I had a very good weekend with my husband — friendly staff — very good advice on visited in the capital — and no judgments about people — friendly erick.

Stayed at the palm hotel whilst visiting Paris for my 30th birthday my husband had arranged for me as a surprise. Lovely hotel, very friendly staff, nice breakfast and we even got a balcony too (lovely view of the Eiffel Tower)! The Asto tour is a great idea and we used the facilities of another hotel when exploring on one of our days out and about. Thank you Astotel!

Lovely hotel in a great location! Close to the metro which can get you anywhere in central Paris. Situated in a quiet street, with little noise at night. Room was perfect, if a little small at first with a great bathroom and house keeping.

Nice small hotel smacked in the city. Small but nice room with balcony. Many eateries and shop around. Excellent breakfast and attentive staff. Free snack at the lobby 24/7

We spent the weekend in this hotel during our stay in Paris. The Hotel was beautiful for the weekend. Breakfast was provided which included eggs, sausages, fruits and pastries. There is a open area where you can make coffee and take food 24 hours. Reception was very helpful in providing us directions and/or helping us. The room was so nice, we had 2 beautiful windows and could see the Eiffel tower lite up at night. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. Hotel was near 2 metros and it was very easy getting around pairs. Would recommend the hotel. We look forward to staying again.

What not to like, they speak English and give a good breakfast. Rooms can be very small and bathrooms may not be designed for your average mid USA citizen. But who cares this is Paris.

Little weird check-in but decent hotel. It's Paris, so spacious accommodations come at a premium price… Room was the smallest we had stayed in on a 2 week trek through Europe. Bathroom held a half a person at best, so don't drop anything because bending over to get it will get you a free yoga exercise. No wash cloths available, bring your own! During check-in, the clerk made a copy of my passport and needed a lot more information than every other hotel on our journey. Not sure how/why this would be needed and GDPR would probably prevent some of this but… Food at breakfast was somewhat limited, cold self-serve items. Serving area was oddly configured, as people needing drinks had to wait because of placement of food items directly in front. Would not stay here again as there are other options equal or better.

Hotel very disappointing compared to the other astotel tried on Paris, room on the ground floor without light outside and very small, no closet or even a girster, noisy employees who carry linen at midnight, the tables not cleared to the small lunch, pity for a first test.

We stayed in December 2018 for 4 nights. Whilst we were given a room for 1 person in error, my husband and I didn't see any need to move to the offered alternative (bigger than a single bed). The staff were helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and breakfast excellent. It is a comfortable hotel in a perfect location which allowed us to walk to all major landmarks. Best of all, it's just a short walk from Gare du Nord. I would (and do) highly recommend staying here.

Great location. Eva and front of house staff friendly, some good English, and helpful. Shower had great hot water. The only thing was that the a/c is central and they don't turn it on till summer. That being said it was quite cold in Paris anyway. I'd stay here again. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was good.

Nice Boutique Hotel and well located for easy viewing of Paris Attractions. Friendly & very helpful staff, decent room and a nice buffet breakfast. Highly recommended.

We booked a room for two nights for two people (a couple). When we arrived, the hotel had to arrange a different room for us, as their paperwork showed us to be a party of one, and the room we were given had two twin beds instead of one full or queen. We then had to change rooms for the second night. In addition, outside temperatures were in the 80s (F), but the air conditioner did not work in either room, making for less than ideal sleeping conditions. Given the cost of the hotel and the significant inconveniences we experienced, I cannot recommend this hotel to travelers.

Nice Hotel in a convenient location in the center, friendly and helpful staff to give help and information (especially the two boys, Olivier and Raid, the latter of a unique sympathy) are the only drawback of cramped spaces, tiny rooms without even the space for suitcases Or a closet to fix your clothes.
Also despite the 28 degrees they never activated the air conditioning so the rooms were annoyingly hot.

Very nice hotel with nice crews, willing to help whenever you need. You can see Eiffel tower from the balcony. The best thing is that you can go any astotel hotel in Paris for a seat, the toilet, or even some drinks and snacks.

Nice Hotel, informal and quiet, though with very small rooms. Well cleaned bathrooms and spacious shower! Breakfast average.

Situated in an ideal location, we were close to a little market, a bar, multiple restaurants, and the metro. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Down side — our particular room was on the top floor… the shower was set in the corner against a sloping roof. Not good for 6ft+ people, ideal for anyone under 5ft.

Excellent service, very comfortable room, new mattresses includes breakfast and snack throughout the day. Has servibar at the room with free drinks. And the receptionist Wladimir gave us a very friendly.

Staff are friendly and helpful — Breakfast good quality and plenty of it — Rooms are a little small for the money but I guess it's the same for most hotel rooms in Paris. Rooms are air-conditioned. 2 Underground/Subway stations are nearby and Gare du Nord train station is only 8-10 minutes walk.

We stayed here in 2015 and absolutely loved it! Very close to the cadet metro, which is super easy to navigate and get to all parts of the city. A short walk up to Sacre Coeur in the evening to take it the view of the city and bask in the liveliness of the area. Delicious breakfast, adequate space, quiet. Best hotel we've stayed at in the past 10 countries we've seen.

If you are going to Paris and need a hotel not far from the Eurostar station you won't get a better one then this. The hotel itself is small but the staff cannot do enough for you. From booking trips to restaurants. Giving advice on where to go what to see especially if it's your first time. Rooms were clean and comfortable breakfast was really nice with hot and cold food. Can't recommend this hotel enough.

Small rooms but beautiful, re clean. The breakfast is very good and the attention also. One of the recepcionostas spoke Spanish.

Great hotel for the price and location! Clean rooms and big enough. All drinks in the mini fridge are free of charge! Hotel has open bar with drinks and snacks after 12pm. If you don't want to pay 14EUR for the continental breakfast, there is a really good bakery down the block by the grocery store. Umbrellas are available for rainy days. There's also a Paris tax is 6.60EUR I had to pay at checkout.

For some people with travel plans in central Paris, this hotel is well suited for. From here is also very convenient to the center of Paris ' major attractions and restaurants, just to the East of Paris and Paris-Nord riding good. The hotel staff are very friendly, offers comfortable rooms, but not 100% sound, sometimes after midnight you can hear the aisle someone else into the room sound. Overall, for the price, this hotel is above the average level.

November 2015 we stayed at this hotel. We had a good time at the hotel. Room was very clean, very comfortable, staff very friendly. We asked our room terrace to enjoy the Eiffel Tower view, room provided they meet the requirements. We are most satisfied with the location of this hotel. About 3 minutes walk to the Metro, to the Gare du Nord for about 10 minutes. Around everything from drugstores to supermarkets, from beauty salons to great cafes and restaurants, for example: Egyptian restaurant, PA …

Hotel location is very good, near North Station in Paris. Hotel staff speak a variety of languages, and very helpful. Room was great. Our room was in front of the hotel, and wonder if you can see iron Eiffel. Don't miss this charming hotel. We will definitely come again. Thank you.

Very good hotel location. The rooms are quite small but adequate and above all comfortable. Room was quite good. The whole is very clean. Very good breakfast with organic products, but also products without lactose and gluten on request for people with allergies. Free open bar every day from 12:00 to 2:00 with available: espresso, tea, drinks, candy, cookies.

Nice hotel with some distance to most interest points. Small rooms, corridors and elevator it was only with some effort we could get our trolley into the room. The breakfast buffet was fine.
