected All was paid, not so. Would recommend and would stay again! Merci!

Not a 4 star, everything poor, the rooms, the breakfast, the staff. To avoid.

Very small pieces, the concierge very unattentive, when I checked in he had to put the shoes to take us to the piece, very bad. Breakfast was good and the location was good.

Clean and modern room. Efficient and smiling home. Breakfast buffet for all tastes. Two steps from the Moulin Rouge. I recommend.

As always very good welcome. Room on the top floor with a view of the Eiffel Tower very clean and well appointed.

Good value, good location and even nicer than I expected for the price.

The Hotel was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely return the next time I have to stay in Paris.

Nous y avons séjourné deux nuits lors du long weekend de Pâques. L'accueil est sympathique et professionnel, la localisation de l'hôtel est intéressante, à proximité des transports en commun (bus, métro). Pour un 4*, nous avons trouvé que l'état général de l'hôtel et de la chambre moyen. Pareil pour le petit déjeuner buffet qui n'a rien d'extraordinaire. Mais dans l'ensemble, nous y avons passé un agréable séjour :)

Lots of sex shops and strip clubs on the main road, may not be suitable for families. Difficult to find, tucked on a back street up an alley… Ring a bell to be let in. Checkout is at noon at Timhotel, yet housekeeping first entered my room at 10a, then again at 11am, then again at 11:50… after the 2nd entry I put up the "do not disturb" sign, which I shouldn't have to on a one night stay… still puzzled why they would enter with the sign on while it's before checkout. Upon leaving, I found the housekeeper sitting on a chair outside my room playing on her phone. Seriously unprofessional, and what I would expect at the Days Inn in the United States.

Nice and friendly service.
Rooms are good and everything is clean. The building is located in a backyard — little noise. There is a supervised basement garage which is poorly cut with great slope and very cramped. Breakfast was OK.

Quiet hotel, a little off the street. Spacious and clean room. Staff at the reception very nice. We will be back.

The hotel is conveniently located, breakfast is too expensive for what it offers. The rooms are rather spacious. Some setbacks in obtaining a correct room (assignment of a room where indelicate travelers had smoked) but everything is in order in the dialogue.

The location is very good The rooms are quite large and clean, the reception staff friendly and professional. Good breakfast.

I travel quite a bit for work and this is the worst hotel experience. In Paris you are required to pay city taxes before you leave and the hotel offers you the option to pre-pay or pay at check out. I pre-paid in cash to the woman who worked the counter. They never noted it or provided a receipt. I traveled with another guest who witnessed this and additionally there are cameras through out. Upon check out, rather than take ownership or explore this matter in depth by calling the staff member who took my money, the man was hostile and verbally threatening. I do not understand how a 4 star hotel can provide this experience. They clearly have a lot of theft happening and do not care about honesty. Additionally, there is a sign that notifies clients to have cash only for this fee, but they can clearly take card, as they charged my American express. The hotel is in the red light districted with a gate. There is no service with luggage. It is mediocre at best.

Hotel on the Smartbox list. No space available when you want to book via the box.
On the other hand, the person on the phone will find us one immediately when we want to book live.
No justification, refusal to pass us a manager … the hotel may be fine (we don't know), this kind of practice is really more than borderline and discredits the property.

Great hotel in this price range. About 150m away from Moulin Rouge. Perfect starting point to get anywhere in Paris by subway. Metro ISR approx. 50m away from the hotel.

It was my 6th visit in Paris, and the hotel was the best. Thank you and I hope to see you soon again! :)

Great care and close to everything.

Booked this hotel for a weekend away. I have scarring and fluid on my lungs (seen in recent CT scans) so I need extra pillows (like around 5/6 as ridiculous as it sounds! ) and my lungs are not great with the cold as I begin to wheeze and I'm not able to breathe properly. The heating didn't come on in the room, it was FREEZING! The dial on the wall did nothing. There was no sign anywhere on how to heat the room! I ran the hot tap in the bath to try and get the room warmer! I had to request more pillows as the double bed only comes with 2 quite flat ones. I was told by the front desk "no"! In a really rude way! I was told I WASN'T ALLOWED any more pillows! And I was told there couldn't be any problem with the heating because there are no problems with heating in the whole building. It must be me that is wrong! That's actually what the front desk said! Litreally ONLY because I got annoyed he found me 2 more shallow pillows… I was repeatedly told I wasn't allowed any more! He slammed the door in my face when he delivered the extra pillows, and essentially described / told me I was stupid in my room! I've never in all my years had such rude, obnoxious, disgusting and nasty hotel staff! I beg future customers not to choose this hotel! Your comfort, sleep and happiness is worth more!

On the plus side I will note that the property is very well located and that it is possible to park your vehicle there for 27 euros/d (I was able to leave it until 9pm for 13-50 more).
On the other hand in negatives there are a lot to say:
— The cleanliness of the room leaves something to be desired: the condition of the joints, the shower head (see photo), the ventilations… It's not worthy of a 4 star for my taste, the same for the finishes.
— At the time of paying the higher price than expected: they had included breakfasts when I had refused the day before as well as in the reservation, fortunately I was careful.
"Sleeped well anyway but pillows too firm and you can hear the sound of the subway.
— Isolation with the floor above not top (awakened at 10:30 a. M. By the household).
— Minibar with only a bottle of water.
— Difficulty communicating with some of the staff (in French).

Hotel well located 2 steps from the Moulin Rouge, parking at the hotel, small but interesting, Metro to 2 not great to circulate in Paris, good value for money.

Liked to be back, located close to Moulin Rouge.

Loved this hotel. Beautiful room with exquisite taste. Perfect location. Would definitely repeat and recommend.

Excellent hotel. The double bed very comfortable, TV, bath. The buffet breakfast with jams, bread, pastries, juices, eggs, bacon, scrambled eggs… completely. Stop of the metro line two Blanche very close, how the Moulin Rouge. The street is full of pubs, and also from sex shops and local to adults, but I don't know breathes sense of danger. You can eat crepes for about 6€ in many of the street stalls. There are supermarkets also for shopping.

Nice room and breakfast. The bathroom is very spacious, great lighting. The only thing I did not like was the customer service at the front desk. There was this Asian lady that helped us checked in and when we complained that we did not have Air Conditioning (average temperature was 24C outside — basically summer and she insisted the heat is the only thing that could be provided to us) she said to open a window or the door to get fresh air. Unbelievable! The other incident was when we tried to get a plug to charge our devices she gave us the wrong one to connect to the wall, eventually another person helped us with this issue. We asked to this Asian lady if we could keep our charges, for a couple of hours once checked ou, t and she basically rolled her eyes on us (we had to come back to pick up our luggages to go to the airport). So rude, I don't even know how she can be at the front desk, no courtesy/manners towards guests at all! Breakfast was not included in the price of the room but the variety is very good and they even had freshly squeezed juices. Wifi — it existed but only 1 device could be connected! Not good.

A really comfortable hotel with nice bedrooms. We were 4 people in two double room quite clean. The staff was amazing in general. It is worth mentioning a Spanish girl who helped us a lot. The breakfast was OK and the location quite good. Next to the Moulin Rouge and quite close to Gallery Lafayette (my girlfriend appreciated it too much)

My recent stay was most enjoyable and met all expectations. It was in every way the experience I had come to expect when staying at this property. I am very grateful to M Sakezyn and the staff of the hotel for re-establishing my faith in the hotel after one bad experience.

The first room that we were assigned was not very good. The AC did not work, the room smelled, and it had two beds instead of one, which is what we asked for. The front desk was great and switched us to a new room that had no issues. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is spotty and did not work in our room. Overall, I would say that it is a great place to stay and the hotel staff does a lot to make you comfortable. I would go back again.

Very good location, close to the Moulin Rouge on foot. Good reception, quality services.

Clean room, big, spacious, AC-ok, comfy bed, tiny fridge. Small underground parking, very tight (9 cars max) for 27 E. Poor breakfast (not for a 4star) and very expensive (15.50/pers) Wi-Fi speed … so and so… Bathroom with tub, clean, but no shower cap, no slippers, no robes. Elevator only for 2 people and one trolley max! Small terrace inside the courtyard. Reception staff OK. Cleaning lady on the day of departure… annoying! Stood in front of our door waiting for us to carry out luggage (it was only 9.50 AM! ) Location: in line sight with Moulin Rouge; 140m to metro, area well connected, but not the best neighborhood, in the vicinity: beggars, sex shops, massage. Up north in Montmartre you will find the migrant tents.

Very good stay however the soundproofing is to be reviewed at the level of the superior rooms.

This is the level of cleanliness of a 4 star hotel. Never again.

Clean comfortable beds, mini fridge and a nice bath. It is in the center of a bustling district of Paris. It's in line of sight of Le Moulin Rouge. Inexpensive dining options abound. Complimentary Continental breakfast. Several public transit options to popular attractions, locations and historic sights are nearby. Which makes this a good bargain.

Very nice room. Very good bedding. Very good There were no scrambled eggs at 9:30… But quality. The only pinch is the narrowness of the parking charged at €27.

We would definitely recommend this hotel.

VERY recommendable. Excellent quality/price ratio. The neighbourhood is rather noisy, but not enough to bother guests. Easy access from almost anywhere in Paris. Staff at the help desk is very polite and eager to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We will definitely return.

Great place to stay. It's in a great location, very busy. Great restaurants in the area. Its close to major shopping. The metro is right down the block. The hotel room was just as described and very clean. Everyone that I came across was very friendly and helpful when needed. The only thing that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi service, incredibly slow.

Modern, clean rooms. Comfortable room size. Good breakfast for Paris standards. Very central location just a few metres from the Metro. Restaurants and shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity.

Clean and nice room. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but not exceptional.

Literally a hop skip and a jump from Moulin Rouge and Blanche Metro. 15 minute walk to Opera and Galleries Lafayette. Front of house staff, especially Suzanne very professional and helpful. Breakfast good. Room quiet, roomy and comfortable. Ensure you have a room facing the courtyard or back further in the hotel not facing the street. Only hiccup an upsetting situation at the airport when the Shuttle operator insisted on being paid 43 Euros when we had paid 14 to the hotel reception — was required — he said the hotel had no authority and was himself very concerned regarding his employers reaction. We paid 29 Euros. We refused to pay the difference. An unpleasant way to end the trip.

One night hotel stay. Staff very friendly, room very clean, spotless bathroom. The parking, although narrow pr sedans, is very significant. The breakfast is very well stocked. In summary a very good hotel.

Great place, very clean, Nice. The staff is nice, friendly! The room was great well heated (which is very nice in February), and especially the big plus of the hotel is its location: it is between the subways white, Pigalle and Place Clichy. Somewhere very central to be able to go anywhere in Paris very easily.
