Positive:
-The only outstanding is the Wi-Fi. 3-7 Mbps are pointed.
-The beds were new. They found their wife and children too hard. I thought it was great!
-ZDF, RTL and EUROSPORT as German television — channels are something special.
negative:
-mouldy tub bath.
-paper-thin walls. You can hear every pup from the
Neighbors.
-Very clear breakfast buffet. NO EGGS
or egg dishes. Either croissants or mini
Baguette rolls. No quark dishes. After all, yoghurts in cups.
-Contrary to the announcement: NO German
speaking PERSONAL. After all, English.
-No air conditioning (no fun at 30 degrees)
-Tiny elevator (but enough for 3 people)
Rooms from 100 Euros, ours were cheaper over THE TOUR.
No recommendation!

Not too bad the facilities, including the room, however during the mornings it was awful due the noise. From the window you can hear the plates and dishes noise from 7am. Also quite warm during summer. Stuff quite friendly though!

Me and wife stayed there for 6 nights. Staff were very helpful. I had quite a number of requests which they helped me with no problem. Bathroom was probably the cleanest I've seen in hotels. The balcony was nice with sun shining onto it in the morning. Interior in the room is a little dated. Bathroom is fresh and modern. Place is not far from bar and cafe, like 2 minute walk. If you take a longer 5 minute walk, then there are lots of places to eat or drink.

I stayed for 3 nights, the room has no AC, no fan, no water kettle. Luckily the weather is quite good during my stay, be aware of this for summer time. I only get one set of towels during my entire stay. Will not recommended to this hotel.

Correct. Room a little kitsch despite all the necessary comfort. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good location. Gare du Nord is also within walking distance with a roll case. Good breakfast, not too small rooms. Partly German-speaking staff. Wi-Fi in the room. Generally rather quiet.

It was a very pleasant experience to stay in Residence do Pre. First of all, during all our weekly stay all the staff at the reception were very friendly and ready to help with any question we had. They all spoke perfect English and I also heard them speaking fluent German to other guests. The room was comfortable and everything was clean. The only thing could be improved there was a missing curtain in the shower. I think it was made that way for the sake of design but every time you took a shower there was water on the floor.

We needed to stay near "Gare du Nord" to take the train that will take us to Charles de Gaulle airport early in the morning easily. The hotels in this area are very expensive, and this hotel was the most affordable with breakfast included, as needed, and to a acceptable distance of the station (8-10 minutes of walking — 650 meters). When we arrived, we were given a very pleasant surprise with the hotel, particularly for the breadth of the room and bathroom, and his classic parisian decor. The breakfast buffet was perfect, with a good variety of fruits, cheeses, cold meats, pastries, etc Finally, there is also a striking variety of restaurants of various cuisines of the world very near, so that the culinary offer is excellent. In the end, exactly what we needed. Only two objections under: The only lift available is too small, especially if they have to carry suitcases, and the bath tub has no curtain, so we flooded the bathroom when showering. In summary, a very good option to stay near Gare du Nord.

We stayed one night in this hotel or the staff is at the top good breakfast only flat the room a little small and especially the shower squarely tiny subway has five minutes on foot!

The hotel is not bad considering the value for money, it is well located, close to metro stations. It is quite noteworthy the breakfast that has included, quite good, it is also worth noting that they have in the hotel available to customers free of charge hot tea and coffee. The rooms are not excessively large, but they have what it takes to spend a few days in beautiful Paris.

Residence du Pré was a wonderful hotel. We stayed there for three days and not only was the location great (near Gard du Nordic and two metro stations) but the staff was wonderful as well. I would definitely stay there again!

Cheap but nice. The staff is very helpful and patient with non-french speaking tourist. The rooms are small but clean and well kept.

Great location (walking distance to Paris Est train station), affordable price and a free cosy wine tasting at restaurant bar on a late Friday night. The room may be small, but considering the price that I paid, it is reasonable.

Well located hotel, nice staff, bedding good quality. Bathroom redone nine, but lacks a curtain, because this is a true swimming pool after the shower. The room is rather nice, but a little flat on the ventilation because a lot of the moisture on the windows in the morning. Breakfast very hearty and plenty of choice.

I stayed at this hotel for two days with my wife. It was awesome for the price and staff was very helpful and considerate. It is easily accessible from the Gare Du Nord and have a lot of places to eat nearby.

Nice Hotel, but with the great drawback that in the elevator barely fit two people without luggage. But the room and bed are very well. Speak Spanish. In the Google map will show a route from the station Poissonnière taking Rue de Bellefond, do not take why is that lower tiers of the bridge and suitcases are too many. Surrounded by Rue La Fallete, until you get to the park Royal and take Rue Pierre Semard, it is the second Hotel Du Pré going up that street.

Our stay with you at the hotel was a delight. We felt welcome from the start! It was so great that all the wishes, as far as possible, were received — whether it was about getting a room with a bathtub, storing our pack of Ben & Jerry's for a night in the freezer, or finding a cobbler nearby. Service clearly has nothing to do with the price, because here it corresponded more to the 5 star Standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would return anytime (and I will also send all friends/family who travel to Paris to you:) )!

Close to Cadet which is a huge plus when you want to get somewhere. Not a lot really close by although the walk to Sacré-Cœur was nice. The room was what you'd expect apart from the great bathroom. Good beds and no distracting sounds or lights during the night. The breakfast buffet offered baguettes, some cereal, somewhat fresh fruit and great service. The elevator can barely fit 2 people with luggage so be prepared to take the stairs. Overall a solid stay.

Accustomed to this group of hotels, we particularly appreciated the reception of people working at the reception. The gentleman, whom we frequented longer, was incredibly kind to us. We thank him for that.

I highly recommend this hotel given the price. The customer service was fantastic, the staff were very helpful and very friendly. The location is ideal, it's in close proximity to the Gare du Nord station and not too far of a Metro train journey away from the city centre. The rooms were of a small and comfortable yet decent size given the price.

Although the hotel is very historical, but kept very clean, the room also has the landing sill to look outside the scenery, the hall also has the business computer and the list machine for the guest to use, for far to but forgets to print the ticket the passenger, is really super intimate, at the same price hotel the CP value is extremely high, from the station near, again does not quarrel.

The young lady in the morning is wonderful, friendly and helpful, she is always happy and making you feel welcome. I believe I have the most beautiful room in the building because I have a veranda bolcony, it's so Paris! It has a great view but be aware there is no AC, my visit was in June so it's OK for me but I think summer months is not going to be easy. The room is small as most of European hotels, the washroom seems renovated recently, some reviewers complained about there is no shower curtains and that is true. There are a lot of wall plugs and USB outlets which are very useful. Breakfast is nice, good enough to start your day. The price is great; metro, few restaurants and fast food close by. I will definitely book again but not during the hot summer season.

It was again very pleasant to be there, great service at the reception, helpful and charming, price performance perfect… rooms are being renovated and are soon to be rented… Super central… for me the 4 times a year in Paris works… thanks.

Its nast af here no towels no curtains no slippers in the shower no nothing like god im here to rest and take a shower and for the price this is horrible. Honestly never will I pass this place. Really kind and warm staff I thank them much.

Very good for a * * But surely not for a * * *! Breakfast without surprises, yogurts placed on a table without cold, noise a good part of the night, paint chipped in the shower, television with small screen DS a room with 3 beds, the third person not able to see her from her bed…

To be preferred for short stays. Well placed in Paris. The rooms are certainly small but clean. The breakfast I took was nice.

In my case, I was in top floor, and I could see nice town view. Especially Hotel receptionist, Fayca was kind and nice person because he told a nice restaurant, and gave a croissant. But one thing I have a complaining. It was that shower room didn't have a shower curtain. However other things were ok for me, and I will stay the hotel again.

The room was very clean. It had a small table and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice and spacious. Realize that there is a Hotel Du Pre, a Residence Du Pre and "something else" Du Pre. They are all part of the same chain and on the same block, so pay attention to the address. There are two nice restaurants at the end of the block. You are also a block over from the Metro and within walking distance of the train station.

Great value for money; friendly staff, excellent location (on a very quiet street, close to a park and metro station, in walking distance of Gare du Nord), good breakfast. The rooms were comfortable and clean, just like the spotless bathroom. If I come back to Paris, I'll definitely go for this hotel.
